Visit was better than the last horrible experience. Placed another app order, and had no issues with getting alerts and a txt when it was ready. I went in, straight to the back. No one greeted me or anything anyways. No one was around in the to-go area and when I called out, I can see people look over but was ignored. So I just went to the rack and grabbed my food. This place is just incapable of providing good customer service. I walked out and again, no one around at the hostess area. Burger was really good though, cooked perfectly! Fries were a bit over done. But in the end, I think I'm done with Chili's. There are better burger places that have better customer service.

So, my husband and I were asking ourselves what restaurant we hadn't visited in a while and decided to visit this Surprise Chili's. We took note that the menu had been updated, and I immediately had an incline for fajitas. I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Combo with double rice because I don't care for beans. My husband pretty much always orders the burger with bacon and an order of Texas Cheese Fries. He loved his meal, especially the fries. After receiving our meals, there was a customer that was walking by and stood by our table a hot minute and stated, "Those fajitas smell so delicious". After I delved in..I too felt that by mixing all the trimmings in, it was in fact delicious!! The service was great as our waitress, Autumn was handling the bar and surrounding customers in that area. She was very attentive to ALL of us like a Champ!! We were able to catch up on our Olympic hockey game as well. The menu looks more enticing now too!!

This 5 star review is for service. The parking lot is already packed at noon on the Saturday before Christmas. The hostess who greeted me was polite and welcoming. I asked if they have gift cards and she escorted me to the take out entrance to wait for assistance. Riley, who's actually a chef, handled my transaction with excellence. She seems to be a go to for the flow of operations. Thank you for hospitality. The manager on duty, who had to come print my receipt, was also pleasant for a busy day. I haven't dined in for some time but this experience will bring me back in. I'm very pleased. Happy Holidays'

Wow. The food never ever comes out right. This is to be the chipotle mex bowl but not a clue what it actually is! When you go to pick up no one ever is at the place to pick up! And not to mention it's never done right. No wonder this place gets 3 stars. Should be less.

Amazing experience first time to chilis. Would recommend to a friend and come to this location again. Food was perfect, we were seated right away, we came in on a Monday afternoon. Service was quick, workers were nice and respectful. The server was helpful with my drinks and letting me know I can send one back if I didn't like it. The atmosphere was very calm and had nice music playing. The bathrooms were not disgusting but also nothing out of the ordinary. For two people, we spend 65 not including the tip. We got an appetizer (triple dipper), Santa Fe burger with loaded fries and a mango Arnold Palmer. Second pictured is chicken crisper basket with fries and Mac, strawberry Arnold Palmer. 10/10 location.

Chilis minimal decor is a welcome change and matches their vibe perfectly. Staff was friendly and quick. Food came out hot and fast. I got the monthly margarita and it was delicious.

Came in for a bite to eat & a chat with a fabulous friend. It wasn't overly crowded or busy which made it nice & perfect for chit chat. Waitress was nice & attentive w/o being overbearing. The wings were crisp & delicious. I do wish I had more though. The Santas Secret Margarita was DELICIOUS. highly recommend. You will not be sorry.

    Santa Fe Salad

Decided to stop for a late lunch today while our vehicle was being washed nearby. We were greeted quickly and told it was open seating in the bar. It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and prices have went up just as they have everywhere else. I opted for the Santa Fe Chicken salad minus the tortilla strips and chicken fajitas for my family member. Everything came out quickly and our server was friendly and fast. We didn't have to ask for anything and our drinks were always full. My salad was great, lettuce crisp, the sauce spicy and chicken perfectly cooked. The fajitas were ok, but not much seasoning. Atmosphere is pretty basic but clean.

This is the first time I've physically been to Chili's in about a decade, although I have virtually traveled there several times with each iteration of The Office. You know bae and I were singing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back..." as we walked in. There was no awards banquet today, although I was prepared. Product the menu snapped me back to present day 2022, as it was colorful and inviting. I actually felt excited by the descriptions and photos. Went with the baby backs, which came with roasted street corn and fries. One bite into that cob and my eyes dilated from the bursting flavor. Fantastic opener for the fall-off-the-bone star of the show! The brisket quesadillas were darn tasty too. Sign up for their rewards program and enjoy a free beverage with each visit

I used to love the food at this location but unfortunately the prices have gone up while the quality has gone way down. I've come to realize that the only food worth ordering here anymore is the burgers. My fiancé used to like the ribeye but the one he had last night was Denny's quality at best and when I asked him how he liked it he whispered, "gross!" Even the chicken quesadilla tasted like bad fast food. I'll go back if I feel like a burger, but what a bummer for the rest of the menu.

    Great draft beer selection!

