The food and drinks had poor quality and the waitress was pretentious. My mother is disabled and we were sick afterwards.

We preordered on Super Bowl Sunday and when we went to pick up we were informed they were running behind and asked to come back in 50 minutes. I understood, it was a busy day. When we came back we were able to get our food and get out quickly, which was great. When we got home we found that ALL our food was cold and the receipt showed that the order release time was BEFORE we actually arrived the first time. We were starved so we reheated and ate, it was not good and both my husband and I got sick. Not fun and super disappointed! Waste of $! read more

I ordered a vodka and rum drink. They were out of the Tito's vodka and replaced it with tequila without telling me. You should never change alcohol without telling the customer. If your out of one vodka, you use another. I have a problem with tequila. I spent the evening in the bathroom, the temp manager did not seem concerned. Will not go back. read more

Congrats to Chili's for making me care enough to leave a review. I ordered curbside at 5:47 pm: half order of cheese fries and a side salad. I was told the order would be ready between 6:09-6:14. I checked in when I arrived and waited until 6:20. Over 30 minutes for a small order should not take this long. I called and was told the order was being prepared and bagged. I waited until 6:45 and called again and reminded them that I placed the order nearly an hour ago, so it should have taken this long. He said he would "step on it". I go inside at 6:55 and after being ignored for 10 minute the server said it will ready very soon. I finally get the order at 7:10 and ask her did they forget to make the order, or was it made on time and someone just forgot bring it out. She stated that it was just made fresh. As soon as I got back to my car I opened the container and the fries were COLD. I understand mistakes happen, but just own up to it and apologize instead of lying and giving me a poor product. I would lie and say that I will never go to Chili's again, but I still have a balance on this gift card I need to use. So I guess I will say that I will never go to this location again. read more

Worst service ever!!! We were in the area to celebrate my daughters birthday. Waited over 30 min. for our food, appetizers never came. Server claims kitchen lost the ticket. My moms food never came. Chili's is a fun place to go. It works well for either take out or dining inside the restaurant. The staff there is friendly, organized and efficient. The food tastes good here. The drink selection is good, also. I think they do a good job on take out orders. Why do I say that? Well, my former boss over at Wells Fargo Advisors was kind enough to treat me to lunch here. This place is awesome! Not only is the food great but the staff is amazing. My son accidentally left his retainer case on our table and Christina and Fargo, the managers, went in the back and dug through bins of trash to help us find it. We Waited 15 minutes for water and when they came, he didn't even bring us straws. I had to get up and hunt for them around the restaurant. We never got a refill and all of our glasses were empty halfway through the meal. Interesting since the table not far from us personally got hand delivered drinks from our same waitress and refills before their food even arrived. My husband and I had to repeat our orders several times to the waitress. I told her I wanted my meal well done and she had an attitude and argued with me saying, they don't prepare it that way. I had to let her know that I don't enjoy seeing blood in my meal like I did last time I had order it. Every time I talked, she interrupted me and then asked me what I said. Very annoying dinning experience. She was very passive aggressive and had the nerve to tell us to fill out the survey before we left so she could get a weekly bonus. A couple days ago, my girlfriends and I were having a little craving for some beers and some happy hour munchies. We decided on Chili's and I'm glad we did! Between us 3 girls, we got 4 big cups of beer, 10 piece boneless chicken wings and we had an endless supply of chips and salsa for $28. Is it bad that I judge a place automatically by their chips and salsa? We got a mountain full of chips and they were warm! I love eating chips that are thin and crispy. It just makes the salsa taste that much better. The boneless chicken wings were okay, but I can't complain- it's happy hour prices! Beer, well, it was delicious. I'm not a big beer drinker, but they give you a hefty cup. SERVICE was fabulous. I loved our waitress. She was so attentive and sweet! Parking was surprisingly easy to find, but that also could be because it was the day before the holiday weekend. I'm sure us girls will be meeting up soon again at Chili's! read more

If I could give 0 stars I could, the wait was 20-30 minutes for 4 people, but we sat at the bar so we just sat ourselves. We ordered Mozzarella Sticks, Chips and Salsa, 2 beers, Root Beer and a Sprite to start off. We waited 30 minutes but only the Mozzarella Sticks came, and our server didn't even bring them someone else did. Management at Mission V actually made it right! This Pandemic has made things pretty difficult for many people, especially restaurants. We placed an order online and due to the surge of households placing orders at the same time, our order wasn't actually received despite the confirmation emails. After my wife drove 8 miles and waited a while for them to find our order, technical difficulties was a result of the bad experience, not the staff. The manager was determined to make it right and actually sent a letter for the hiccup with gift cards for our trouble. First time trying this location. Ordered it's just wings and they were horrible. Stale, cold, and tasted like rubber, both the chicken and the curly fries. Paid $20 and threw it away after trying it. And not to mention the lack of service. They tell you to park in a curbside pick up spot and check in with spot number and someone will bring your order out. Did exactly this and waited 15 minutes past the time order would be ready and no one came. Walked inside, waited, and no one there to ask for help. Went in for lunch today and was unhappy with their service. To begin with they kept forgetting my drink, I had asked them about it twice and each time they just apologized and left to go "check" on it, but never heard anything. The service overall just took too long and the pasta we ordered was not seasoned well and barely any chicken on it, usually it's really good, but today was just not it. The waitress helping us out, not sure her name, but she was a blonde older bartender ended up chasing us down once we were walking out after paying and walking to our car to come confront us on why we left no tip and we told her how unsatisfied we were with the service and how we kept having to ask for the missing drink. She made us feel very uncomfortable on the fact that she actually came out to chase us down. I wish I had gotten her name to include in this review. read more

