Super thick skinned steamed pork dumplings.

Updating my review to five stars. Decided to give it another try. Thankfully the dining room was open. It wasn't packed inside, in fact we were the only ones there. Don't let that fool you though The restaurant was jamming busy pumping out takeout orders nonstop. The food came out hot and fresh. Mongolian beef was excellent. It had canned mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Surprising the canned mushrooms worked. Shrimp egg foo yung wasn't bad. General Tso's was good. Mongolian beef was great. Customer service was outstanding! We will be back to dine in again.

Chicken fried rice & sweet and sour chicken.

We've ordered from here a couple of times now. The food has been consistent. I was disappointed to find the food only mildly warm and nothing else in the bag. No soy sauce. No napkins. It all seemed slightly under done to me tonight. We will try again.

Dined at China Garden (again) this weekend. Had the sichuan chicken (Americanized), which was fresh and delicious, and spicier than I remember. Also ordered moo goo gai pan, a chicken with vegetable, and broccoli beef - everything was well-liked by our entire party. They handled a special request--subtracting an ingredient from one of the dishes--with no problem.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. Nice people, good value, and good food. Lunch combos especially are great values.

Always friendly, always good. Stacks up with any Chinese food around Annapolis. Looks for coupons on website before you go.

Their food tastes very good, they are very friendly, the portion sizes are more than acceptable, and the menu is robust. I feel like their service has gone downhill in the last year. I have had multiple orders missing food. Since I order for a family, that leaves someone out and I've paid a lot. Waiting for what's missing is not an option since the other food gets cold and the family has to wait. On the last occasion I was missing an entire large meal plus rice, and they refused to credit back my card. It was delivery and they said I could drive there and get a cash refund. Drive? I paid for delivery. Refund? One family member goes hungry. Then they agreed to deliver another one right away. It never came so they obviously lied. I called back an hour later and they said the same thing, come drive here and get a cash refund. It's unethical to lie to your customers and even worse that this isn't the first time. I gave a four out of five, but one more instance and they go down a star. I'm now using the competition for most orders.

The dish is traditionally made with ground pork or beef; however most restaurants in the US prepare this dish with no meat due to it being placed in the Vegatable section of the menu. The flavor was great. It had and authentic flavor coupled with silken tofu. Maybe restaurants prepare with medium firmness tofu, which makes the dish heavier due to the higher protein of a denser type of Tofu

I figured the fried rice and salt and pepper wings would be a good place to start...figured I had worked hard that week and topped it off with a fresh squeezed lemonade.... Estimated wait time was short...maybe 15 min...I thought to myself that's pretty good. I arrived in 20 min and my food was there ready to be picked up...unfortunately I also ordered and extra drink...a half and half (blame it on my quick fingers I guess)....I drove home but decided to try the half and half in the car...few sips and I looked to see what happened.......straight fire, no self control lol....expensive but well worth it...very refreshing...I hate to type it...but I believe they have chic fil a beat.. Wings were decent a solid 7.8 out of 10....but it was the beef fried rice that impressed me....it actually tasted fresh...I might have found my new local go-to....I believe they specialize in Vietnamese food but I'll have to explore the menu a little more to give you the ins and outs...when it comes to quick and efficient but fresh...I'm willing to certainly try them again....

I got the mango fresh tea ($6), which was very refreshing. The Vietnamese iced coffee ($6) also hit the spot. The Bahn Mi was reasonably priced at $11-$12. I really like the quality of the bread used. It was soft on the inside and had a crispy exterior. The flavors were good, although they could've used a bit more cilantro and acidity. Service was also great. We got our food in a reasonable time.

We tried the edamame, kimchi tacos, pork belly, and scallops. Everything was enjoyable, but the kimchi tacos were the highlight of the meal. Service was good, and the restaurant had a comfortable, lively feel. It worked well as both a dinner spot and a place to stay for a few drinks. I'd definitely consider going back.

This restaurant has gone so far down hill in recent years it's not even worth going anymore. Shame…read moresince it used to be one of my favorites. Right around the name-change they halved the menu as well. What's left is pretty low-quality and over-priced; nigiri and sashimi options are practically non-existent. Last time I went I tried the ramen thinking maybe they'd at least have good noodles. Nope, I've honestly had instant ramen noodles better than that. For sushi, Joss is waaaay better, and for ramen, Tai-chi at harbor center is both cheaper and much better, so really no reason to go to Tsu anymore. Other reviewers have mentioned too, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is also in decline. The place just feels dirty and grungy. I'm all for a trendy industrial vibe, but not when that means forgoing basic cleanliness
