If I remembered correctly, they had been closed for a while, and then I guess got resurrected. Apparently, they had been around since 1935, and when I started eating here, they had hilarious burger names, such as Cardiac Arrest, Heart Attack... you got the idea. Would this bucket contain all of the fond memories of years past!? PURCHASE(S) Firestone Walker Brewing Co. Trumer Pils German Pilsner Beer 4.9% ABV 16floz Draft ($7.00): Clear amber color, cider hoppy aroma, low body, crisp light hoppy flavor, smooth finish, and dry light hoppy aftertaste - a very easy brew. Double Western Burger ($10.35): A simple burger made with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion rings, and BBQ sauce all between a fluffy bun, this messy two-hander was strong with its thick patties and stuff squeezing out all over the place. This was a finger-licking good burger at a really nice price! Plenty of stuff for them to play with; however, I do feel like there is a lot of space that is not being used or filled with other great stuff. For example, they have an area where they can make alcoholic drinks, but they don't. There's also plenty of more space in the play area to add more stuff. They barely had any inflatables when we went, and I've seen videos and pictures of them having a lot and bigger ones, but on this day they only had two very little ones. My kids still had a blast! She repeatedly got our order wrong when reading it back, and we had to correct her multiple times. The whole interaction felt rushed and unnecessarily tense. Better customer service training would really go a long way here. Then came the food. I ordered chili cheese fries, and at first, I thought maybe this visit would redeem itself. They tasted decent, which I appreciated because I was hungry. But halfway through, I started getting sharp stomach pains and had to stop eating immediately.
