So i and a friend met up for lunch and drinks and the whole time a cop has been staring us down waiting for us to get in our cars and drive we have been here for 3 hours! OK, here's the deal; the traffic situation at the main W'ford intersection is a nightmare and my heart hurts for those of you who live in the area. Seriously, how do you even deal with that mess? So you're already a little irritated when you get out of the car, stretch off the road weariness and head into Chili's for what's generally just a dependably "a-ok" experience. Hostess takes our info (table of three) and says it'll be about a 20 minute wait (on a Saturday afternoon, lunchtime). Hmm, ok, no big deal. We're not in a huge rush. Several people ahead of us are seated pretty quickly, everything's moving along fine. Several come in behind us (here's to you, lady with the 7" cheetah print pumps, that is some dedication to doing-lunch right there), and as we're the next in "line" an older gentleman notices that the bar (kind of hidden from where we were waiting) has tables available. He asks the hostess about them, and she's like "Oh, yeah, they're all open over there, just take whatever..." GRRR, seriously??? Our table opens up just then and we're seated. The girl giving us our menus says their service is running slowly, but we're planning on a soup and salad kind of day anyway, so again, not a big deal. Ha. HahahahahahahaGrumpycat. An hour and forty five minutes later we were on the road again, having had our fill of marginal... well, marginal everything. The chips were greasy and hot from the fryer, so that was good? ETA: Table drink ordering/card reader gizmo is the best. TY Chilis for recognizing that I needed (NEEDED) a Presidente Margarita when my server wasn't around, and for the ability to get the hell outta Dodge when we were done eating. Conclusion: Just don't. It was after a work shift, feeling tired and hungry my friends and I decided Chili's was an excellent choice. Our server was attentive for the first half. Food came out a little messed up, missing somethings but we didn't blame the server. As a server myself I understand it's a crucial factor in any service to maintain your professionalism and treat every table equally. So it's absolutely disappointing to receive the service we got. After dropping off our food, our server was very avoidant. My table had to flag her down for dessert which then she proceeded to blatantly ROLL HER EYES at my table and show up with a gritted tone and wide eyes. As if we were inconveniencing her. It threw my friends and I off, and everyone was tense after she had spoken to us in such a manner. We don't like to feed the stereotype of younger folk not tipping, and we were gonna tip but felt so disgruntled from the event that we absolutely decided against it. The waitress was a tall blonde, big eyes and we absolutely wished we had asked for name so we could complain to corporate. I've been to this chili's multiple on occasions, and I've always been greeted by a friendly host and attentive server. In comparison this was a very disappointing experience. Kinda of surprised there was no review for this Chili's as it has been here for at least 5 years. We arrived at 11:15 PM on a Friday evening (they were open until midnight) and we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. Really? The restaurant was relatively empty as you can imagine and there were 7 of us looking to sit together. He put us at a table for six with a chair on the end. Really? He couldn't push two tables together for our group? We were smashed together with NO on else sitting in the entire section we were sitting in. Really bad. We ordered the 2 for $20 (2 of them), a couple kids meals and a lone entree. The food came out well enough but our waiter just kept forgetting details like forks, ranch dressing, and filling the drinks. Several times during the meal our glasses were empty and again we were his only table. Quite disappointing. He just was not very "key" on serving. The food was good enough although portions were really small on the fries and the appetizers (onions and jalapenos). Like how much does a full plate of fries cost? I would like to think I could get the WHOLE potato for my serving. Ya think? Being we had to wait to be seated, were scrunched at our table, poor service, skimpy portions - well you get the picture....this place could do a lot better. read more

Worst Chili's I've ever been to! Ordered Sirloin for my 9 year old grandson's birthday medium-well, came out medium rare, very raw. They took it back, same steak was brought back still under cooked. My wife had full rack of ribs....so hard could'nt eat over half of them. I had fajita's, chicken/beef mix, beef was raw and rubbery, tortilla's were hard and stuck to the paper wrapper. Ordered more fajita's for my grandson since he couldn't choke down the steak, fajita's raw and rubbery again. Spent $87.00 total and next day, we all have really bad stomach issues....NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! read more

