Ridiculous Service! We stopped in to eat this evening at 7:30 pm. The bar was closed down. There were about 6 tables seated in the main dining room. When the hostess came to seat my husband and me, qw were told it would be a minimum of an hour before we would receive any food. AN HOUR! When we asked why, we were told that it was due to the number of carry outs. Since when do carry out orders take complete precedence over in dining service? It seems to me that this place does not know how to balance customer service. read more

Been here couple times before and have only had minor issues. Tonight I ordered through door dash though and I won't make that mistake again. First off all my chicken "crispers" were not crispy, there wasn't much breading on them. Then I paid for extra ranch because I know they only give you one, of course they forgot the extra. When I called just to let them know they should be double checking orders the woman that answered basically dismissed me altogether. Fries and onion petals were both very bland. Potato soup was not good. Biggest waste of $30. I was extremely disappointed on my Mother's Day. I went with my children around 8:15pm. I know it was late, however, it was not busy. There 2 servers for about 6 tables. Our dinner experience took roughly almost 2 hours which should never be the case. Our server Mollie seemed new and was not attentive considering the amount of people in the restaurant and even having runners. Our food was cold. My beer sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and it wasn't even the correct thing that was ordered. Out of 4 meals, not one was good. We had what could've been a bad experience turned great, thanks to Justin, the manager we worked with on this day. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, and things just didn't seem to be going right. Ordered three steaks and one of my friends orders was completely off. After beginning to eat, I found a large chunk of plastic in my mashed potatoes. Justin was more than accommodating. He had both my friend's plate as well as my own, assured us that the mashed potatoes had been disposed of (apparently the plastic looked like part of a golf ball, and they were in contact with the manufacturer). Furthermore, he took care of our entire meal for us, a gesture that was about and beyond despite the issues we had run into. Being a server myself, I felt that Justin handle this exceptionally well. And good acts like that deserve reviews, too, not just the horrible experiences. read more

I was at this restaurant earlier this week. They were short-staffed (extremely), and very busy. I was seated at the bar right away (was solo). The bartender (Lauren) was also attending every table in the bar area...about 15, along with about six of us at the bar. She kept up with every table, my meal was excellent and the service could not have been better. As a bonus, she was always smiling, and engaging as a person...was not stressed in any way. Wow. I was and am still impressed at how much she was able to do, and did it extremely well. I haven't been to that Chili's before; and I will be coming back. read more

We went for a late dinner and it wasn't too busy, but not sure if our server was new, but the attentiveness throughout the dinner was not good at all. We did a 2 for 25 meal and while we ordered our chips and guac with salsa and side of queso, the chips were from the bottom of the bag it seemed. Ordered a bud light considering it was $3 for a 16 oz tap beer on top of the meal discount, received a bottle of bud light that seemed to be sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes. We ordered additional chips, took another 15 minutes to receive that. Our dinner arrived 40 minutes late after ordering and was completely awful. Called to make a reservation and was told to use the app they don't make reservations for 7. I used the app and for the number n the party I was directed to call the restaurant. I spoke with the manager and told we were good to go. We arrive and the hostess was rude and unprofessional stated we had an hour wait and they don't reserve tables. After explaining the situation she sent us to wait for ha hour outside. Others came in to add their names to the list and advised us not to go in the restaurant as the hostess was talking disrespectfully about us. I then addressed with the manager what states this was not right of her employee but did nothing further. We ate there but won't be back. Note the hostess had no name tag as everyone else did. Visited 3/4/22 We were seated at a table in the bar area. The restaurant was very busy but our waitstaff worked tirelessly to make sure drinks were refilled and our bottomless soup and salad were refilled before they were even empty. One of the waitstaff was simultaneously waiting on tables and tending bar and was still constantly available. My only suggestion for improvement is with the wait list process. When adding our party of 3 to the Yelp names list we were given about a 25 minute wait but when we arrived to check in with the host after the expected wait time we were told it would be another 30 minutes. That being said, a small wait on a Saturday night wasn't a big deal and the dining experience itself was great. read more

That being said, I have been here a few times in the past year purely due to convenience and every time it is good food with good service at a good price. Tonight we tried to eat healthy. We had the smoked wings, which were delicious. For my entree, I had the mango chicken grill off the healthy portion of the menu. It said my plate was about 500 calories and it was a ton of food with great flavor. My daughter had the sirloin and really enjoyed it, despite the fact that it was sirloin. In the past, I have eaten the ribs and the fajitas, both were good quality. So, in essence, if you have a craving for corporate bullshit, you can't do much worse than Chili's. I would call it the higher quality version of Applebees or TGI Fridays. read more

