I was really in the mood for some good food for dinner tonight, sorry I chose this location! Stopped at Chili's. They were not busy so I was seated right away. I waited 10 minutes before grabbing hold of a waitress and asking her if I had a waitress or a waiter? She said I do so I asked who it is because I haven't seen anyone yet. As she tried to walk away I stopped her and requested that she take my order since no one else had checked on me. She did. A short while later some guy shows up with my meal and informed me that he is my waiter. He delivered a plate of cold food, that was supposed to be hot food. I never saw my waiter again. I love me some chilis. But after visiting this location on 11/27/21, I will try to avoid it at all costs. This location always has issues. Today we had a party of two. It was a pretty slow Saturday night. Only about 25% of the restaurant was full. There was one girl running the bar. And I can't really blame her, because she was clearly short staffed. Managers are in charge of staffing, and picking up the slack when they are short staffed is their job. However we saw no one else but the host that sat us and the bartender. No one came to our table at all. No one greeted us or even looked our direction for 15 minutes. So we left. Will NEVER go back here. I've given them too many chances. read more

i normally don't bother to post about chain restaurants but i had to take the time today. we've been a few times to chili's in rock hill in the past year and we have had the same server all three times. his name is gabe and he's very very sweet. he was our server around christmas time and while we were there, it wasn't very busy. he was a little slower that night but hey we all have bad days. when he was at the table we giggled with him for a while. he's very funny and has awesome interests. i tipped him probably 35% (and i ordered a CRAP TON of food) that night bc we were having so much fun even if he wasn't as efficient as he could be. he cried and said we just helped him finish paying for christmas for his daughter. well the next time my grandma and her sisters went and they had gabe. said he was on top of everything they needed (and let me tell ya... they're all EXTREMELY FOND of running a server to death). then we had him tonight. todays my grandmothers 80th birthday so our "old timer" had an old timer with cheese. gabe was our server today and he was ON TOP OF THINGS. crushing it. he had quite a large section as well. we appreciate him for always making our chili's dining experience a fun one and a welcoming place to hang out. i believe he even made our mixed drinks the last time we went. only reason i gave 4/5 was because the inconsistency with sauces. ranch and pasta sauce could be better. read more

