Walked in last night to order food service was not good at all. Two guys walked in after me n got help before I did and I was waiting longer then they were. Server came and answered phone so I waited even longer. Server finally took my order and still no apology. Got home and my order was missing fries that I had asked to be switched from the mash potatoes for fries. My daughter woke up at 4 am and was sick and she only had mac n cheese and chicken enchilada soup. Finally got to dine in Chili's today since the pandemic started. I really miss the feeling. My favorite special is their 3 of $10. You get to choose a drink, appetizer, and entree from a selected menu. I ordered the iced half mango tea half lemonade, the chips and salsa, with the Cajun chicken pasta. The drink was tasty and refreshing. I personally think Chili's chips are the best. They are so thin and crispy and addicting! The Cajun chicken pasta was a decent portion, creamy, and came with garlic bread. The service was friendly and attentive. Our visit to Chil's in Rohnert Park was disappointing due to lackluster service. The wrong soft drink was brought to our table. When the correct drink arrived, it came without a straw or napkin. I had to flag down the greeter to get one. I ordered an Ultra beer that never arrived. About 10 minutes later, when the server returned to take our food order, I mentioned the missing beer. She admitted she forgot to tell me they were out of Ultra ( never returned to tell me) and asked me to choose something else. It's only Thursday--how is the keg already empty? When the food was served, no silverware or napkins were provided, so once again I had to ask for basic items. This was my second experience with subpar service at this location. Prices keep going up, yet the service quality continues to fall. Servers seem to expect higher tips based on inflated bills, but without delivering better service. Although we were greeted and seated immediately, things seemed to go downhill from there. I love their southwestern eggroll, but our chilies closed down probably 20 years ago, and I have the opportunity to go to a Chili's while I was traveling. It was no longer the same as it used to be. It was smashed. It was not as filling, and the presentation was terrible. In addition to that we got a side salad, which was mostly all croutons I feel like all these years. I've really missed being able to go to Chili's, but this really cured my craving for it. The restaurant itself was not very clean especially the bathroom. But having said all that my husband really enjoyed his meal and was happier than me. This place is not open. I found out yesterday (6/29/23) when I tried to swing through for dinner, and found a note on the door. Horrifying and gag-inducing, the note says the business is closed due to mold/bacteria, in addition to insect and rodent infestation. Went with the fried pickles for app and big chicken sandwich with fries for lunch. Also iced tea for drink! The fried pickles were very overly greasy, the sauce on the chicken sandwich was not tasty to my liking (only a a 1/4 of it) and fries were not good and luke warm. The service was good. The Hostess greeted us with a big friendly smile & a splendid personality. We started our lunch with White Queso Cheese Dip/Chips then ordered the 3 for me which included soup or salad, we ordered the huge Cheese Burger/Fries, which was cooked a perfect Medium, I had a Ice Tea my friend had a Margarita & we split a very Delicious Lava Cake. I would like to add our waitresses was outstanding! She stopped bye our table numerous times & made sure we had all condiment, napkins, refills ect. & always arrived with a beautiful smile & personality. Her backup was just as skilled delivering our food promptly & hot but never rushing us & she always arrived with a friendly attitude. We really appreciated the incredible service we received. When the bill came I couldn't believe the total was only $40.11. What a deal for the Delicious food & Excellent Service. Covid review, most restaurants are only at 50% capacity or much less in Sonoma county by choice, it seems a lot of restaurants are staffing bare minimum staff which means longer wait times for seating. Once finally seated in a very bare restaurant, service was very fast once we gave order, btw no Tonic at the bar. Food was delivered fast and was nice and hot and good. Will probably not be back until Sonoma county is more open or staffed adequately. read more

