Ive been to this Chillis location a couple times and have always had a great time. My friend and I both got the triple dippers. This was his first time having it and he really enjoyed it! He also got the loaded mashed potatoes and he thought they were great. I got the shark attack marg that I've seen on tik tok, it was good but very sweet! We came on a Friday night so there was a steady flow of people coming in. We sat in the bar, our waitress was great about managing the busyness of a Friday night rush. I like this Chilis. It's always busy the food is consistent and the staff is great. My kids love the gaming consoles at the table, although not free, worth it to keep them occupied! Classic Chili's I love the comeback chilis has had as a franchisee. Went here for a book club and we had great service, no wait for a table and food was classic. Lots of triple dippers at the table, there was one mistake but servers took care of it asap. They didn't rush us out of our table. Definitely recommend this location. read more

I had a pretty good experience at this Chili's. we ordered two for one margaritas, which was a great value and they came out to about $4.50 each. We had the fajitas and the baby back ribs and both were really delicious. The ribs were perfectly crispy and slid right off the bone. The white cheddar mac & cheese that comes with them was to die for. Our server was very busy, but he was very friendly. It wasn't the fastest service because it was a Saturday night, but nothing too bad. The ambiance is about what you would expect at Chili's on a Saturday. we paid about $85 for this entire meal, including tip, which I think was an astounding value for how tasty everything was, including the margaritas. I haven't been a big fan of Chili's but my wife likes it so since we were going to in the neighborhood anyway I decided that trying it with her again would be OK. First, the service. was outstanding and my Big Smasher was great. I like my burgers to smell and taste smoky and this one did. The 3 for me special is great value for $10.99 and is competitive if not a better value than a comparable Burger King or Mcdonald's equivalent. Things I like: lots of kids meal options and you can pick your own sides. I love that you can customize the type of appetizers you want in the platter. The food: the sliders and southwest egg rolls are good, and the ranch is really yummy. The thing I really didn't like was the boneless wings with the chipotle sauce... not sure what I expected but the smell was so awful I couldn't even try them. We had a nice meal at Chili's. Its standard corporate food which meet our expectations. We started with the bottomless chips and salsa, which are free if your a rewards member or $6.99 if not. They were thin, crispy and salty and the salsa was nice. I dont think I would pay full price for them though, glad they were complimentary for our party. We had quesadilla explosion salad which had a nice vinegrette on it. We also had the 4 piece crispy chicken crisper combo. We got double fries in place of the mac and cheese. The chicken and the sauces were good. The fries were just ok. Our server was friendly. He brought refills without having to ask and everything came out quick. Inside is a little run down. Service was out of this world. Super attentive for our group. Food is good. Why? Almost all of their dishes contain a sodium blast beyond the daily recommended value. Salads, apps, even the burger sliders have over half the recommend value for sodium (not including the fries). read more

Surprisingly fun/nice bar for watching sports! The 3 for me deal is absolutely worth it (available as of 12/1/24)! Very friendly staff. Chilis has my favorite sit down chain food! Above all else, today my wife and I had what we beleive to be the best waitress in our lives. Ryder went above and beyond what would be expected by demonstrating a kind and caring attitude and a level of patience when assisting my somewhat indecisive spouse with her order. Food was great, I didn't need to ask for a refill once, and again, she had to be the most helpful waitress I've seen. If there were more like her the world would be a better place. Chili's has a GOLD happy hour, all day everyday 2-for-1's!! If you sign up for their rewards you get a free chips and salsa, their chips are warm, salted perfectly and crispy. Also had to try the chili at Chili's, didn't think it was anything special, but still good. My favorite drink is the sangria-rita it's sour and sweet. Very disappointed in my experience here at this specific Chili's location. We ordered to-go food, and the time it was promised was not the time we received our food. It was a good 15 minutes after the expected time that we got anything. My fiancé ended up having to go inside in the to-go area to get our food, which was just sitting on the counter. He told me no one was around to help at all. As for the food, it was terrible. We both ordered steak rare, with potatoes and a vegetable. Food was cold and overcooked, especially the steak. We could barely cut into it. My potatoes were also cold, even though they were in the little cup to keep them warm. I won't even comment on the broccoli. The same was true for my fiancé's food, cold and overcooked. My daughter's food was also cold. We ordered lemonades and they were both watered down and bland. We don't live that far from the restaurant, so the combination of waiting an extra 15 minutes and having our food just sit on the counter inside must have contributed to the cold food. We ordered bone in chicken wings garlic Parmesan. The chicken was not done. The sauce was poured over the wings and was a lot of sauce. The sauce was extremely spicy and messy when trying to eat the wings. Tried to get the skin off to cut the meat off the wings and it was so messy we couldn't even do that. Our appetite was ruined. When we called to place the take out order we were placed on hold then disconnected and had to call back. Restaurant had no more than 12 people throughout the whole building, yet ignored our table several times and was just running back and forth empty handed like she didn't know what to do, and took so long to get our orders written that a host asked TWICE if we had been serviced yet. The food was hardly any better -- can the cooks make up their mind?? -- my chicken was smothered in an unnecessary dump of heavy sauce that was way too salty and it ruined my meal, while my partner's burger just tasted like nothing. At the end we decided to just stop our meal early and take leftovers home to the rest of our mates. Server took well over 5 minutes to get our boxes. We asked her for lids for our dipping sauces when she came back with the boxes, and it was after another AT LEAST five minutes waiting we just ended up leaving without the sauces. Walked out. Saw two waitresses, no bartender. One waitresses walked by us multiple times and we were not greeted. The restaurant was probably a quarter full and from what we could see only two had food. Really disappointed, my fam was excited for chilis. read more
