Visit was better than the last horrible experience. Placed another app order, and had no issues with getting alerts and a txt when it was ready. I went in, straight to the back. No one greeted me or anything anyways. No one was around in the to-go area and when I called out, I can see people look over but was ignored. So I just went to the rack and grabbed my food. This place is just incapable of providing good customer service. I walked out and again, no one around at the hostess area. Burger was really good though, cooked perfectly! Fries were a bit over done. But in the end, I think I'm done with Chili's. There are better burger places that have better customer service.

    Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl

Wow. The food never ever comes out right. This is to be the chipotle mex bowl but not a clue what it actually is! When you go to pick up no one ever is at the place to pick up! And not to mention it's never done right. No wonder this place gets 3 stars. Should be less.

This 5 star review is for service. The parking lot is already packed at noon on the Saturday before Christmas. The hostess who greeted me was polite and welcoming. I asked if they have gift cards and she escorted me to the take out entrance to wait for assistance. Riley, who's actually a chef, handled my transaction with excellence. She seems to be a go to for the flow of operations. Thank you for hospitality. The manager on duty, who had to come print my receipt, was also pleasant for a busy day. I haven't dined in for some time but this experience will bring me back in. I'm very pleased. Happy Holidays'

Amazing experience first time to chilis. Would recommend to a friend and come to this location again. Food was perfect, we were seated right away, we came in on a Monday afternoon. Service was quick, workers were nice and respectful. The server was helpful with my drinks and letting me know I can send one back if I didn't like it. The atmosphere was very calm and had nice music playing. The bathrooms were not disgusting but also nothing out of the ordinary. For two people, we spend 65 not including the tip. We got an appetizer (triple dipper), Santa Fe burger with loaded fries and a mango Arnold Palmer. Second pictured is chicken crisper basket with fries and Mac, strawberry Arnold Palmer. 10/10 location.

Chilis minimal decor is a welcome change and matches their vibe perfectly. Staff was friendly and quick. Food came out hot and fast. I got the monthly margarita and it was delicious.

Came in for a bite to eat & a chat with a fabulous friend. It wasn't overly crowded or busy which made it nice & perfect for chit chat. Waitress was nice & attentive w/o being overbearing. The wings were crisp & delicious. I do wish I had more though. The Santas Secret Margarita was DELICIOUS. highly recommend. You will not be sorry.

Decided to stop for a late lunch today while our vehicle was being washed nearby. We were greeted quickly and told it was open seating in the bar. It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and prices have went up just as they have everywhere else. I opted for the Santa Fe Chicken salad minus the tortilla strips and chicken fajitas for my family member. Everything came out quickly and our server was friendly and fast. We didn't have to ask for anything and our drinks were always full. My salad was great, lettuce crisp, the sauce spicy and chicken perfectly cooked. The fajitas were ok, but not much seasoning. Atmosphere is pretty basic but clean.

This is the first time I've physically been to Chili's in about a decade, although I have virtually traveled there several times with each iteration of The Office. You know bae and I were singing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back..." as we walked in. There was no awards banquet today, although I was prepared. Product the menu snapped me back to present day 2022, as it was colorful and inviting. I actually felt excited by the descriptions and photos. Went with the baby backs, which came with roasted street corn and fries. One bite into that cob and my eyes dilated from the bursting flavor. Fantastic opener for the fall-off-the-bone star of the show! The brisket quesadillas were darn tasty too. Sign up for their rewards program and enjoy a free beverage with each visit

All the staff we interacted with was very friendly. The food was subpar to par. The subpar was the eggs Benedict. Hubby immediately smelled something off as soon as it was placed in front of him... Like a sink full of dishwasher type smell. I immediately knew it was probably the hollandaise sauce. He sent it back and they asked if he wanted to order something else but his stomach was completely put off after smelling his original breakfast. He didn't want to trust anything after that. The manager came over a few minutes later and said that she eats the eggs benedict all the time and it is her favorite and the hollandaise is made fresh daily. But then in the next breath said that she went to check on the sauce and said it did smell off...so she threw it out. My biscuit and gravy tasted ok. But not better than what I could make at home. The teenager ate most of his corned beef and eggs, hashbrowns and about half of his pancakes. I tried I bite off the pancakes and they were tough to cut and chew. Sign of over mixing of the pancake batter. Hubby was pretty disappointed and said it is just another reason and sign that we should just eat at home.