It's been a while since I've gone to Chili's. Just my bonus daughter and I. We walked in and the hostess was up front and apologized they were having glitches with the system when ordering food. Ok well my bonus daughter is obviously a child but we were given two adult menus. We waited and waited for our server to come by so we could ask for a kids menu. He promptly got one for us. He was respectful and seeing as I was letting her order what she wanted he asked her questions about things not me which was nice that Addison took the time to let her know she was being heard. I ordered the smokehouse combo brisket and ribs just regular corn on the cob. She ordered cheeseburger sliders with fruit and a Shirley temple with lots of cherries. The brisket was like chewing jerky. Nothing smoked about it. Just over cooked dried out waste of a great cut of meat. The ribs were fall off the bone, tender and juicy. The corn on the cob was delicious and some cute kid stole half of my fries. I didn't venture to the garlic pickles or the toast. Before we left I tried to cash out on the tablet seeing as though the place was getting busier. Addison said the device was wrong and that he would grab our check. I cannot believe what I saw, I sat on one of the bar high tops and my server(my receipt said "yo" as my server) was also the bartender for the entire restaurant! How do you expect him to make the drinks for the entire restaurant & still take food orders for 10 tables. He did such a great job, kept cool and stayed focus even with a young manager looking guy following him around doing absolutely nothing, wish I could give names but no one wore name tags. This same young "manager looking" guy saw me TWICE get up and get napkins and silverware from their podiums and still didnt help the bartender out. What a waste of time and money! Came here tonight to order a pasta with chicken with the girl in the take out section. Even on the receipt it was printed Pasta with chicken! When I got home, there was no chicken and only pasta. I was FURIOUS and called the restaurant. Turns out she selected pasta with NO chicken. They offered to mail me a coupon good for another pasta. I don't really care for it as I wanted a refund but because I paid in cash, I had to get a coupon back. Well first and last time at this location. Train your employees to LISTEN and if you're not sure, repeat the order back to the customer to confirm. FYI: Pasta was nothing special and was cold when I got home. It was a 10 min drive home and I ate immediately. Cold. Came with a soggy piece of garlic bread wrapped in foil. Cold and soggy. No thanks. Food is horrid. Another comment I would like to make is why at dinner time, over 80% of the tables were empty? Must be the 2 star reviews this place is averaging. Several others and myself used to frequent this establishment especially after a long day of training in Petaluma. Those from the area, or have trained in Petaluma, will know what I am referring too. The staff was very friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience better and the food was exactly what you would expect from a Chili's. The best part was this location offered a deep discount for active duty military, of course didn't include alcoholic beverages, but that just meant the appetizers were the go-to for an evening of group fun. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will be sure to stop by. read more

It's quite interesting how the food here can literally be 5 stars but also 1 star at the same time. The wait was very long. It took long to get drinks, order food and of course get our food. When we finally did get our food, one order was completely wrong, 2 were slightly wrong and 2 were cold. We only had a table of 4. The funny thing, was that they messed up my friend's order two times, forgot to bring us bread, that came with mine and my husband's order. My shrimp pasta tasted nice, no complaints about it. Also, it was really hard to get anyone's attention whenever we needed our drinks to be refilled. When we were ready to pay the bill unfortunately all of the terminals on our side of the restaurant were not working. Plus I want to bring up how messy was the bathroom with lots of paper towels all over the floor and the garbage cans were spilling out onto the floor. I do not wanna blame our waitress, I believe she was trying to do her job as fast as she could, and we were so happy when another waiter showed up so it was easier on her, but I think that the manager should pay better attention to what's going on at the restaurant. read more

ZERO Worst experience ever!!!!! Where to begin... side note this is long.. ...when we arrived at the bar there were 5 open seats all dirty not welcoming for new customers; standoffish. Took 5 mins for him to realize we were sitting in dirty area (counter old food and old drinks still on bar). He did communicate dinner was expected in about 20-30 mins so we greatly appreciated that!! After our dirty welcome we began looking around - we were sitting on the far right side of bar: perfect view is kitchen; it was disgusting!!! If we weren't expected food in 5 mins and starving we would have walked out. Once we received our dinner it was cold; overcooked and lacking requested condiments (salad dressing salt pepper). Unfortunately we had to continually ask for said items and would get the clear impression with the attitude and eye roll that we were bothering him. However, we needed silverware, and refilled drinks which took awhile. Fajita sides rice and beans were cold and 6oz steak was over cooked and COLD plus the fries were just thrown on no sh*ts given. Frequent Chilis customer always served in basket with care! After all that.... let's talk about the disrespect between staff and management. I was appalled to have to continually listen to the back talk, and rude side comments or under the breathe comments when talking about drink orders when mistakes were made it was never his fault always the servers.
