Was kind of concern when looking these reviews. We were in rock hill wanting to eat at the newly open raising cane but they had a line wrapped around the building. My son said hey let's go try the triple dipper from Chillis. Haven't been to a Chillis in years. But we were right around the corner. Surprisingly the place was packed. The waiter was really nice and quick. The food came out quick and everything was good. The 3 for me was a great deal. A big burger fries, a cup of soup, and a drink for 11 bucks. The inside did need a little cleaning up though. Overall a lot better than i thought. Definitely worth coming to try them out. read more

The food has had an improvement over the last few months. There's a lot of turnover. It seems an employees, but the people they have there are basically pretty solid. I guess I was just pleased that they seem to be making a turnaround where everyone says they're closing so many of these chilies restaurant so I hope they make it. It's worth a try there. My girl FANCY!! She is the absolute best bartender and server. She is very attentive and XTRA (in a good way). She will go above and above to make your meal and evening enjoyable. Food was great. Idk what has happened in the last couple months but service is really down and the quality of food sucks

Was told I could sit in the bar had to ask if I could take a menu. 2 employees walked by working the bar with no acknowledgment and the saw them talking to each and still did not come ask me if I wanted a drink. Watched them serve and check with people that walked in after me. So I had planned on just posting a one star, but when I was finally acknowledged by the main bartender, my experience with him was really good. He was attentive talkative, checking in on me and did a good job of serving so that's why for the three star instead of a one star. read more

Had an Ami g experience today at Chilis! I had the triple meal with Nashville Fingers, Nashville Mozzarella Bites and Sliders. Everything was delicious and the waitress "Fancy" was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and very friendly. You can tell she enjoy serving people and was happy to do her job! We just ordered Chilis after my daughter mentioned never having it. I grew up on Chilis and thought they were a solid chain. This location was terrible. We ordered mozzarella sticks for my daughter and she did love them. That's where anything good ended. I got the wings, they were undercooked and had very little sauce. My boyfriend got the bacon ranch quesadilla and it was barely filled and dry. And the worst was my son's kids quesadilla. The quesadilla had little to no cheese and what was there was dry. The tortilla was so hard it was basically like stale chips with old dried cheese. We will not be going back. read more

The food was mid, I got the mozzarella sticks which were ok but I've had better at other locations. Our server, Leeann was pretty rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there, that's fair but most servers are trained to be polite and it seems she missed that lesson in training. We asked for more drinks and it never came until we received the bill, she also charged up for a kids drink which comes with the meal. It was kind of loud, this was not the establishment's fault, more like the 5 year old blasting Bubble Guppies. To begin with, we had the misfortune of being seated in a booth serviced by a waitress whose first day was last night. Secondly, she did now know how to handle the tablet which she was trying to utilize in order to place our orders. So after sitting in the booth for about 25 minutes we were finally able to place of dinner order. However, it wasn't her inexperience that torpedoed the night it was the restaurant's manager yelling at the kitchen crew that sank the night. This is the second time I've waited on a Togo order at this Chili's. First, I ordered Togo at the restaurant. The employee didn't know what the items were on his POS. Don't train your employees on us. Train them first before you cut them loose on their own. Second, I have waited for over 45 minutes each time I've gotten Togo orders here. Unacceptable when you are not that busy. And third, these places need to understand the meaning of customer service. This place is sorely lacking. This will be the absolute last time I come here. For the record, she's super sweet and apologetic. 3 for me deal - beer an option, cool! 1 beer on draft that qualifies.... Wut. I hope entree is better... And.... Nope. Two stars is a stretch because the food was lack luster. The only reason they earned two stars was because of the bartender Trisha. She was excellent and made good drinks. She made everyone's drinks at the bar quickly and overall had a great personality. Now our food. Whew, i know i shouldn't expect much but everything was just bland. We were a party of 4. I order the bacon chicken quesadillas and it looked like it came out off the freezer. The salsa was watery. 2 of the people in my group had the double burger and the patties were extremely thin and once again tasted frozen. The last person in our group order the boneless chicken wings. He said it was okay but he was extremely hungry. Overall, due to the bad food. The manager comped our meal, so that was nice. Easily the most trash dining experience I've had. There were literally 2 ppl seated and it took 10min for a waitress to approach me and 40min for my food to come. It was dirty inside. This is the worst experience I have had at a bar/restaurant since COVID. There were 11 people and they wouldn't allow one extra to a table yet the entire bar was full and no social distancing going on. The manager was rude and I accommodating. The bartender was great and I know this because we couldn't sit with our friends on his birthday because of a manager. I will not be coming back here. Slow service and average food. I came in on a weekend for a quick lunch. Well, I was expecting it to be quick, and it wasn't at all. I came in just after noon just before the lunch rush. I told the server I wanted Diet Coke and I was served two regular, non-diet Cokes until she admitted her mistake. I suppose my taste buds should have told me what I was drinking wasn't diet, but it didn't register. As a diabetic, this was disastrous. After finishing the appetizers, it was at least 30 minutes before a manager came to the table to apologize for a delay in getting the meal to the table. People who were seated after me had already received their meals before an apology for the delay was made to me. The server didn't keep drinks refilled and seemed overwhelmed with her duties. I had already paid at the table when I was asked if I wanted dessert. I'm glad I was able to pay at the table or I would have been waiting all afternoon to settle the check. Slow. After reading the posted reviews, my husband and I were hesitant about eating at the Rock Hill location. However, we were most pleasantly surprised! I had the dry rubbed ribs, slaw and broccoli, which I substituted for the fries. All delicious! My husband had the quesadillas which he said were very good. I just applied to this chili's location yesterday. Today I had an interview scheduled for 4:45pm. I arrived on time. like I always do for all my interviews. My concern was I notice the restaurant wasn't busy at all, when I got there. I was greeted at the door, got seated. As, time went on I haven't met with a manager at all to greet themselves, or to explain they needed some time to gather information about my resume. I know this location has it's issues because they don't generate enough business to accept "NEW Employment". I differently won't eat or work for this location. read more

The people who work there are unorganized and have a ton of people waiting for service because they are not servicing people. Today I came to Chili's around 5ish o'clock. I am a regular at this Chili's, I come here at least 2 times a week for the last year or so and I sit with fancy. Today as I pulled up I seen the young manager getting checked out by paramedics, you could physically see something was wrong with her. After being nosey and watching the girl get put in the back of the ambulance I went inside. I HAVE TO SAY IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE OTHER MANAGER (the older white woman) she was so nasty about having to stay and continue to work. She walked around the restaurant complaining about now she has to stay and close. She had no compassion for the other manager: we watched two or 3 grown men have to help that girl even walk. I love the chilis managers they know me by name but this lady is wrong and should be reprimanded for speaking about the young lady to other team members and to guest . I'm in disbelief. read more
