I went here this particular evening for my husband's God-son's birthday. He turned 5 that day. Our waitress was very accommodating and checked in often. She was sensitive whether or not our friends, parents of the God-son, wanted the staff to sing happy birthday to their son or not. Of course they did, but still it was nice she asked. I got the turkey club sandwich for dinner. It was pretty good. The bread was wicked sweet but everything else was fine. The things they had for the kids to order from was pretty fun. They gave them crayons and these little booklets that included their menu to order from. We got the cinnamon lava cake for dessert. I wasn't really a fan, but my husband really liked it. It's Chili's. What can you say? I'm not a big fan of Chili's to begin with. There is nothing remarkable about the food. The atmosphere isn't special, and the clientele is usually noisy and rowdy. This is on par with other Chili's. read more

Busy Friday night, clean, hand sanitizers available. Service was 110% from door to table. Drinks and food great. Yes it is a commercial establishment but the service industry still relies on people and these ladies we came across tonight were incredibly- didn't meet the back of the house but they did a great job. read more

Went here on a friday night and it was packed. Ordered rib eye steak and it was good altho it appeared more well done than medium well. I still finished it. It was good for its price and the server was very nice and attentive too. The chocolate lava cake was heaven!! read more

My son wanted to give this a try, so we said why not? We were immediately sat down and ordered with no issues. Our server was very nice and our appetizers came out quickly. We had our family of 4 - two meals came out and then a long wait until the other two. Our friendly server became near non-existent. 3 of the 4 of us were drinking water so I asked for a pitcher of water which was great but my son kept waiting for refills of soda. Mind you, there were no more than 6 tables occupied at this time. I ordered fajitas with 3 meats - the steak was really good, but the shrimp and chicken tasted frozen and not very good. The manager came over and gave me a discount on the meal because I literally couldn't eat the other 2 meats. Our server seemed more concerned with hanging out than paying attention to us - while another server who had the table 3 spaces away was constantly present. It was disappointing overall - $72 and I left literally feeling sick to my stomach. And to cap it off, I'm pretty sure there was a squashed roach on the bathroom floor - I didn't say anything because the manager had already discounted my meal and I really felt like if I had said something about that they would have treated us like we were fishing for comps. My Wife and I stopped here on our anniversary trip in Norwich (in July), and we were truly blessed to have chosen this Chili's for brunch. our attendant Brittany (i hope i have the correct spelling) was absolutely kind and polite and responded to our every request. we had the pleasure of also having the General Manager, Ray, converse with us and helped us to decide on the best choices; welcoming and heart warming were just a few attributes of of experience. if we are ever in town again (Norwich,CT), we will be sure to stop by. absolutely great experience. My wife and I got take out here and it was excellent. Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Queso, salsa and chips were very good. My burger was excellent and my wife really enjoyed her quesadillas. It was seasoned really well and the steak was very tender. After a long day traveling we were tired and just wanted to grab something for the hotel. My husbands and in-laws first round of coffee was cold, but the second round was fresh and hot. They ran out of broccoli (my daughters favorite) but obviously these things happen. My in laws enjoyed their meals, as my husband and I did. I got the margarita chicken and it was excellent and didn't taste "healthy"! I would go again. The service was good. read more

I hate writing a bad review. But I will never go to this location ever again. It's very close to my residence, and I am disappointed in how badly I was treated. First, I went to the bar to sit, I was alone, so why take up a whole table? Anyway. I was greeted briefly by a 'bartender' who barely acknowledged my presence. She passed me a menu and disappeared. Minutes later another man came in sat, was greeted and cooed over while I sat with my menu closed, ready to order and hungry. The bartender proceeded to ignore me still, got him a beer, and asked if he wanted to order. I had been sitting there prior, and was obviously ready to order too. He placed his order and sipped his beer, meanwhile I still had no drink. Eventually, she came and took my order for a lemonade (blackberry I believe) and shrimp tacos. The wait for the food was not long, but the actual food was such a disappointment. It was not flavorful, and I felt ripped off. I never leave food at the restaurant, but this occasion, I left two tacos and half a glass of lemonade. It was that bad. I guess, that is what to expect from a corporate restaurant that doesn't give a hoot about service or food. Go to the casino instead. read more