I have no idea why two stars, we went there for lunch and the food was great, I had a ribeye, it was delicious and perfectly cook. My husband had wings and sliders and our daughter had chicken crispers, and she said they were pretty good. The server was attentive and the manager came and ask how everything was going, so great service. We will be back soon. read more

This place can be described in just a few words. Poor Service, Poor Quality, Poor Value. Small portions and way to much salt cooked in food. I have been here several times over the past year and keep telling myself | wont be back but I let someone convince me its better. I think from now on they can go alone and I'll go elsewhere . Games on table are a poor management choice. At a time we are telling our kids to learn to talk to each other and put games away at the dinner table companies are trying to undermind parents and then charge them for it. On the evening of Aug 18th, I used the app to put our name on the waiting list. Got a text message that we were on the list. When we got there we were told there would be a 20 minute wait. After about 15 minutes I got up and took a look around and observed at least 50% of the tables were empty. Asked what was going on and was told that they were short of waiters and that kitchen staff was the same perdiciment. About 30 other people waiting for a table. Finally got seated. Waited for a server for about 10 minutes. Brought a partial drink order and that was it. Never came back. I believe we were tolally forgot about. We got up and left. Will we ever go back? Not anytime soon. We typically enjoy Chili's but we'll give them a couple of months to get their act together. read more

Tonight was exceptionally amazing thanks to our waiter Steven. He made sure our 18 month old was fed first. Our appetizer and beverages came out delicious as always and then food followed quickly. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Chili's! I work in accounting and our month-end closings are a super stressful, time-crunch clustershmuck that most people aren't even aware of. My group usually orders lunch to go during this week and one of us makes the food pickups. On this occasion, I ordered a carnitas burrito with no cheese or sour cream due to an allergy to both beef and dairy. The food finally arrives and I'm elbow-deep in bank statements. Without really paying attention, I take a big ole bite of my burrito only to discover not only BEEF instead of pork, but also a good amount of cheese. I had already noticed the unwanted sour cream all over the top but scraped that off with my fork prior to the first bite. Needless to say, this one bite was disposed of quickly right back into the container because if I had swallowed it, one of my coworkers would have found themselves learning to use an epi-pen. Now, we were all too busy to drive all the way back to Weatherford (we work in Willow Park, a good 20 minute drive to Chili's) to have them correct their mistake, so I had to skip lunch altogether. I did call their manager though and explained the severity of my food allergies and what happened. He was very apologetic on the phone and asked if I could stop by after work for them to replace my meal AND give me a refund. I live in Ft Worth, so this would be out of my way but who can argue with that kind of solution, right? Well I drove back out there after work and asked to talk to the manager, who was too busy to come out of the kitchen. I explained to the bartender why I was there and she disappeared for about 5 minutes and came back out to tell me the manager had already reversed the lunch charge off my credit card and my replacement meal would be out shortly. A bit surprised that the manager himself didn't make an appearance, I thanked her and asked for it to be packaged to go. THIRTY minutes later (and they were not busy at all, I was one of 3 people at the bar and maybe a dozen in the whole restaurant)....I had to interrupt her flirting with one of the patrons to go and check on that burrito. Two minutes later I was told it was on its way out "any second". Another FIFTEEN minutes later, I asked her a second time if this was really happening today or if I was being punked. She went into the kitchen again to check on it, coming back out with the report that it was being packaged up now. Another five minutes go by, and finally out comes a food runner with a burrito on a plate, sour cream and all. One facepalm and heavy sigh later, I explained that it was to be packaged to go and with NO dairy, oh and please double-check to ensure it is pork and not beef. A quick in-and-out of the kitchen and I am handed a bag with a to go container. I was too flustered by this point to open it and check it. Boy, should I have done that. I drive the 30 minutes to my house, change out of my work clothes and settle down with my perfect burrito....only to open the container and discover that the burrito on the plate was simply scraped off into a styrofoam container, sour cream and all. The real kicker? IT WAS BEEF. I gave up and made a corn dog. read more

