Horrible experience. My family went to celebrate my son's birthday. We made a reservation and we all were disappointed by this dining experience. Our server, Buffy, was incredibly inattentive. She didn't get our orders correct nor did she feel the need to check on our table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything...like waters refilled or napkins etc. Needless to say we will not return. Food was not fresh or tasty as it had been in the past. Over cooked rubbery shrimp fajitas, over cooked chicken crispers, undercooked broccoli, over procecessed chicken breast. Went here last night (a Friday) and we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Nobody even made eye contact or acknowledged us for that whole period of time. Just as we were about to give up and leave the waitress runs up and seats us. When we were finally seated we ordered quickly and our appetizer came without issue. However, after we finished the appetizer we had to wait for over 30 minutes for our entree... and during that time we received exactly zero refills. We were told we were being served by a waiting team but I never saw the the waiter our waitress was supposedly paired with. Before the entree came a busboy came up and took our plate then told us to pay whenever we wanted. At this point we hadn't received our entree yet and here he thought we were DONE and ready to leave. Probably because we'd just been sitting there doing nothing but waiting for so long. The food was alright when it finally came but it took way too long! I didn't even get to take my leftovers with me because we had to go pick someone up and I wasn't willing to wait who knows how long to get a container. At least they have those tablets you can pay with at the table, or we would have been waiting another 30 minutes to pay the bill. I would NOT recommend going here. The staff shows very little consideration or care and we will not be coming here again. They deserve negative 100 stars. Went here tonight with a "be our guest" gift card that I received because they ruined my last experience. Curbside does not mean anything to them. I ordered on the app for curbside, got there right on time and parked in spot 1. No one ever comes out, same thing happened last time. I had my baby in the car and he was not happy so I didn't want to get out (and shouldn't have to when they're advertising curbside). After waiting too long I called and talked to a female worker...told her I was here and had already checked in and she said okay you can come in and pay. Sorry...what??? Do you understand the concept CURBSIDE? Get your lazy a** outside. I said "I ordered curbside" after some silence of her clearly not wanting to come outside she asked what spot I was in. Waited another 10 mins....I bet you can guess...she never came out. No one did. I had to get my baby out of the car and go inside to do their job for them. Paid for my food which was now cold, I had seen it sitting there the whole time. Get home and have missing items, disgusting looking burger. HORRIBLE!!!! I am down right upset with the lack of customer service and hospitality from this restaurant! I ordered two meals from this location online and an appetizer, I paid online and was going to pick up my order, as I was pulling up to the restaurant my boyfriend received a call from them telling us the ribs which was one of the dinners ordered were actually out for the night. Now that happens, I get that but to inform us last minute not give us an option or substitute or offer anything for the inconvenience not to mention wasted money that I now must wait 3-5 business days to get back is just horrible customer service at its best! Carla is a server and her manager (unfortunately I did not get his name) were very kind and polite. I went in during my lunch break and I did not have a physical form of payment i let them know before hand just in case I wouldn't be able to pay. I had no money on my Apple Pay card and i tried chase Pay when the manager tried to help me. He had said I could make the order and they would send it after I paid and Carla offered me something to drink I thanked her but said no thank you. I was a little embarrassed for not having a way to pay but luckily a family member sent me money through Apple Pay and I was able to pay. The reason I'm leaving a review is because I did not even wait 5 mins when they had the food ready. I like to believe they were already preparing the meal for me and I made it back to work on time. I really am grateful for their patience and kindness. I love chili's and I'm glad that the one by my work has amazing employees. I plan on going at least once a week. read more

My experience at chili's was.completely unacceptable. The waitress was forcing a smile that made my boyfriend and I feel so sorry for her. According to our receipt her name is Jax. I had ordered the bottomless soup and salad, which is supposed to mean I can get as much as i can eat. They where out of the loaded potatoe soup, so she said my options where the chili soup and tortilla soup. I had notice that on the menu it was 80 cents extra and she did not mention that untii i brought it up. Then she brought out my soup and salad and I had asked for a second bowl of soup since she constantly walked by without asking. I had not touched the salad yet and she had the nerve to say that I did "better than most". When my boyfriend asked what she meant, she said that usually people don't get more than one bowl of soup. Thelma was awesome!!! Super friendly and didn't give me a typical eye roll when having a very busy toddler at the table. She made me feel welcome and like I was not an inconvenience! Especially when I had to take my little one to the restroom, she didn't mind and didn't make me feel like she was suspicious of me "ditching out on a check" like I have felt in the past. I don't know what happened I always loved coming here to eat but since the COVID19 pandemic their service has been AWFUL. I ordered online for delivery and my food never arrived. Hours had passed and I decided to call the restaurant to see what happened. The man I talked to on the phone seemed overwhelmed and he acted as if it was delivered and I was lying. He then proceeded to say that after the food leaves the restaurant it's no longer in their control?! Wow. You are literally saying you have no control of the services your restaurant offers customers. He then told me he would call me back after he figured out what happened to our order. Time passes and I received an email saying the order was cancelled. On top of that the delivery address was wrong on my email. He never calls back. I end up calling him back says the driver must have taken the order. I ask him if it can be remade and I can go myself to pick it up. He says no I'd have to reorder everything. And be charged AGAIN. I told him I didn't want to do that because it was already late and he said the only thing we can offer you at this point is a refund. WHICH NEVER WAS REFUNDED. It has been WEEKS. I still haven't received anything. So now I'm out a total of $35.55 and never received the food I PAID for. Very awful with delivery and customer service. The Saturday afternoon crowd here was jumping! We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed a little overwhelmed with all of the people there, but overall the service was decent. We ordered drinks and appetizers and everything was good. The worst part of this place would have to be the bathrooms. They are horrendous! There was one stall with a working door and it seemed to be held together by duct tape. One stall didn't have doors entirely. It's amazing because the place seems decent until you encounter that nightmare. read more

