I just wanted to say that I love coming to this Chilis especially when I have Tina as my waitress! She always remembers the way I love my soup! Ive had other waitresses there and they look at me like I am crazy. Thats ok BUT Tina has never looked at me weird or said sorry we cant do it! She checks on you all the time no matter how many tables she has. She is always smiling. I absolutely love her! I have had one bad experience there with an older lady, She got so upset because of how I ordered my soup. She said sorry it comes out the way it is the kitchen sends it. I said sorry been coming here for years and Ive never had someone tell me that. She was rude about it and we had to keep waving her down forr drinks, napkins or whatever we needed. I wanted to say you need to get trained by Tina but I didn't. Thankfully that didn't stop me from coming back because of other waiters and waitress BUT forsure of Tina! The ambiance here is always relaxing to me. It doesn't matter if I sit im the bar area or dinning! It can get loud but thats chilis especially if there is good games on ! Food was good, but customer service was horrible. We arrived at 1:30 pm, and was told that there was approximately a one hour. The server texted me the link to keep me updated of the wait time. Due to insufficient seating inside we sat outside to wait. At approximately 2: 00 pm, I received notification that we were number two on the wait list At 2:18 pm, I received a text stating that my name had been taken off the list. I contacted the server for an explanation, which she was unable to explain. She stated that a table would be available when the previous guests who had paid left, and they cleaned the table. We were finally seated at 2:45 pm. I gave three stars instead of one because once we were finally seated and ordered, the food came out pretty quick. read more

Food! They don't sell Chilli Cheese Fries nor Chilli! The establishment is named "Chillis"? Waitress stated they stopped selling Chili bowls 2 year's ago with no explanation. So she recommended Bacon Bit fries with cheese, fries were cold and bacon bits tasted processed with heavy MSG preserves type chemicals flavor. The soup was decent. My server was very helpful and busy at the same time, the little order taking thing didn't get our orders so we had to wait a while until the server told us, the interior was nice like a classic Chili's, the food is where i'm a bit iffy though because usually at other chili's, my go-to meal is the 5 chicken crispers with Nashville hot chicken sauce, mac and cheese, fries, buffalo ranch, and normal ranch, but when it arrived it was extremely disappointing, there was barely any of the Nashville hot sauce, it looked microwaved unlike ones at other chilis and the mac n cheese was weird idk how to describe it, but overall if you love the Nashville hot chicken crispers with mac and cheese and fries and buffalo ranch and normal ranch i wouldn't recommend unless you get anything else read more

Pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Smash burger was so satisfying! The baked potato soup and enchilada soup were fantastic. The lunch deals are a great value for what you get. My wife and I frequent this chilis and have always had really great experiences at this location. Today though, we went in for dinner with our son and stood in the entryway for 10 minutes with staff just passing by and no one even said "welcome, be with you in a moment" so with our son looking at us like "what are we doing?" My wife finally said HI to one of the greeters who was just standing there ignoring us. They then sat us a one of the tall tables that wasn't exactly toddler friendly but we decided to take it because we just wanted to be seated. Then our server, asked if we wanted drinks so we placed our order. She requested to see ID for both of us and when she got to mine she said do you have one that's not expired? I had no idea mine just expired a week ago so I looked and pulled out my FIREARM SAFETY CERTIFICATE to which she said no. I get it's the law, but come on. It expired a week ago and I just turned 30. In clearly 30. Just crazy how this interaction 2 whole minutes after we practically had to seat ourselves. Service was just poop, zero stars if I could. read more

I placed an order for some wings through DoorDash and didn't realize that it was from Chili's. I was a little bit confused at first, but when I finally figured it out, I walked in to pick up my order. They handed me the bag but as I was walking back to my car, I peeked inside to realize they gave me boneless wings instead of the bone-in that I had ordered. I went back inside to ask them to fix it; I had to wait another 10-15 minutes due to their mistake. All I received was an apology and I overheard someone yelling at the guys in the kitchen saying "This was supposed to be bone-in!" But I feel like the person handing out orders should've also checked it. Anyway, because they rushed fixing this order, I ended up going home with undercooked wings and I didn't get the flavors I ordered. How disappointing. A quick pick-up turned out to be a wasted 20 minutes and the food wasn't enjoyable at that point. read more

