Chili's used to be a "go to", but then we had to try other local spots since it's a "chain" restaurant. We went here last night. I realize service has been suffering because no one can find "employees" - but they did not let this impact anything last night! Hostess was super friendly and seated us fairly quickly. Our server was also the bartender. He was extremely attentive, even though he was over several tables and drinks! Food- Was excellent! My go to is always the ribs, last night, they have Wood Ranch a run for their money. $20 for a full rack- so so juicy and flavorful. Also had the shrimp fajitas- really good. Ordered through doordash tonight and spent $110.00 The food was not good. Old corn on the cob that you couldn't even bite into it was like leather. Ribs were so salty. Paid extra for chips, salsa($7.99) and Queso ($11.99). Literally sent aa half a cup of each?? Total scam. Chicken crispers were so touch and small. Salad was another half a cup of bagged lettuce. So we order on their app, and we got our order... we ordered a bacon burger and they decided, you don't need the bacon. And then when I called to complain, oh my God, pain in the... I gave the person my name 3 times, and kept saying Miles... I gave him the order number he could not find it. Ask if that was all that was wrong. Basically, why are you calling, it's just bacon. Not gonna lie, that did not sit well with me. He informed he would pass it onto a manager, and then ask did I want to speak to the manager. Like I was just calling to do them a solid. Then when I got onto the phone it was a little like going over again, as they were looking for Miles. It took over 10 minutes for them to find the ticket and get a refund. I usually go to my local chilis but I was in the area and my fam and I decided to have dinner here. Service was excellent. The food was great too. My steak was not cooked to my liking but steak is steak and it still had some pink so you know I devoured it anyway lol. The loaded mash amazing and piping hot as always. My fam got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was huge and looked so good. The other for the ribeye and it was massive and also looked amazing. We only had water and coors light to wash it down. This review is more about the amazing manager on duty! I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday with a few drinks and appetizers. Immediately we were sat in a table and didn't think much of it. The server took a few minutes to greet us at the table but was super sweet and immediately apologized for the wait even though it was only a few minutes! We asked about happy hour and learned it was only on the bar side, so we asked to jump seats and she said it was totally fine, so we did. The same bar server was the girl who first sat us upon arrival so we were a little confused. She took our drink orders and asked if we wanted any food. We had said specifically just the drinks, but once when you come back, we'll order food. She dropped the drinks off and NEVER came back. We had to flag down the manager, who we later learned was named Darren, to take our food order. The server had been laughing and talking to other tables, but the one time we spoke with her, she looked so annoyed! She did not want to serve us nor did she want to be there, but with EVERY other table had a completely different attitude. We never caught her name, nor did we ask. It must have been busy as both this server and the manager were bartending and making drinks, but no excuse! She passed our tables multiple times, refilled drinks for others but never ours again. We had to flag her down and raise our hands as if we were in school again and she looked beyond irritated to come take our new drink orders. She saw us speaking to the manager, and walked up with the fakest smile on her face to ask if we needed anything else. The food was good and so were the few drinks we ordered, but that service from her ruined our night. Darren did an amazing job handling it and even followed up to ask how we were doing and we felt so heard!! I know being a restaurant manager can be a tough job, but Darren is doing it right! We had a gift card, the only way I would eat here and it was so bad that we wound up tossing the food as well as the remainder of the gift card, yes I would never eat it again, free or not. The restaurant is dated, empty, sad, needs a major overhaul. Service tried, but was just lacking, well everything. Both the chicken as well as the veggie fajitas were disgusting. Covered in a layer of salt, there was still no flavor. The veggies and meat such poor quality, nothing was fresh or prepared right. My girlfriend and I went in for a cute little date night. When we got there we put in our order and proceeded to wait 50 minutes for our food. I'm a little surprised myself at giving a chain restaurant 4 stars but when I came here for dinner with a group of people they were really on point and both service and food were exemplary. There was a short wait (5 minutes) when we arrived on a weekday night at 6:30pm. The place was packed! The hostess was very sweet and soon we were shown to a booth. Our waiter was really hustling. He was always checking on us, getting us refills (mango iced tea!) and making certain we were happy throughout our meal. We initially ordered an appetizer - chips and salsa with a warm spinach dip. The chips were light and crisp and the dip was superb. I ate too many chips because of that delicious spinach dip. I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs with their original sauce (slightly sweet) which came with fries and Mexican street corn on a stick. The corn was tender and juicy and the cheese and other ingredients made it all the tastier. The ribs had a lot of meat on them. I've had ribs at other locations and they've never been as meaty as the ones I had this night. I don't know what was going on but, aside from being slightly dry, the ribs were the best I've had at a chain restaurant (though no competition for any true barbecue joints). I barely had any fries due to filling up on chips but they were good yet nothing incredible. I had a great experience here and hope that if you visit they are on top of their game like they were on this particular night. read more

Just gone completely down hill used to have amazing hand breaded chicken crispers too but they cheaper out and switched to frosting disgusting bs. Have not been here in several years ! My son wanted to goto dinner with me so we were like let's go for old times sake. The restaurant was pretty empty and looked like the decor and feel hasn't changed in forever dark and sad. The only energetic person who seemed to be happy being there was the host. I noticed those computer things on the table that they have you pay with was so gross and dirty I had to move mine so I wouldn't have to stare at it while I ate..at least wipe them down? I got the chicken fingers figured it's something I always used to get... my son got a platter with a bunch of meat and chicken fingers. So the chicken fingers were greasy and had zero flavor not the recipe I was used to.. my son said his was ok. The food was mediocre 3 at best... couldn't find the waiter even though the restaurant was empty. Got my husband chicken fingers to go with fries and corn and when we got home they gave him 3 and a half strips when we ordered 5 left the fries off ... terrible. He also said the chicken tasted odd. The chain has seen better days. Most of the bad moves are from corporate, however, and the service worker are still doing a great job. We really enjoyed the Chili's experience. They had 5 TV's with NBA and NCAA basketball on, plus women's volleyball. It was great sport viewing. But what separated this eating/dining out experience was the exceptional bartender named Matt. He not only took great care of us, including joking around, but at one point he got mega-slammed. My Entrée: Ultimate Smokehouse Combo; baby back ribs, bacon BBQ chicken and smoked brisket. included: fries, garlic toast, roasted street corn & dill pickles. A great combination of flavors!