Went to chilis today with the family. We decided on getting 2 of the 2/$22. Comes with one app and 2 entrees. The host working tonight was in a bad mood and had an attitude but our server was awesome. The apps we got were good, the Texas fries and chips and guac. However, my grilled chicken salad was the worst salad I've ever had , i don't really know how you can mess up something so simple but my chicken was soggy. My moms ribs were good but both the broccoli and corn on the con sides were horrible. If I do ever go back I will stick to just drinks and chips and salsa. read more

Very bad experience with this restaurant. We visiting the restaurant on 7/26/17. We were seated all was good. The waitress was very polite. We sat down, and ordered. About 30 minutes in, we still had not received our order. When we finally did, the order was wrong. We asked for one of the plates to be corrected (allergic to onions) and it took another 15 minutes to get it back. When we asked why it took so long, they stated they were backed up. The thing is, 2 parties of 6 or more came and sat after us and they received their food long before us. I was excited to try this place out. Very disappointed. Each visit gets worse and worse. I ordered a turkey sandwich, took off the top bread to spread out the turkey and found a clump frozen in the middle. The server was apologetic and took it back to replace it. Came back about 10 minutes later this time with one half of the sandwich bread burnt and hard. Food came pretty quick, then a couple with two small kids were seated across the Isle from us,and kept throwing toys on floor, as parent just kept picking it up and giving it back. And kids just kept Screaming!!!!! the whole time. Mind you a cry ,shout, a scream happens,but all through the meal is ridiculous!!!! called my a waitress over ,asked if she could get my waitress and told her we had to leave,because the noise was just too much!!!! I have never had a bad meal in a Chile's restaurant anyhere in the US; until now. This has got to be the worst Chile's in the entire chain. I ordered the Sirloin steak with specific sides. I presented with the worse steak imaginable. Half was pure uneatable grizle and the other half was tougher than leather. The sides were wrong as well. I lost my appetite and would not finish. Then as of to add to the experience; they attempted to charge a 50% tip to the bill as if maybe I would not catch it. I did and they removed it. Tried a turkey burger with fries and was disappointed with the quality of the meat and the way it was cooked. The happy hour deals are pretty good, however. But for some reason she was off today. Well we sat in the bar area, like I normally do, and our waiter was the slowest ever. My mother drove in from San Diego to take me out to lunch for my birthday. She picked Chili's because it's close to my work and typically (with my regular waitress) we are in and out of there in good enough time for me to get back to work on time. Well 1st our waiter takes forever to bring us our drinks. Then our food took forever to bring out to us. But the worst of it was by the end of the meal my mom informed our waiter that it was my birthday and she'd like a dessert. He says ok but 15 minutes later...NOTHING. By this time I'm late going back to work and tell him forget the dessert and bring us the check immediately. I think that was the fastest thing he brought to us the whole time we were there. Sadly, before today, I enjoyed Chili's. They aren't always the quickest at getting your order to the table, but the food in consistent, hot and in general, above average. Because I wear braces, making many foods difficult to chew, I've been ordering--for many, many weeks now-- the chicken enchiladas and asking them to sub shrimp.No problem. A $2 upcharge and everyone was happy. Until today. Today, the waitress couldn't figure out a way to do the simple upcharge, and wanted to charge me for a side of shrimp--6 shrimp for 2.99. That's 2 shrimp per enchilada. I escalated to management, got the same response. No effort to make the customer happy, in any way. We canceled the other order, paid for my iced tea and walked out. I won't be walking back in. This order has never been in question, even at other Chili's in the area and I really liked the dish. Big effing bummer. read more