Feel free to post my full visit from your security footage! My husband, kids, and I stopped in for an early dinner, we had never been but see the reviews online so we wanted to try it out! Getting seated, we didn't want a high top and it was the only thing available. The hostesses couldn't give us an estimate of what the wait time would be for a different table, but I'm realizing after our horrendous experience- they probably weren't trained. We ended up just taking the high top to negate any further confusion with a time estimate. It's crowded inside, and your table is crowded. The energy and atmosphere is tense and overwhelming. It's a sports bar, though- so I feel like that's consistent with any other sports bar you'd pop in to. We decided on the build your own appetizer to start, it came out room temperature. While our server was taking our order for the rest of the food (there was apparently an issue with the table next to ours and their food being taken to the incorrect table, again with poor training) the manager went out to the table next to ours to deliver food and turned to the server at my table, taking my order, and interrupted me to yell at her. He yelled at her about putting the incorrect table on the tickets and the food going to the wrong table, yelled at her the right table numbers( I guess for her to remember next time?), and then stormed off. Leaving our server, to pick up the pieces and apologize for an emotionally triggered man that should have some self control if he's leading a team or part of a company. I was absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the leadership in this establishment and the food was unremarkable. Cold, bland, and stingy is how I would describe the food we were served. There were barely any cheese curds on the Poutine, The Ole Smokey pizza was mediocre and the pasta was bland. I think this restaurant rides the coattails of being on the food network but it does not meet expectations, by far. There is a lack of training all around and that falls on leadership, only. The hostesses couldn't give a wait time, the bartender was over serving customers (I'm reporting that separately to the state), and the servers/runners aren't fully trained for the floor- but instead of teaching, training and finding a resolution- their lead will berate and belittle them to satisfy his ego and ruin your experience. I'm actually grateful the food was as mediocre as it was because I'm happy to never be back.

He was by the bar and we got talking about the weather, Texas, NY and life. Still early so he pulled up a chair next to my table and we continued our fun dialogue. Turns out this down to earth and very sweet guy is the owner Emilio Kimble. His wife Maria, also a sweetheart and he have brought this same natural love, care and service to their beautiful restaurant. The restaurant is big with indoor and outdoor seating, a gorgeous bar and tv's galore. My friends Barb and Luci arrived and they got their " usual" Tito's and soda plus a Cab. My Diet Coke was refilled constantly by the our very attentive waitress Emily. The food was stupendous. It had to be as Emilio's and Maria's love was contagious- Luci loved her Diamondback burger( photo). Barbara got really quiet ( a rarity)as she chomped on her tremendous pulled pork burger(;photo) and I got a special tuna salad on wheat with grilled peppers and onions and fresh avocado( photo snapped before I inhaled it). It was a beautiful sandwich. The fries were hot, crispy and tasty. It was a great meal. Big portions too. The regulars poured in and the laughter and fun continued as we moved to the bigger room for the Thursday night trivia. I love that they have a Jazz night, fish fry and shrimp Friday specials, a Billy Joel tribute night, a $16 Easter Buffet in 10 days( sadly I will be in Europe) and so many fun events on the calendar. ( photos). The restaurant is immaculate and bright. There is lots of parking up front. They cater and they deliver. They open daily at 9 am except for Mondays( closed). A friend and I visited this restaurant on 06/22/2026 at 9:00am for breakfast. The dining area was not busy with just 3-4 tables occupied and a few people at the barstools. I was seated quickly by a hostess and given two menus while waiting for my friend to arrive. Menu: it's about the size of a Sears Catalog (exaggeration but about 8+ pages front and back) and appears to serve food approved by the United Nations (food from different parts of the world). This is the type of menu Gordon Ramsey would go crazy over and shred to pieces. Portions are not larger than before but prices increased considerably! Food: I ordered a Veggie Omelette with Spinach added and Whole Wheat Toast, decaf coffee, and water. My friend ordered an all-meat skillet, sourdough toast, coffee, and water. The omelette/skillet was overcooked and dry. My friend sent back his toast because it was served with a MOLD SPOT on it. Our server was not swayed by the mold and replaced it. No apologies or contact from the managers. By this point, we just didn't want to finish what we ordered and left. Dining room is well lit and spacious. Lots of available seating but could not help that their "Grand Opening" sign has been hanging outside for WEEKS. Servers are slow and never seem to be pleasant (more melancholy). Overheard one server speaking with some guests at a table using profanity. This review was based on my individual experience. This used to be our favorite breakfast spot but clearly is no longer the case. Having watched the gradual decline in quality and service, I am no longer inspired to spend my money at AZ Diner.

This place has the potential for being THE go-to oasis in Sun City and I can envision it being a regular spot to meet up with friends over cool minty drinks with or without a meal. What puts it above many outdoor dining areas around here is that it is set back enough from Bell Road so the traffic sound is not overwhelming and thankfully lacks that annoying "whoosh." Come on Haymakers you can try a little harder to give customers something they can stomach. To top it all off I asked the server if there was a manger and she said we don't have one until 11 AM (clearly inmates running the prison with no quality control). At least the server took care of the bill. This is one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had in Arizona. If I could give zero stars I would. "FIMP" Food is my Passion
