Food was outstanding for my son's 40th birthday for the 3 of us. Service was great and I'm sorry I forgot her name. Wonderful atmosphere for a family lunch. See you again soon.

We go to this Chilli's very often so we know what to expect but this time the experience was meh. Our waitress seemed to be in a rush asking for our drinks before we sat down , and consistently checking to see if we were ready. After ordering our food came out fast and swiftly. The restaurant was extremely clean and they seemed to be to be very organized. After we got our food our waitress didn't visit our table but once and at the end. Overall I will come back because it's usually not this bad but maybe a little patience would cause a better review.

This is a nice Chili's. It looks the same as all I have seen & of course the same menu. It was a long frustrating day & it was a great place to end my day, before heading home. The bartendress was nice, funny, on top of everything & outgoing. The customers were mostly regulars & they were also friendly. I did have the bacon cheddar fries & they were perfect. They were served in a small cast iron skillet. There were great crispy fries, melted cheese, bacon crumbles, chives, jalapeno peppers & ranch sauce to did them in. I felt quite comfortable & enjoyed myself & was able to destress. What's a girl to do? I have one major complaint: they use those damn styrofoam containers, that ruin the planet!! Lost a star for that, always!

The chilis survey cut me off, so as i was saying the sweet tea was really really bad I cried about it. But my server was amazing and the food was good. My server was very attentive and I really enjoyed her energy. The playlist tho who has the freaking aux. They need it taken away. I was in pain listening to low rider trying to eat my nashville hot chicken. That also made me cry.

Hmmm blackberry margarita & strawberry margarita! Yes please!

Shelley had the smash burger, fries crispy and exactly as ordered. I went with the Fish Fryday special -- fried cod, fries, tartar. It was fried fish. I ordered fried fish. Hard to complain when the menu delivers on its promise. Kitchen threw in extra tartar sauce without us asking -- always a good sign. Happy hour pricing on my Corona, no dreaded credit card surcharge. Open air Marina view still the best seat around, watching the boats drift by. Only letdown: last visit we had dolphins putting on a show table-side. This time, nothing. I'll be speaking to management about their apparent failure to order dolphins for our table. Unacceptable. Location: Sunset Cove, below Seafire Grill on 19 South in New Port Richey.

It was easily accessible by the birthday girl who was using her walker. Service was wonderful! Sarah was prompt with bringing our drinks after we ordered them, and keeping those drinks full. She brought us our food orders as soon as they were ready. Everything was at the proper temperature and delicious. Our party ordered salmon, fried shrimp, fish & chips and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Our meals were filling, and what we couldn't eat came home with us! We are definitely returning for the fried shrimp!! We brought cake which Sarah expertly delivered to the table once we were done with dinner. Only one candle was not lit when she placed it in front of the birthday girl. But that was okay! She blew out the others to get her wish. I'm betting that wish was to return here. Everything was memorable and enjoyable!!

Making reservations on open table as quick and efficient. When we arrived, our tables put together and ready for us and we were sat immediately. A decent menu with good variety and fair pricing. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. My husband had the stacked turkey club sandwich and he thought it was delicious. I had the tuna poke nachos and the tuna was very good but the wonton nacho chips were stale tasting. I don't know if they were just left out for too long or if they were over fried, but that would be my only complaint. We chose to dine outside and watch the beautiful sunset with the cool breeze, brushing our faces while we sipped on our cocktails and enjoyed lively discussion. If we were in the area again, I would likely come here at sunset

Whiskey Joe's came highly recommended by several locals, so I was really excited to give it a try…read more The atmosphere is definitely the highlight--it's right on the water with beautiful views, a fun beachy vibe, and a great place to relax. Unfortunately, our dining experience didn't quite live up to the recommendations. We ordered appetizers and entrees at the same time, but our food took about 45 minutes to arrive, and our appetizers didn't come out until the exact same time as our entrees. Since we had ordered simple appetizers like chips and queso and ceviche, it was a little disappointing that they weren't served first. When I asked about it, I was told the kitchen was backed up. Our server was pleasant, but she wasn't very attentive throughout the meal. There were a few times we had to get up and find her just to get drink refills or an update on our food. I completely understand that restaurants can have off days, and even the people I was dining with--who visit often and usually rave about this place--mentioned that this experience was out of the ordinary. As for the food, the ceviche wasn't my favorite, and my shrimp tacos were a bit over-fried. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, especially considering how highly the restaurant had been recommended. That said, the location and atmosphere are absolutely beautiful, and based on how much the locals seem to love it, I'm hoping this was just an off day rather than the norm.

Sat at the bar, because we like the vibe there better. Super impressed with the bartender. Not only made great martinis, she's a certified sommelier and had great recommendations for wine pairing with food. Started off with some raw oysters. Prepared properly (separated from the bottom shell). Fresh and tasty. Next was the appetizer special, seafood mix salad on crispy potato bars. Interesting and tasty. Finally, we had the grilled octopus. Seriously some of the best I had. Nice and tender and grilled just right. Service was outstanding and attentive. Atmosphere was lively, without being noisy. Met a nice couple that go there every week for date night. It will be in our regular rotation of places to go.

However, our disappointment isn't so much with the meal. It's with how their manager, Anthony, handled the situation. Instead of showing empathy, apologizing, or making us feel like valued customers, Anthony spoke to my wife in a condescending, disrespectful, argumentative and unprofessional manner. No customer should ever be talked down to or belittled. A manager sets the tone for the entire restaurant. Anthony's behavior turned our evening into an unacceptable dining experience. Because of him, and him alone, we will never come back. I hope management take this review seriously. Food can always be corrected, but the way customers are treated is what determines whether they'll ever return. Unfortunately, because of how Anthony handled this situation, we will not be back, and we will not recommend Estuary to others. I sincerely hope no future customer has to experience the same treatment.

We asked her several questions and she knew the answers to everything. We ended up ordering an app and an entree each. She warned us that the oysters were hand shucked and might take a bit longer. No problem. We didn't mind when they came out. After 30 minutes, my husband's clam chowder finally arrived. It was delicious, but there was no reason for a cup of chowder to take 30 minutes. Chowder has to be made in advance. Thirty minutes after that, so an hour after we originally ordered, someone (the owner? another server? I don't know who.) said our food would be up soon. Our original server then came over to apologize and say that they hadn't even started our oysters, crab legs, or the Grouper platter at all. An hour later and they hadn't even started cooking?! It wasn't even that crowded. Surely shucking a dozen oysters doesn't take an hour?! We asked our server to cancel everything. We paid for the chowder, gave her a very generous tip for her trouble, and left. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was to have to leave hungry. Get it together Crab Shack! That's ridiculous.