Sat at the bar. Amazing, awesome, friendly, smart bartender. Ordered a salad, wildly over-dressed. Ordered a chicken burrito to go...should have known something was up when they put the sour cream on top instead of on the side (which made it this sort of foamy, warm milk by the time I tried it an hour later). After chopping the top of the burrito off I tried the inside which was just gross. it was salty beyond reason and just felt like I was eating the worst kind of pre-packaged fast food. It's a chain and I can't blame the guys here as I imagine they don't even have a say in what goes into the product. But man, was that a waste, other than the great bartender convo. read more

I am a huge NON-fan of chain restaurants but have been to this Chili's multiple times recently because the wait staff is friendly, cheerful and attentive. They don't care if you are having a quick appetizer or a full dinner. You get the same quality service. The food is basic but consistent and served quickly. As long as the service stays 5star, I will be a repeat customer. read more

Sat down in the bar area and waited 10 minutes for someone to come and welcome us and take our order. Another couple sat down a table behind us and were greeted and order taken within 2 minutes of their ass hitting the chairs. She then went and put their order in, brought them their chips and salsa and drinks, AND THEN came to us and went through her whole schpeel. SO we waited an additional length of time which was completely avoidable! read more

Wonderful out of this world fajitas!!! I always get the steak fajitas and they are always tender and delicious and I love their guacamole!!! Always fresh!!! Always fast!!! Always a treat!!! Their margaritas are a little weak though. I'd stick with something from a bottle or nonalcoholic. read more

As a valentines dinner, a whole bunch of friends and i (7 in total) went out to eat at chilis in montville. They got us right in which was awesome. We ordered appetizers and our meals. We got it in a pretty timely manner but then waited for about ten minutes before we got silverware. I could not eat my salad untill then. read more

Today for lunch we walked out of I the Chili's in Lisbon ( very bad service) to come here we where greeted with smiles people who seem to like what they do the menu is the same but from now on I will drive the extra miles to come here our server Debb was very nice and the staff where very friendly two thumbs up !!!! read more

Just returned home from having dinner at Chili's in Uncasville. Was not impressed with the server or the food. We saw the server three times during our visit. Did not know her name she was there for only a few seconds to get our drink order. Our appetizer was delivered by someone different and main course by someone else. The ribs came out cold and had to send them back. Finally saw her the last time when it came time to pay the check. I work in the same industry and that's not how we were trained to treat guest when they come in to your restaurant. I dont know if everyone is trained the same way but if they were we would have seen our server more than three times. Will never go back again the food was not all the greatest. read more

The chicken wings here are very very overcook. It's funny because every time I eat here the chicken wings are the same. I bet you ask why do I keep coming back. All of the other food that I order is good. But the chicken wings if you want to call them hot wings are very very overcooked and dry. Chili's is normally a safe bet. Not last night! Last night my wife and my son went in about 5:30ish to beat the dinner rush. The place was practically empty. We waited about 30 minutes for our food (did I mention the place was empty). When the food came out my wife and I's food was ice cube cold. It literally tasted like it was in the refrigerator. So my girlfriend and I were in town to visit the local wineries. On 10/23 we stopped at Chili's to grab dinner, when we entered the hostess greeted us and took us to our seats. That is when everything took a turn for the worst, our waitress Thea was very nice however she was very gross. The way our seats were positioned we could see all the activity in the kitchen. The kitchen was busy and from what we could see not everyone was wearing gloves or hair nets. My girlfriend observed Thea preparing a tray full of food and right as she was about to walk out a French fry fell off the plate, Thea then picked up the French fry and put it in her mouth then proceeded to give the guy his food who was sitting right behind us disgusting!!!!! Thea also belched not once but twice while asking us if everything was ok, it felt like we were being pranked. I also observed another waitress eating a bowl full of food while she was preparing a tray full of food also disgusting!!! I don't write reviews but I had to about the particular location, please do not eat here, I really hope management looks into this matter. read more
