What a joke! Placed an order through DoorDash and originally got an 80 minute wait time. Ok. It's Mother's Day. Cool. Nearly 2 hours later and they haven't even started the order. The dasher texts to tell us it may not even get made. Does the restaurant reach out? No. Do they call the guest to let them know about the situation? No. Do they apologize? No. Unbelievable. With so many restaurants fighting to stay alive right now, it is shocking to see one with such a lack of customer service. We came to this chili's to have a good dinner but instead we were offered the worst experience I've had. First they got the drinks wrong when he ordered them, then they gave us our appetizers and I had a hair in my chili! When the manager got called he offered me a salad instead of trying to fix the situation. Afterwards we all got our food and we strictly asked for no onion on two of the plates but they still gave us the plates with seemingly extra onion. We called the waiter and asked if we could talk to her manager but she asked what we wanted instead of calling the manager. After explaining we didnt get our food replacements until the rest of the meal was cold. We ate without wanting any more problems but when it came to paying they told us we couldn't do separate checks although we had told them we wanted them since before we ordered. The manager had to be called again and he had to fix the issue for us. We will not be coming back here again, horrible service. Went on a first date at Chili's first we put our phone number and name in and they said there be a 30-minute wait we ended up waiting over 30 minutes went in to find out they took my phone number down wrong how do you mess up 951 for 912. Then they seat us way in the back at a small Boothbay the bathroom and kitchen when they had plenty of bigger tables open. It took 20 minutes for anyone to bother to even notice us and ask what we wanted to drink. Once we finally got our drinks we finally got to order and the waitress suggested to order the appetizer with the pasta it's cheaper so my date ordered a salad. We got our meals and we had to ask for everything utensils, straw, napkins, she kept walking way forgetting something. I finally caught her coming again and mentioned to her that my date never got his salad, she asked him if he wanted it to go and asked if he wanted tomatoes and onion and he said no onion yet she brings him the salad in a Togo box with onions in it!‍We were completely ignored the whole night the service was horrible then we had one of our servers coming ask if we need anything and I told him he was too late we had already asked for everything we needed because we were being ignored so he was trying to get our ticket before we paid but my date had already paid because he was going to comp the ticket so instead he gave my date three $5 gift cards to come back. This Chili's had the worst service I have ever had in my life I had the Swiss mushroom burger and it was horrible and actually hurt my stomach when I got home I would not eat at this restaurant ever again and I would suggest you do the same. read more

We had a gift card so we went over to this location, kind of out of the way for us but no matter. Both the food and the service was excellent. I would go back. The only negative was it was loud as hell, everyone having a good time laughing and kids screaming total chaos. It was major culture shock for me. But I am old and I prefer a more quite environment. Not sure if I would take a date here if I wanted to have a nice conversation since you would have to be talking louder than normal. The worst-managed Chili's we have ever encountered. The wait time is horrible despite the restaurant being half full. We have eaten here in the past and the food is fine...when you can get it. 3 hour wait for dinner, just now a 45 minute wait at 11:45 for lunch despite a multitude of available seating. And then there's a sign on the door saying they close at 4:30 today instead of the usual 10. Get your act together and staff appropriately! We drove right across the street to Outback Steak House where they sat us immediately. They will get our $ from now on. Uncooked food, terrible wait for replacement plates. Horrible!!!! Literally my family had to dine separately as we each had to send our meals back. I have been pleasantly surprised with this Chili's twice in a row now. We walked in, were immediately greeted and led to a table. Our server Colleen was friendly, funny, and helpful. She never let our drinks get dry, and was careful to check on us throughout our meal. She was a delight. The food here (Chili's in general) has improved greatly recently. I have been very happy with the new menu choices and the flavors they bring to the table. The jalapeno cheddar sausage is my current favorite. All in all, Chili's in general, and this location specifically, have really come a long way of late. Keep it up! read more

Waited over 15 minutes past my curbside pickup time before I finally got my order. I was late getting back to work. I was offered a sorry, we got busy, as an explanation. I gave 2 stars because the food was good but the service was severely lacking. Had I not gone in (although I shouldn't have had to with curbside pickup) to check on my order, since it was taking so long, I wouldn't have even gotten that explanation and would have just sat in my car that entire time wondering. No matter how busy you get, the least you could do is go out and let the people waiting know it was taking longer than expected. Especially since you have to text when you arrive for your order and they should know you are there. Don't know if I will ever use that service again. We have eaten at 4 different Chilis in our area over the last year. Not all are alike. All are good, but this location by far exceeds the others. The food was the freshest. We were excited because it we hadnt seen each other in a while and it was the first week of the restaurants having partial indoor dining. So why was it dirty? With only 25% capacity, they didn't have someone to sweep the floor? Our server was nice, and the food was Chilis. But we had to keep asking for stuff (straw, napkins, condiments etc..)