I walked in at 3:16 pm and was at the hostess desk for maybe 7 seconds when the same gentleman came up, greeted me and seated me. He was by the bar and we got talking about the weather, Texas, NY and life. Still early so he pulled up a chair next to my table and we continued our fun dialogue. Turns out this down to earth and very sweet guy is the owner Emilio Kimble. His wife Maria, also a sweetheart and he have brought this same natural love, care and service to their beautiful restaurant. The restaurant is big with indoor and outdoor seating, a gorgeous bar and tv's galore. My friends Barb and Luci arrived and they got their " usual" Tito's and soda plus a Cab. My Diet Coke was refilled constantly by the our very attentive waitress Emily. The food was stupendous. It had to be as Emilio's and Maria's love was contagious- Luci loved her Diamondback burger( photo). Barbara got really quiet ( a rarity)as she chomped on her tremendous pulled pork burger(;photo) and I got a special tuna salad on wheat with grilled peppers and onions and fresh avocado( photo snapped before I inhaled it). It was a beautiful sandwich. The fries were hot, crispy and tasty. It was a great meal. Big portions too. The regulars poured in and the laughter and fun continued as we moved to the bigger room for the Thursday night trivia. I love that they have a Jazz night, fish fry and shrimp Friday specials, a Billy Joel tribute night, a $16 Easter Buffet in 10 days( sadly I will be in Europe) and so many fun events on the calendar. ( photos). The restaurant is immaculate and bright. There is lots of parking up front. They cater and they deliver. They open daily at 9 am except for Mondays( closed). I am here for a racquetball tournament about 3 miles north and will absolutely bring the guys for the undisputed best meal of their trip. Thank you Emilio, Maria and your lovely team for your kindness and a memorable evening.

I didn't know that. I called the number to speak to somebody to open the gate and the guy told me I had to go around. I tried to explain the guy I didn't know how to go around because I'm not from this area. He then stated "well if you didn't cut me off, I was about to tell you". That was enough for me to tell him don't worry about it. I'll figure it out. I pull up to the other gate and it's him that standing there. He asked me where I'm going and I tell him then, he rest his elbow on my car, tries to look me in the eyes and says "it was really rude of you to hang up on me like that" I explained to him "I didn't like the tone of your voice that's why you got hung up on". He then says "well, what's the address of the place you're going to" like he doesn't know where I'm going You don't need this kind of trouble just to try to go somewhere to get a bite to eat. Let the retirement home people have this place because you're not missing anything.

I had never been to First Watch before, but I expected a wait. I checked in and was quoted 25 minutes for a party of four. After 30 minutes, I checked in again and was told I was second in line. A few more minutes went by, so I asked again, and now I was fifth in line. I was confused, and they explained that people checking in online could jump ahead of me. They also said they were unable to accurately quote a wait time, and that it could end up being much longer. I know many other places use a hybrid check-in system, and I've never experienced an issue like this. I understand when things simply take longer than expected, but tables were being turned over and people were being seated. I must have just been incredibly unlucky with the timing of people checking in online. After finally being seated about 45 minutes later, we put our order in right away since we were now going to be cutting it close. I'm used to breakfast places being pretty quick, but it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We ended up being 15 minutes late to the movie. I expected the opening credits to still be rolling, so I wasn't too stressed, but we definitely missed the first five minutes or so of the movie. The food was pretty good, but my eggs were over hard when I had ordered them over medium. What disappointed me the most was that nobody seemed to care that the quoted wait time was so far off. There was no apology or acknowledgment. Our waitress was okay, but she avoided our table like the plague while we were waiting for our food, probably because she knew it was taking so long. Empathy and kind words go a long way.

We ordered the ham steak and eggs w/ O'Brien potatoes and toast (see the picture), a side of pancakes, country fried steak and eggs, and a 2-egg breakfast w/sausage and hashbrowns. The ham steak comes with red eye gravy. I didn't know what that was and hated it. So I scraped it off and used their fresh salsas instead, and it was so dang good. The pancakes were also delicious. They were light and fluffy and had a touch of sweetness. I used the strawberry jam from the toast on the pancake and I think it made it even better. The gravy from the chicken fried steak was also a hit! The food was 95% good, but there were a couple of hiccups. The hash browns were burnt darker than dark. I feel like they should've never made it out of the kitchen. Also, the jalapeño cheddar biscuit was very thick and stodgy. I also got a specialty latte (can't remember which) and that was bitter and not at all something I'd get again. To recap: you can't go wrong with the pancakes or chicken fried steak. Make sure to ask for salsa. Skip the latte. Overall the experience was great and I'd go back next time we're in town.

Drivers are treated like an inconvenience and can be left waiting 15 minutes or longer. Even when an order is already bagged and ready behind the counter, staff refuse to hand it over. Instead, drivers are told to "wait up front" while completed orders sit there until several deliveries can be taken out at once. Customers pay for timely delivery, yet their completed orders are intentionally delayed for the store's convenience. Drivers are dispatched to pick up orders within expected timeframes, and when completed orders are deliberately held for 15 minutes or more instead of being released, it deprives customers of the timely service they paid for and amounts to what many would consider theft of that service. The attitude is just as bad as the delays. Staff speak to drivers like they're children, with a smug, condescending attitude, and even laugh while drivers are left standing there waiting. Wasting a driver's time is wasting their income, and deliberately holding completed orders means customers aren't receiving the prompt service they paid for. It's disrespectful to the drivers, unfair to the customers, and completely unprofessional.
