You know the food is good when the staff eats the exact same thing you ordered, no secret staff menu needed here. They have special lids for the deep fried items so it stays crispy, even an hour later. The food was very well packed for the drive home, no worries about spillage here. Portions are spot on for the price. Each dish easily serves 4-5 if you're going family style. All six dishes we ordered were delightful. Bok choy wasn't overcooked, great crunch and the light sauce allowed the natural sweetness to shine. Kung pao beef and seafood noodles had amazing wok hei. Lovely family-owned business that is now takeout only, ordering at the counter is fast and friendly. While waiting you hear customers coming in for their usual orders or the phone that is always ringing for new pickup orders. Yea you can call ahead, but the food was prepared quickly (5-10 mins) both times so far. Salt and pepper tofu was bang on, crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. The seasoning was perfect, creating an addictive motion of piling on garnishes every time you reach for a new tofu. Classic garlic green beans, a solid vegetable dish that leaves you wanting more. Mongolian beef was well marinated, and so, extremely, tender. The mix of textures in the sweet, savoury sauce made for an once again, addictive eating experience. Love the variety of sides for the lunch special, will definitely be back for more. I've used the word addictive twice now, and it truly is the best way to put it. The food here is so good! The service is fast, and everything we've tried has been delicious. I especially appreciated that they brought the food out to my car because my babies were sleeping, so I didn't have to wake them up or get them out of the car. Food is always good and has been for years. Sadly, their dining area rremains closed and is unlikely to ever reopen. So service wise it's limited to over the phone and across the counter. There really isn't any ambience to speak of. One thing we found on a couple of occasions was the bottom of the aluminum to go containers were being pushed in, concave, lessening the portions purchased, it's happened several times so It's apparently a cost saving move on their part. They are also a bit cheap on condiments and chopsticks, frustrating if one forgets to ask for what should be expected. Food is still good. read more

Their orange chicken is unlike anything you'll find elsewhere. It's real, quality chicken--not mostly batter like you get at other places. The chicken and shrimp wonton soup is packed with herbs and flavor--comforting and incredibly tasty. The chow mein and fried rice are also top-notch. What's great is that the fried rice includes both chicken and pork at no extra charge, which is a nice bonus. Eagle Rock Green Dragon is THE spot! Since going gluten free, Chinese food that fits my dietary restrictions is one type of cuisine that is really hard, if not close to impossible, to come by. That is until I found Green Dragon. This may be one of the most accommodating restaurants I have ever been too. They can make almost any of their dishes gluten free using tamari and rice noddles. Not only that, but when placing my order over the phone, they also asked if I would like them to switch out the oil to ensure no cross contamination occurs. This level of care and customer service is so deeply appreciated and really blew me away. My husband and I ordered the orange chicken, garlic green beans, Mongolian beef, and egg drop soup and everything was beyond delicious. I never thought I would be able to have orange chicken again, so it was such a treat to have this. All of the food tasted like delicious home cooking, but the Mongolian beef was probably my favorite dish if I had to pick one. Although, the egg drop soup was the ultimate comfort dish. Belated on my review here but because it was one of the better takeout dinners I have had in a few months, I felt I had to share. We ordered delivery in advance. Service was on point, food arrived one minute before the arranged time. Portions were perfect for the prices paid. We ordered family style but I'll only report on what I tried. I tried the crispy spring rolls, garlic string beans, vegetable lo mein, and the Szcechuan eggplant. The string beans were perfect: excellent texture and flavor. Crispy spring rolls were also actually crispy and not soggy, and filled with the good stuff -- 10/10. Lo mein was good, fairly standard. I liked the eggplant as well; it wasn't as oily as other places where I've ordered the same dish. I think in the future I'd probably pair the eggplant with a side of rice and/or explore more of their vegetarian options. Overall a really great meal experience and interactions with staff. It's not spicy, still very much orange chicken but there's a kick of spice. - honey walnut shrimp was super tasty. - rice and noodles were great. -all the proteins were cooked excellent and each dish had great flavor. My girlfriend first showed me this place and I have to say that it is our go to spot for quick Chinese food. Since the pandemic this place is takeout only but it really works. Typically my girlfriend and I order the sweet and sour chicken, kung pao chicken, beef lomain, bbq pork fried rice, and egg rolls. This usually lasts us 2-3 meals and it's always so yummy. All of the workers are extremely nice and easy to talk to. Every time we call in an order they usually have your order ready within 20 minutes or so. Solid classic americanized takeout chinese food. Nothing really stands out but everything was so satisfying when this is what you crave. Its take out only and convenient parking lot. First of all, i love how they packaged everything. They put a giant hole on top of the container so the crispy stuff doesnt get soggy. Idk how they tetrised everything but everything stayed hot as well. Thank you We got the: appetizer sampler, string bean chicken, honey sesame shrimp, spicy eggplant, crispy orange tofu and shrimp fried rice. The food was solid. I loved the fried rice it was flavorful and it was the bigger sized shrimp not the tiny ones. The tofu was really yummy but i wish it was crispier. I wish the eggplants were spicier. The spare ribs in the appetizer was a little too sweet, and the paper chicken was soo flavorful and moist with a really good seared crust.