So I called at 4:00 to get on the waitlist / make a reservation for 11 people and the gentleman on the phone told me that they don't take reservations and to just get on the waitlist a half an hour before I get there since there was no wait. I waited till about 5:00 and then went online to put my party on the waitlist but a party of 6+ need to call the store to get on the waitlist. Which I thought was weird because I told the gentleman my party size but brushed it off and called. Then I talked to a girl on the phone and again told me there was no wait but put me on the waitlist to get there at 6:00. Then I get another call from the restaurant, I'm assuming it's from a manager saying he won't be able to take my party till 8:00. Telling me that there is such a long wait and other bigger parties and I was so confused because I was told there was no wait by two people. He was so unapologetic even after I told him about what happened and he just kept saying that he wouldn't seat us till 8. Seems like he doesn't want the business. read more

First time here. Wanted something different. I was happy to see a low calorie selection. The Spicy Chile Chicken. The chicken was done perfect and the black bean salsa really added to it. I have been going to this restaurant for years with good service. I'm not sure what has happened with the staff, but today was painful. We first were unable to be seated and were asked to wait either in the waiting area or the bar. They seemed to not have a server for our party of 7. Went to the bar where we were first notified we would have to close out our bar bill before we went to our table. Once we agreed to that, the bartender took our order. The Long Island ice teas were horribly sour. Almost undrinkable. We were then told our table was ready. The hostess tried to stuff us into the corner booth (7 people, one 6'8"). We said no, please push a table together. She decided to put us on a 6 seat table and put a chair on the end. Did I mention the 6'8" guy? We have one guest who has celiacs, and informed the server of that when ordering. That guest did not get what she ordered, and it was not from the gluten free menu. Needless to say that guest had to wait while everyone else ate after we finally found out server to inform her of the problem. We asked for a box for leftovers 3 times (never got it) and waited 15 minutes for our bill after trying to pay on the in store kiosk without success. We asked the server to just get us paper bills so we could get out. By the way, the restaurant was not busy at all. The staff needs training on how to serve the customer properly. If I could give this armpit a 0 rating I would. The food and service has always been subpar, but we decided to try it out since we hadn't been here for over a year. Big mistake! First, we sat there in our booth for at least 15 mins before my family and I were waited on. After we ordered, we had to wait at least another 45 mins for our food to come out and the food was gross and all cold. The waitress was nowhere to be found and when it was time to pay the bill, so I used the zoosk. I entered in the very minimal tip, and the waitress came running out from the back offering to "buy my kids a dessert" for having to wait so long. My wife and I said ok. Yet again we ended up waiting at least 15 minutes as she passed by with food and drinks for other customers and we finally got up and left. Never again will we come here. read more

Some things good, some bad. Fajitas I had for lunch had 1 fajita worth of cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Very light on the steak too. There was a huge amount of green peppers though. Not very fun to eat. Another day dinner had a short wait, but I counted 10 open tables. Maybe for reservations? We were the only ones waiting. The host didn't seem to be enjoying his job. Staff are very quiet and seem bored/annoyed. Usually attitude is contagious, down from management, just my opinion. Server that night came to take our order, and half way through my response, without saying anything to us, she turned away from us and started having a conversation with another waitress about a mixup between her and another table. Apparently the other table hadn't seen a waitress at all yet and they complained. Without communicating with us at all, she just wandered away, then went to the other table to take their order instead. Ok, not a problem, but saying at least something to us about it would have been a normal thing to do. When she came back, she acted like this was her first time taking our order, and didn't explain anything. Just weird behavior. Got our food on time, but had to ask for sour cream, twice. No drink refills happened. They are either under staffed/over worked or the server's and host's minds are elsewhere. Burger was good... My wife really really liked her tilapia and said it was done perfect and so was her broccoli. Usually the food brings us back, but the weird service pushes us away. I think next time it's buffalo wild wings where the food isn't quite as good but the service is always awesome. They even remember us and we only go there about once every other month at the most! I'll start with i don't have very high standards, especially when going to a chain like Chilis. I met some friends in the bar. The bar was filthy. Dirty dishes everywhere. I was there 40 minutes and the dirty dishes from prior guests were in front of me the whole time. Not once did the bartender come over to clean up or take my order.