They dont like serving black people here. Stay away unless you're white, then its all good. Very rude staff including the manager. Came in to grab some baby back ribs as per my usual order at chili's but this location was to cool for school. They had people who walked in right before me and were seated at the bar, the hostess turned right around and told me they were closed. I went outside to make sure the hours of operation were posted and it clearly states 10:30 pm. When I went outside they instantly locked the door behind me. I checked online and it also says 10:30 closing time. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager who laughed and said they always close at 10. I mentioned that I walked in right after another couple and they were seated at the bar. He claims they entered before 10 and I did not. I asked why the sign on the front of the store and even online was 10:30pm, he replied he wasn't aware of that. I asked how did he know the other couple was there before 10 if he wasn't on the floor at the time and how come they told me 10 and when I went outside to show them the sign they locked it behind me. It was literally 10:01. There is no reason why they couldn't seat me at the bar or at least place my order to go since they were literally taking new orders in front of me while I was looking like a homeless person outside the glass doors. Very disrespectful and rude. I could see the bias dripping off their fake smiles and sinister laughs. 5 Stars for Chilis! I have never been to chili's before as an adult and let me tell you it was busy and packed on a Friday night. They have great specials such s the 2 for $22 or the 2 for $35. These specials are what brought us in the door. We got the bottomless chips and salsa for appetizer. I ordered the half rack of ribs with broccoli and their house Bbq sauce was terrific! My boyfriend ordered the fajitas and he was thrilled with the quality of the steak and the chicken. For dessert we opted for the lava cake which was an excellent recommendation by our waiter, Michael. He provided us with superb customer service and was so quick and getting drinks, appetizers, and food out to the table. We will make sure to request Michael when we come to this location! read more

Happy hour at Chili's was better than I expected. Looking for some late night happy hour eats, we decided to give this place a shot. I hadn't been to Chili's in years. We ordered Buffalo wings, 1/2 order of margherita flatbread, and southwest egg rolls. Happy hour prices were great and this was a great amount of food for 2 hungry people who were eating this as their dinner. We were contemplating ordering another dish, but this was enough. The egg rolls were yummy and packed with flavor. The margherita flatbread was so not plain and blah like i envisioned. It had some great cilantro sauce spread on top. I ordered off Doordash to go , which was a mistake. My burgers were pink everywhere ..(the pics are two different burgers, and no, I absolutely would NEVER choose for my burgers to be undercooked.), so those got thrown out immediately. All the food in the 4 trays, were cold.The only food that was still warm, was my corn on the cob, that was wrapped in foil. The driver did not take long at all, so I must've gotten crap leftovers. Probably never ordering from here again. Sucks when you pay that much money for mediocre and disgusting food, and you can't show a Manager. Do the "Chicken Nachos" look fresh??? We've had lots of issues with this location, lots, but it's close to home - and I love chicken enchilada soup!!!The hostess hides in the kitchen at night, the service has been awkward and the management incompetent. Tonight one server changed my mind - tonight Martha changed everything. If she's not in management training, this would be a travesty. She is friendly upbeat and most importantly on top of everything! As the teenagers running around could care less and barely try to be sufficient at their role, she's running circles around them keeping all of her tables happy and smiling. Stopped by for lunch. The music was very loud. The food was just as good as we expected. The complaint I have is when I went to visit the ladies' room. In two of the three stalls, the toilets were dirty - poop on the seat of one of them and grime inside the toilets. No toilet paper in one of those. In the handicapped stall, the toilet was ok. The mirror was so water stained, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I would not want to take children into that bathroom. I used to go to this Chili's a lot, but I'm not going there again. Who knows how they clean the rest of the premises. read more

Bad service tonight on our takeout order. We enjoy Chili's food and get it often. After being quoted 25 mins, my husband waited 45, asked for an updated time, they said 20 more mins. And then when he checked again after 20 minutes, the manager said they were behind on DoorDash orders and it would be a few more mins. Poor service. My sister in law, best friend, and I came in saturday around 3. We wanted to stop and eat before we went to our fun night planned in San Clemente. We sat in the bar area and Emily was our server. She got us waters to start and when she came back my sister in law and best friend asked for margaritas. I was the driver and am also sober, so i asked for a virgin margarita. I was told by emily she will check on my "slushy". When she got to the bartender she was talking to her about it loudly asking what the ingredients were (i am VERY aware of whats in a virgin margarita which is why I ORDERED IT.) it became a joke between the bartender with bangs and red hair, at one point the bartender said out loud "Jesus Christ..." about me ordering it. The server obviously was trying to poke some fun at me ordering it and became condescending. Instantly my whole night was ruined, i was embarrassed and honestly really upset. The server then realized i wasnt happy but decided to come and say i "inspired her" to make a virgin drink and it obviously was not genuine. We have been to this Chilis a few times in the past, but the service today was great! Better than some of the more high end restaurants. Our server was named Paco and he made sure we were very well taken care of. If you get Paco as your server you're in good hands! The food was also really good! Came quick & everything was delicious. We have ordered curbside pick up here many times and every time the wait is 45 minutes on top of what they estimate. When you go in to pick up the food it is never ready. They need to do better about giving accurate times for pick up. read more
