We liked it. The buffet was well tended and what you would expect or better. Crab, rib on the bone and boneless. All the good things.

Food was ice cold and my wife and I have been married to the toilet for the past three hours. We definitely got some bad food.

The food wasn't bad--it was simply mediocre and underwhelming. The biggest issue was that several dishes were underseasoned and lacked the bold flavors I expect from a good Cantonese restaurant. The Yang Chow fried rice was especially bland and needed more seasoning. The har gow and several of the dim sum items also fell short of expectations. The steamed spare ribs and beef chow fun were okay but nothing memorable. The salt and pepper shrimp was probably the highlight of the meal, but it wasn't unique or better than what I've had at many other Chinese restaurants. Overall, the food was decent, but considering the restaurant's reputation, I expected much more. I don't regret trying it, but I wouldn't make a special trip back.

However, the rest of the broad and deep menu is excellent as well. The rich Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is sweet, thick (but not gummy) and quite tasty. The pan fried dumplings were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked and well stuffed with minced pork and veggies. The Honey Walnut Shrimp were amazing - plump and perfectly dressed. Finally, the Sesame Chicken was amazing. Perfectly cooked but the best thing is that the chicken was moist, rich and flavorful. So, if we're ever back in White Plains, you know where we'll be dining.

The fries are also crispy and hot, i can never eat the entire burger i cut it in half and have the rest for later. The burger is a hit, if you want a nice ambiance affordable lunch try the burger.

It was supposed to include waffles, an omelette station, exotic fruit and meat. No omelette station, no waffles. I asked for waffles and was told they were being prepared. I checked a few times they never arrived. Most of the meat was too salty and arrived very slowly unlike most Brazilian S.H. It even stopped before we turned over our cards. Not sure if they were taking a break but the serving time was brief. The salad bar lacked variety. It was half the size of other B.S.H. Nothing special just salad, fruit that you can get anywhere, cold cornbread. No shrimp, not much extras. The soup was ok.

Apparently, it has 4 kitchens. They cater and also has space for wedding receptions. The staff was impeccable, friendly and professional. They were accommodating and attentive. They offered red or white wine to the guests as well as passed out champagne at the beginning for the toast. Later they had coffee or tea to go with the dessert. The food varied. The appetizers, spicy shrimp and Italian meatballs, were addictive. The arugula salad was nicely presented and flavors meshed well. The pasta with peas was al dented. The side dishes of mixed vegetables and potatoes were decent. The main dishes were hit or miss. There were three: salmon, steak, and chicken marsala. The salmon was flavorful but a little dry. The chicken marsala was very dry and was saved by the delicious sauce with mushrooms. The best was the steak which was perfectly tender and medium rare. The dessert was some small pastries and fruit which was presented nicely. It is a very classy place with good service.

I very much have always loved the experience of Texas de Brazil…read more I love the cheesy bread, the salad bar and tried a really yummy Brazilian soda this time around. At the salad bar, I got some cheese, prosciutto, rice, potato salad, green beans, asparagus and potatoes au gratin. The only thing I found worth getting again was the potato salad but I didn't even need it because the mashed potatoes they bring out were enough for me, they're pretty good. I didn't like how the vegetables were all cold. The potatoes au gratin were warm but weren't good in my opinion but I was here for the steak so let's get to it: Picanha top sirloin - fire honestly, my favorite. Perfectly cooked. No notes whatsoever. This heavily weighed my rating. Tri tip - Pretty good taste, could've been more rare in my opinion. Flank - Okay, a little tougher than I was expecting. Garlic steak - Tough, not garlicky enough, overdone :/ not good. Barbeque ribs - Alot of cartilage, flavor was fine, not my favorite especially when there's steak involved. Bacon-wrapped filet - it was first brought out well done so I asked if they had it more rare. The server was nice enough to put in a medium rare request for me! He came back in about 5-10 minutes and it was more medium than rare (he asked me if it was alright and I lied because I didn't want to cause more stress so that's on me lol) I will say that it was definitely more rare than that first one and was more tender than the garlic steak but it fully absorbed the bacon flavor and it was a bit too much for me to enjoy. Other notes: I avoided the chicken because I remembered that it tends to be dry and I was right based on my family's reactions. I'm not a huge fan of sausage but my brother did have three of them so they're probably good lmao. The bananas are a good palate cleanser for in between and after. Since my birthday is coming up, I got a piece of the banana's foster pie and it was good! Just could do without the nuts inside personally. I would try something else next time probably. I think overall, Texas de Brazil is a bit hit or miss but I do enjoy the experience of trying and comparing different cuts, and there are some really good ones that make it worth it especially when I've been to expensive steakhouses that definitely don't have anything as good as that amazing picanha steak.

Of all the meats that came around, picanha and parm shrimp were my favorite. Glad my kids are veterans and Brazilian bbqs because they knew to try all the meats! Unfortunately they don't really pay attention to the red to stop and green to go for meat. My kids wished the waiter paid attention more because the green was on for a while! The space is dark, it was hard to see what I was eating. The sirloin was bland BUT they gave us a1 and there was chimmichurri and roasted garlic, which I turned into garlic mashed potatoes and that paired well with all the meat

I thought the food here was decent. I came on the weekend to experience the All You Can Eat (AYCE)…read moresushi with the added weekend items. The food was typical of an AYCE however I found the service to be slow and lax in pace. I wish they had more variety but since I came on the weekend I did get offerings that are only offered on the weekends (Yellowtail Tirado 8/10 , Octupus Su 6/10). I tried three of their rolls 1. Crazy Salmon 5/10, 2. Butterfly Roll 6/10, 3. Ocean 4.5/10. Tempura items were typical and fresh overall 7/10, Sashimi was decent with room for improvement 6/10, Gyozas (Pork) 6/10, Beef Satay 5/10, BBQ Squid 4/10, Miso soup 8/10. Overall I would come here again if I'm hungry but it wouldn't be because I'm craving something out of this world, it is an AYCE place with the top items being the Yellowtail Tirado in my opinion and a decent Miso soup. The price is 33.95 on the weekends so if you want to save some cash per person keep that in mind. The environment is typically tables with cushioned areas towards one side of the restaurant, it's dimly lit and a nice place to come alone, as a casual date, or a good outing with a group.

If you want sushi or if you're not a huge sushi fan, but you wanna come with friends they have options for everyone because I have a lot of kitchen meals that you can pick from as well as raw fish sushi that obviously every sushi lover is looking for I always start off with a miso soup and some appetizer so some that you should get are the rock shrimp the calamari is really good too. Their girls is really yummy too. And then for the sushi rolls, I really like the salmon Nigiri, which is with just a slice of salmon in the rice on the bottom of of course we had to get the classic salmon avocado, and then we ended up getting the lobster salad roll as well as some others And then you can't end it without some ice cream so they have lots of flavors of ice cream that you can choose from and it was so delicious We came here on a Friday evening and I was surprised that it wasn't that busy when we got there, but I definitely got more packed as we stayed longer but the service is so good. They're so fast and attentive. They always come by to fill your water or ask you if you need anything else looking if you need another menu to fill out so this place really goes above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of.