I placed a to go order and showed up to pick up my order... my meal was completely missing fries... the other meals had a very stingy amount of fries with the main meal. One of the items I ordered was a veggie burger.. after I unwrapped my burger it was red meat. I immediately called since everything was so wrong.. the manager asked me to come back so she could make it right with us, but the traffic was so bad due to a highway accident I couldn't stand to go back. She said she would mail me some gift cards to my address to make up for the mess. I'm not sure how much the cards were for.. and I appreciate the effort... however I will not be going back to this chilis location again. Chili's proves that desperation to regain market share, redesigned and attractive menus, redecorated restaurants and fancy computer tablets on the table cannot overcome what has ALWAYS been the Chili's curse: blah food and mediocre service. Arrived around 9 PM. They were not at all busy. Yet it took a good 10 minutes to be seated. There were several servers around, so it wasn't a lack of staff. Just a lack of training and a lack of management. Finally seated after host walks us past many tables with dirty dishes which have not been cleared. Another 10 minutes pass. Server arrives. We order Diet Cokes, chips/ranch and the burger bites. What eventually arrives is one Diet Coke and one regular Coke. This is not cool, because they give the regular Coke to my hubby, who has insulin-dependent diabetes. Fortunately he noticed the flavor and confirmed by testing it, so did not drink it. The chips in one half of the entire basket are absolutely and visibly saturated in oil, to the point of translucence. Not sure why server brought this basket to the table vs having the kitchen replace them first. How could she not notice? Finally server returns and we request a replacement soda. It eventually arrives. More time passes. Our food arrives. It is nothing special. Burglets are very dry, basically just meat and a very thick bun. Very little of the described ranch dressing, toppings, etc.. can be found. Meanwhile, we check out the tablets. They do almost nothing and mostly sit there and look high-tech. In fact, I saw no sign that other customers were paying any attention to them at all. Sadly, you cannot order food, other than dessert, using the tablets. Too bad, because then we could have ordered quickly instead of waiting and waiting. Fortunately, you can pay with the tablet. Needless to say, we did not accept the suggested 20% tip. This chain is a zombie business - they're going through a long, slow process but the eventual outcome is obvious. read more

She didn't say hello but rather addressed the need to come back and bring silverware after she rolled them. We ordered the southwest egg rolls which she didn't put in until 6 minutes later when she came for our dinner order. We requested lemon with our water and it didn't ever come. Two of us ordered margaritas table side which was honestly the whole point of us going, after a few other friends said it was kinda a cool thing so we wanted to see for ourselves. She said this wasn't possible bc all of the shakers leaked. Not everybody's food was brought out at the same time the burger was brought out without the fries and one person at table sat there for a minute with no food while everybody else just stared at their's waiting patiently. The waitress was not very friendly and did my make us feel very welcomed. Ribs came out cold, Mac and cheese was sub par. The grilled chicken was rubbery. when the southwest rolls hit they were warm and tasted great. The burger was fine and the fries when they did come they were hot and tasted great. My trip to the bathroom was clean and it looked to be well kept although one side didn't have paper towels in it. Over all it was ok. Luckily Weatherford is a smaller town and there isn't much competition. I haven't been here in years and unfortunately I don't plan to take my family back anytime soon. My wife and I both ordered salad and unfortunately her fried chicken was cold, so she brought it to the server's attention. The manager came by and told us that he had already placed an order for the right chicken. Well, I finished my salad and she finished all of her greens and still no replacement chicken. The manager came back and said that they just realized they didn't replace the chicken. I paid out, full price. The food is not bad, but the service and management leave something to be desired.
