Went there for Veterans Day and the manager was at the door and there was a couple ahead of me and my girl he immediately ask them did they want a table over where the bar was located but not at the bar so he seated them and came back and told me and my girl that he didn't know what was going on and to wait for the hostess, she came and said we could sit at a table as soon as the bus boy finished cleaning the table so we waited while we were waiting the manager still standing there helped the people behind us to a table....wait he sat the couple ahead of us told us he didn't know what was going on but then helped the couple behind us. So we decided to try something different by going to Chili's last night! Bad choice. Sat at the end of the bar and froze because people would hold the front door open. Had to ask the bartender to refill our beverage glasses. We were going to order the 2 for $20 special but the the sirloin steak that is on their lite menu wasn't part of the special although it is only 20 cents more than the steak meal included on the special. My wife and I both ordered a sirloin steak meal but her steak didn't look anything like a sirloin. More like a filet. They forgot her salad and my salad came out on the same plate as my entree. The steak was to come with avacoda slices but it seemed to be missing. The bartender mentioned at one time that their store was a test store. Maybe they are testing what they can get wrong. Highly disappointed with our visit, my boyfriend ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with the chicken only, meaning no tomatoes or onions( I admit I could have been more specific). Well instead of bringing out a brand new plate they decided to just pick the tomatoes and onions off. I ordered the chicken crispers and they were flat out undercooked. They always sub in a black bean burger for the chicken in the Southwest Chicken Wrap because I'm vegetarian. It tastes great. I ordered a steak and salad, service was very good. I think my bartender was female but I couldn't tell because the bar lights were so bright I got radiation damage on my retinas; they ought to put out a Braille menu for any unlikely return customers. I was blind at this point but I was told there was a steak in front of me so I proceeded to eat it. The flavor was very similar to lightly decayed bison foot, blended, and put in a shoe for texture. I also had a ginger ale put in a lovely big-kid plastic stein. This was the highlight of my meal. I noticed at this point that my unidentified 'meat' wedge was entirely unseasoned, but then again I prefer the unadulterated flavor of fermented bison foot, so this was of no concern. I am acclimating to life without vision nicely and will return in approximately 18 hours to fart in the waiting area and then leave without buying anything. read more

I have been going to Chili's for a long time! We use to know the bartenders. Then I got food poisoning one night and it was horrible! I called the manager and she was nice and they gave me coupons (money off) for our next visit. Went there a couple more times. Not bad, but not what it use to be. Ordered carry-out one night and ordered chips and salsa. When I got home my salsa had broken tortilla chips all in it! It looked like they had given me used Salsa. It was disgusting! Then another night we went in for dinner before going bowling, and about 4 hrs after eating, the food poisoning came on AGAIN! I refuse to go back there again! Awful! This particular Chilis is terrible. The food is barely passable. I ordered the guacamole burger. It was over cooked and the guacamole wasn't spicy at all..unlike all other Chilis. The fries were way overcooked. My sons mac n cheese was gross and he didn't have but a few fries because they were so over cooked. We sat in the bar area and we had to switch tables three times because the booth tables were completely at a slant from coming apart at the wall. Really? They don't make enough money to fix them? Wow. I am really surprised this restaurant has received such negative reviews! I guess none have been taken care of by our server. I'm not from the area but I was doing some shopping and decided to stop by for some food. I wish I could remember our server's name! But he was wonderful! He took our drink order right away and even shared a joke with my son. I really appreciated that. You could tell right away that he enjoyed his job. We ordered our usual and our server was VERY ATTENTIVE. Our appetizers came out very quick. He made sure we all had refills on our drinks before we were half way done. He made certain my bfs special requested dish came out exactly how he wanted. He was just wonderful! I go to chillis on a regular basis but this was my first time going into this location. When I went to the restroom, I had to go past the kitchen and was horrified at its appearance. Food all over the floor and paper towels etc. Both doors were wide open for a full view. I came here for their bottomless lunch, and it was great! LOVED the bottomless chicken enchilada soup, it's the bomb! Came with a nice bottomless house salad and an enormous pile of chips and house made spicy salsa...all you can eat. The enormous amount of quality food is not bad for $6. With all the restaurants around it you are so much better off skipping this place. First, it took 2 people about 10 mins to check my ID....umm okay....so then I ordered a "Long Island iced tea." I put it in quotes because when it came it was completely yellow like lemonade: obviously not right. I then tasted it and it was clear it was sour mix with a TOUCH of tequila-disgusting. When I asked the server, Christie, about it she actually proceeded to argue with me and said it was correct her only evidence being that it had a lemon in it and she watched it being made....right Christie. Food came an agonizing 45 mins later (restaurant was almost empty). Christie said it took a little long because they had messed up one of our food orders and had to remake it. I could tell mine had been zap fried to bring it back up to temperature. Most disgusting food I've ever been served, worst service I've ever experienced and not even cheap!! I have had Chilli's before and it was ok but after this I can say without a doubt I will never be back. Wish I could give it zero stars but trust me this place is terrible. Atmosphere was nice and the waiter started out good but when we went to pay we couldn't find him waited 30 minutes before he came back. Some of the food was cold, corn on the cob for example and the fries. We did tell our waiter and he brought us a different ear of corn but that was also cold. Went to Chili's Saturay night with my wife, son, daughter, her husband and their daughter. We walked in and was told about a 30 minute wait at 5 pm. 45 minutes later, after other large parties walked in and were seated before us, we asked to speak to the manager. Was told by the hostess," Couldn't pronounce the name, wasn't sure if the manager was there." Sad to say ,won't go there again nor can I say that that I would recommend Chili's. Contrary to other reviews, I honestly can't think of a time when my order has been messed up (and I'm typically one to do substitutions).