Natalie provided exceptional service--she was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I tried to leave feedback on the survey when we paid but it timed out therefore leaving me unable to leave a review as I always do. Not sure when they stopped curbside pickup but ok I guess I could live with that, but the last few times we have gone there and we get home something is missing from our order! But this last time ALOT was missing from our order so I call them for a refund but they tell me they can't do that so they say they will be sending me a giftcard through my email never received it! I called back they said ok they will send it out and still 2 months later and I still never received it! We had the best experience last night at this chili's ( 1/3/25) When we walked in, there was a really huge line.It was raining so but it was crowded inside.But the staff was handling the crowd really well.The gentleman that took our reservation was so kind.He even really Coolly showed us with a wink wink and a nudge nudge a table that just opened up in the bar as the bar is open seating.So we were able to avoid a forty minute wait. And our server, while we were in the bar area was awesome.Everybody was super attentive, but our server was beyond.We go to chili's a lot, and we actually don't expect great service.But these two together were an awesome team.Our server's name was spencer.I do not know the name of the employee at the front, but he did actually look like he could be Spencer's little brother. My family and I are regulars at this chilis location. It's definitely the best in the area compared to the Temecula and Lake Elsinore locations by FAR. Service is great, ambiance is always great, bathrooms are always clean, and our food is always the best at this location. However, my friends and I went to this Chilis last night and our server was an older woman with blonde hair. My family and I have had this server before and have had nothing but bad experiences with her. She has never once introduced herself, asked us how we were doing, or given us anything more than mediocre service. Correy is amazing here, our favorite server by far. The managers are always checking in on tables and walking around, and us as customers notice this and appreciate it! But this older server is very rude to us. She has been our server a handful of times and has never once introduced herself, so I can't even say her name on the review. My friends and I dined her for over an hour and a half and she returned to our table maybe 3 times during our whole visit. Our drinks were constantly empty, we had to ask for them to be refilled, she never checked in on us, and she also was extremely rude while we ordered. Me and my 3 friends all work customer service jobs, and were filled with pleases and thank you's and she was so RUDE! While I was ordering she didn't even ask me what I wanted she just looked at me with a blank expression on her face and didn't say anything and was extremely rude to my friends. I'm sure she recognized me because my family and I have dined here for years and she's never once been nice to us. This server is the only complaint I have about the entire restaurant, and when I see her serving I now will remember to request to not sit in her section. As someone who works in the restaurant industry in a management capacity, I feel as though this needs to be said. I was dining next to a table of obviously drunk people last night & witnessed 2 different servers get cussed out in a degrading display by them. In front all of us in the dining room. Apparently they were told they would not be being served anymore alcohol, which was a good thing, & as it should be. What was missing was a manager to step in after their employees were being verbally attacked. A male Manager arrived at that table and to my shock told the men at the table they couldn't have anymore alcohol but the ladies could! Say What? They were just as inebriated! In my opinion this couldn't have been handled any worse by this Manager. They should have been asked to leave, not continue drinking. I will say our food was great, so was our server, but the dining experience was really terrible. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars.... We came in for quick bite... we ordered very straightforward meals and we watched a group of 15 boys and 3 other tables and families of 3 to 5 who were seated and ordered way after us get their meals right away, while we and our children were still waiting for ours. During that time no server checked in on our table while taking care of all the other tables. When we did start to get our meals our server acknowledged that it was "messed up" other tables were served before us and stated she told the kitchen it was wrong they served out orders for all other tables before ours. She continued on with sorry servers are just one person meanwhile all the tables around us has 2 to 3 runners check-in on them. The service was terrible and to add to everything we asked for rare steak for our order and the steak came out way over cooked. Negative stars if I could post that. read more

If I could give -100 stars on the service my partner and I received on 10/31/25 night, I would. Our waiter was rude and felt like she was rushing us when ordering. My partner felt like she was annoyed by him when she would look his way or when he would ask for something. When we were given our drinks, I asked for sugar packets; the girl (not our waiter) asked me if i wanted "thisorthat" (naming the two sugar packet options) when I said "both", she immediately said "no, its already really sweet with the mango syrup", in a tune that made me question if it's because I'm a fat person?? Honestly I didn't even want to drink my tea anymore. Our whole time there felt weird. We normally love CHILI'S and most times I leave with a bag of chips and salsa. The service made us lose our appetite. I took my food home so I wouldn't feel bad about spending money. But sad to say, no longer coming to this location of CHILI's. We usually visit the chili's in Temecula, but tried out this location today. We got right in on a Saturday afternoon to the bar area. We love that they have happy hour all day on Saturday and Sunday. Great drink and appetizer specials. We had their bone in wings, and they were hot, crispy, and juicy and came out quickly. Excellent service from Natalie, she gave us a great recommendation for the wing flavor and a delicious cocktail. She is too sweet! We'll be back. read more
