This was our first visit and it was not good from the start. A customer was arguing with cashier about incorrect order. My wife's rice and noodles came out cold, had to send back. Mine came out ok at best. Egg rolls were soaking in grease, definitely not fresh. Beef and broccoli was the best thing we got here. This was our last visit here. The place was a mess also. read more

I had such high hopes for good Chinese food...the egg foo young was burnt, egg rolls very greasy...it didn't taste fresh...4 hours later and all night I regretted my decision...if I could give negative I would...I should have known when all view into the kitchen was blocked to the point that you could hardly see the menu board they had something to hide. read more

I have to say this place wasn't to bad. I was starving and half way into my work day and my co worker said let me take you to China Jo's. I enjoyed it very much. I had the sesame chicken special and two egg rolls for like $9 and some change. Food was served to us steaming hot which was a plus. The only thing I didn't like is the fact there was a lot of sauce on the chicken and in my opinion a little sauce goes a long way. Other than that great service. The food is just okay, so it's a little overpriced for the quality. We had the orange chicken and some noodles. Neither were great, but we were hungry so we ate it anyway. The decor is garage sale quality so it's not comfortable to sit and eat. Take it to go. read more

Hygiene is terrible, zero stars. The girl is moping the floor, collecting the big trash bags than serving food, no hand washing ! It's very warm inside the eatery, maybe air conditioner is out ! The floor moping starts way early, before the eatery is closed, and so is the kitchen ! read more

10/10. The customer service is great and the food is better. Given the fact that the food is freshly made really helped me realize how China Jo's stands out from the rest. The prices are good and one plate is definitely enough to fill two people. So, we are getting more than we payed for. But keep in mind that the cashier is limited on English so keep your orders short and enjoy a great meal. P.S if you deliver your food make sure to tell your deliverer to get some utensils cause it's the customers/deliverers job to get it. read more

First time there and don't get me wrong the food was ok but the customer service was bad!! The cashier was rude like mid ordering and she walks away.. we got our stuff and sat down. This place is terrible. Service is crappy as they speak little English and don't know how to respond when you ask questions. The food....that's a joke! I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The orange chicken looked like it had been sitting for hours and tasted like crap, seriously. I don't know how the place has managed to stay in business this long. The only part of my meal worth the $6.00 I paid was the drink and it was flat at that. Don't waste your time. Go to Panda Express instead. It's down the street. Didn't try the food....was almost going to, but didn't try the food. Why the one star you ask? Well....my wife had a craving for beef on a stick, and I called a few local establishments looking for it. I spoke with a lady on the phone who said "We got it, yes, it comes with fried rice or chow mein." Excited that I finally found it, I drove there and explained that I was the one who called about the beef on a stick. With a confused look, she apparently did not remember the conversation a few moments ago and said "Ummm...we don't have that here." I said that you specifically said that you did....she rudely said "look at number 19" which was beef steak. I slooooooowly explained to her what I meant and if it could be done at all (as long as I'm here...). She said no, and went about her business, not even apologizing to me for the lack of communication.... So, I'm upset, my wife's upset, and the only one who had a satisfactory meal that night was our three-year old. Don't know how the food is, but if there attitude is any reflection, then avoid this place.... read more

The entrees are good, I love their sweet and sour pork, but the chow mein is always mushy, flavorless and frankly inedible. I've tried this place a few times and if you're lucky to deal with the younger girl you will receive warm and friendly service. But if you are unfortunate enough to deal with the other woman, she is curt, rude and dismissive. The prices are decent, between $7-10 but the service leaves more to be desired. Everything plate i've ordered here is delicious. From the Soup the the Combination plate. So good because of the fresh ingredients and spices. my favorite Chinese food besides the buffet. Small place. Cannot accommodate large parties. Only has a few booths and a couple of tables. Lunch specials are very reasonable priced. High recommend. read more

Love the Chinese chicken salad and chicken with vegetables soup. We've been ordering food from here for years.

I think the food here can compete with any of the higher priced restaurants in the area. Simple food. No whole fish in garlic or salt and pepper squid but then again it's a mom and pop store in a strip mall between a Mexican take out, doughnut shop and market. As far as the comment about the help not understanding English, hey at least they try. A whole lot more then I can say for our superstores in the area, You should applaud their effort and try to be helpful. read more

I'm amazed this restaurant doesn't have more reviews. I have eaten at this location for 5+ years and I love their shrimp noodles, and vegetarian entrees. Most of the time I am ordering for two and require 1 vegetarian plate. I have three staples I love to eat from China Joe's, and they do not disappoint me. I think the biggest taste difference I'd pin point, is a lack of salt most people are used to when eating out. I don't care for salt, so I appreciate the flavor of their entrees even more. It is a generous serving if you eat sparingly; for me however, the serving size is most appropriate. I also like their selection of soups, esp. their Miso soup. I hope other people are encouraged to visit and I hope they enjoy the food as much as I do. read more

My new favorite place! The food is great, quick service and friendly staff. I always passed by and decided to try it out and I'm glad I did.

No joke, I've had China Jo's so many times...but for some odd reason the food has never tasted better. On point!

This was over $8 steamed rice tasted like regular rice just okay for me chicken chop suey tasted pretty good but this portion size was pretty small, $8 was not OK with me I could have went to Panda Express and got a bigger portion of food if you know what I mean. read more

I just went here with my 6&7 yr olds. When I ordered for my son I asked that the rice be on a separate plate than the chicken(food can't touch or he won't eat it). The girl at the counter told me absolutely NOT. I was shocked but continued my order. When I asked for shrimp with sweet and sour sauce she screamed back at me that sweet and sour sauce is only for pork and chicken and that I must order that instead. I'm not really sure how they have any business with their Extreme rudeness. I've worked in the food business for ever and my requests we very easily able to be accommodated but instead I was screamed at. I will NEVER attempt to eat here again. read more

I'm not very trusting of new Chinese restaurants, but I tried this place with my dad and it's delicious! I love their chicken fried rice and plain lo mein. The staff is actually Chinese so it feels more authentic (not like panda express). The place is clean, the cashier is very sweet, and the service is fast. read more

Went in after work and asked if they had mushroom chicken. She said they had something close. Whatever she gave me looked plain and kinda gross but I'll tell you what, that was the yummiest stuff I got from ANY fast chinese food place. Great job guys! read more