A group of 10-12 us have been here every Thursday night for a few years. We love our server Zach, he knows what we order and is very kind to us. Zach is a great server! The bar side menu has changed yet again!! They used to have 1/2 off select appetizers. Since the new menu the selection is slim and the prices are high. The food is okay but portions are smaller. Most of the other servers we have had have been mediocre or out right rude! We will look for a new spot! If it weren't for Zach (he gets 5 stars) they would have received 1 star! 10/13/15 Wow. Slow service, most orders were messed up, not all ordered items came out, some orders came out after most in our group were done eating. I am visiting my mom this weekend and we wanted to take my now 18 year old son to the restaurant he used to love to visit. They were nit busy and we were seated fairly quickly. My mom was going to order ribs but they no longer offer honey bbq sauce, so instead she got shrimp fajitas. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, and my son got the crispy tenders. My sons food was great, but the sour cream they severed with the fajita and my quesadilla just tasted off. So I mentioned it to our server and she said the manager would be right out to speak with us. Well 10 minutes later she came out and she he said to just tell us "Yes we have gotten lots of complaints because we no longer use Daisy sour cream and now use an off brand." My mom and son their sweet tea refilled, but unsweetened tea was given to them and once I server was notified she said, " Well I can bring y'all some sweetener." At the end we requested boxes to pack up our food and we were given one. The other was never brought to us, so I walked up to the to go area and asked for boxes. This review will be the hardest review I will have ever given because of my long time love for Chili's! Having once enjoyed everything about Chili's, I now loathe this particular location. We have given them the benefit of the doubt time and time and time and TIME AGAIN, but tonight was the last straw! Yes we were a large party but we have been coming EVERY Thursday night for over 2 years. At one time they would have the tables ready for us before we even got there. Upon our arrival we were greeted what appeared to be a new hostess. When we told her how many, she seemed to be utterly shocked. After disappearing for several minutes she came back still a little unsure what to do with us. We told her we usually sit in the bar area so we can get the happy hour specials. After finally agreeing to let us sit in the bar area it was still a good 10-15 minutes before our server greeted us. Once we order our drinks it was another 10 minutes before we revived them and once of my friends never received hers. She's not one to complain and unfortunately I didn't find out until we were leaving. We finally placed our order and waited another 25 minutes for our food. One individual ordered a steak burrito bowl but was given chicken instead. Because she was starving she ate it anyway. Her husband order the full/regular priced chipotle chicken flatbread and instead was given the half, happy hour Margherita flat bread with only cheese. My son would have never received his half order of cheese fries if I had never said anything. The server went to check on them and after 15 minutes he came back and said someone else and I quote, "nabbed them". After the manager finally came out and said he would take care of the cheese fries, they finally came and my poor starving child could eat. Another individual ordered the Tripple Dipper with cheese bites, Chipotle BBQ crispers and sliders. The server realized immediately that they made regular bone-in wings instead of the crispers and said he would have them correct it right away. It took another 50 minutes before receiving them and being told by the manager that the cooks turned the fryer off too soon so they had to wait for it to reheat and cook the chicken. And yes we timed them!!! So we are now ready to go and our server comes out and proceeds to tell us that he needs to retake our order because while the manger was comping the forgotten cheese fries, he messed up the order of the tickets so he had to start over splitting the checks. While he got most of the tickets right, (at least the food), the drinks were all screwed up. Had it been waters and sodas, it wouldn't have been a big deal but we had beers and margaritas so yeah, I'm not paying for someone else's 3 beers and/or margaritas! We dealt with, paid and moved on. Moved on to another establishment on our ritual Thursday night dinner. I am very disappointed in management at this establishment. In the last year, we have counted 4-5 different managers. And tonight, the newest one made us feel like we were nothing special. And yes, we're no better than the last or next party that come in, but if you expect us to return or give a good review, you better darn well treat us like we're worth something. Every person in our party that received the wrong food or drink or never received theirs, should have been compensated or at least given somewhat of an apology from the manager. I forgot to mention how dirty the entire restaurant was including the bathrooms. They also turned all of the TVs and music off while we were still waiting for all of the forgotten/incorrect orders. This will be the LAST time we give Chili's of Rock Hill the slightest bit of consideration while dining out or another dollar. read more

Been here a few times in the past few months since moving to the RH area and by far the longest restaurant to wait at for orders... it takes 45 mins+ to pick up to go orders after they've been placed, only to realize the orders are wrong or they forgot something. It's honestly not worth the wait. Also, when completing DoorDash for this restaurant they gave the order to the wrong customer and then still messed up the order once it was supposed to be "corrected." In return, waiting and ruining chances to make potential money at other restaurants during your wait time. Doesn't matter what day or time you seem to go here, be prepared for a long wait. read more

I may have beem on the right page but dang... There was 1000 other things on it too. We order drinks and apps and food and then go to the bathroom to wash our hands. Men's bathroom is pretty nice and okay clean.... I walk out of the bathroom and turn right... I'm immediately greeted with the kitchen. Yeaaaah, i wanted to walk out then, their kitchen was disgusting, food all over the floor, liquid spills, there was actually a container of CHIPS ON THE FLOOR, thankfully it was covered, but, god only knows what they used them for. I make it back to my table to see a basket of chips and watery salsa on the table. I warn my friends about the big tub of chips on the floor, but, these in our basket looked somewhat fresh. They bring out the skillet queso, and it's watery and not good (don't order it), my Double Bacon Burger was just messy As hell... Today I purchased Door Dash delivery for Chili's. I purchased the sampler of big mouths and southwestern rolls and a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, which were delicious. However, the baked potato soup missed its mark. It's was so heavy with oil and cream that I felt I would clog my arteries if I took more than 2 bites. I've noticed a lot of restaurants are no longer testing the quality of their soups, sauces, and chilli's. We want good taste as consumers, but not a heart attack.
