Came here the other night while in need of a sweet fix for the evening. Got a shake with cookie dough ice cream, Oreos & caramel syrup. The girl who helped me was pleasant and helpful. The shake itself was good, perfect amount of milk, good consistency but that's as expected since they use Blue Bell ice cream. My only gripe was that it wasn't blended well enough to be fully enjoyable. There were large chunks of Oreos towards the bottom that took up about 1/4 of the cup. I had to get a spoon to finish it. I've had shakes elsewhere with Oreos that were blended well enough to enjoy fully with a straw. If they learn how to blend them better, guaranteed 5 star. read more

The staff is extremely helpful, the decor is very inviting and colorful, and the milkshakes are made to near perfection - not too sweet. The only comment I have is regarding the waffle being a bit too sweet but it was still enjoyable. Maybe the Blue Bell angle is less of a novelty now that we live in Texas again, but it was definitely a bit more of a needle in a haystack situation when we lived in Florida. But after all these years, I still think Blue Bell is the best ice cream in the country and Chill has what seems like about 50 different flavors of it to convert into shake form. I could have ordered about 40 of the options and been happy but I opted for the #1 highlight on Yelp: Butter Beer. It was as amazing as I would have hoped. I had attended an event for the wonderful charity JoyRide last week and they had a new place in Magnolia named Chill Milkshake and Waffle Bar serving samples of their milkshakes. They were out of the world delicious. So when I got home that evening I looked them up. Their menu was INCREDIBLE! I decided Monday I was going to try them out. The place was even better than expected. So many treats to pick from. I had a hot dog that was out of this world and they must have 30+ flavors of milkshakes that you can order. I asked for one not on the menu which was cinnamon. They said no problem and made up an insanely delicious cinnamon milkshake. The people working there couldn't have been nicer and more hospitable. Will absolutely be a regular customer from here on. read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have been to this location twice now. I haven't experienced customer service like this since back in the day. We went both times to purchase yummy treats to reward my kiddos grades and a neighbor's kiddos grades. The ladies behind the counter engage the kiddos, give them high fives, tell them they are proud of them, and celebrate with them. My youngest worked SO hard to pull up his grade, and they made his day with words of encouragement. I cannot recommend this establishment more. The milkshakes are INCREDIBLE also. :) We enjoy their game selection and make an evening of it. Milkshakes and board games make a great family night! read more
