Is anyone else sick of chipotle's malfunctioning app besides me. I mean what's the point of using an app to earn rewards when the app crashes and you cannot even scan. The worst part is trying to contact them. The phone number listed on the internet only rings. And the contact us option is a joke-big time. What you get is a bot which repeats the same responses regardless of what you type. It's a scam. One store manager did actually give me another number for something called "People at Chipotle" (866) 755-4449. It is supposedly for employees to report any problems. You will speak with a real person who generates a report and assigns it a file number. They then send the report to Chipotle who is supposed to contact you within 2 days. They did, in fact, email me but only to refer me right back to the "contact us" bot. So the same problem exists. Chipotle obviously does not care. As a side note, I had accumulated 1295 points before this crash occurred. Today those points are non-existent. I have just initiated a new case referencing the original case. I urge other consumers to do likewise. Let's make them care!!! read more

This Chipotle is located in the Aspen Hill Shopping Center. Lots of parking, so no worries about that. Chipotle is one of my favorite places for a quick grab-n-go meal. Steak burrito, extra rice, pinto beans, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce please!! One of the things I hate the most is when i get a loose wrap-job on my burrito. No one likes a loose wrap-job. I would advise best time to go is during lunch, yes during lunch time. Yeah it is probably pretty busy, but i feel it is worth the wait in line to get that Varsity A TEAM on the line. Any other time, you are rolling the dice to see if you end up getting that JV B TEAM loose wrap-job. Um, it's a Chipotle. What else is there to say? Nah, I'll give it a real review. I mean, yeah it's Chipotle and I will admit I kinda do wanna tour all of their restaurants. mmm. mmm. mmm. Regardless, this one is nice, the staff is helpful, they hook it up on portion sizes, the outdoor seating area is large, well-lit and has speakers so they can play music. Oh and THEY HAVE BATHROOMS WITH STALLS! Did you notice the plural there? That is right, stalls. That is so awesome. I am sorry, please forgive me if that is not the highlight of your day but coming from NYC any place that has the room to put in multiple restrooms is so freaking cool in my book. WOW. Most chipotles don't disappoint. Staff was very friendly, definitely more friendly than most locations I've visited. They give out great portions and definitely listen to your requests. Ehhh....Moe's without the screaming. Didn't South Park shred this place in an episode, too? It was OK. For the crowd it had, we moved through fast. The guy slapped a metric ton of guacamole on my tacos, though. It was salty. The chips and salsa were OK. If you like medium hot, pony up for the "hot" cos medium was a wimp sauce. One plus here is that they put calorie ranges for their food up, so if you are health conscious and tracking calorie info for yourself you will have an idea of what each meal is getting you into here. read more

I enjoy chipotle. This particular location is a good one in my opinion. They move pretty fast, everything seems fresh, and they will always give you a little extra if you ask politely. I have never been charged double, like some of the other reviews have stated. I usually get either a burrito or a bowl, and you can never go wrong with their guac, its the best! Ordered a salad with steak and brought it home. There was pretty much a whole lettuce core in the salad and the pieces of steak were grisly. If I ate on site I would have taken it back. The meal was about as disgusting as the blonde line worker with lots of ink. (I thought mainly NBA players had more time and money than they know what to do with.) First every time I order online or delivery their is something wrong with the order. Today my meat was missing. When I order online to pick up it is never ready on time. Always a 10 minute more wait. Next, the employees who work here during the week day have an attitude problem. They are never friendly and always roll their eyes. I just left here. I've heard of a light meat pourer but the girl today literally put 5 pieces of steak on 1 taco. When I said that is very little meat, they decided the way to correct this would be to put more meat and charge me a side of steak. Mind you the side of steak was MORE meat than the actual regular portion of meat! So when I asked for meat, give a reasonable portion. I didn't ask for extra! I asked for what was supposed to be the original size! When I told them this, they shrugged it off and didn't care. "Oh we just charged a side of meat" I didn't ask for a side of meat! I think that I typically am a little tougher on rating chains vs locally owned places. My theory is that chains have the benefits have essentially having the manual written, they just need to follow instructions. There should be very few kinks to work out, especially in a chain as massive as Chipotle. I went here around dinner time on a weekday and the place was very busy. In my experiences, most Chipotles are able to handle this well and work as a well oiled machine. A new bin of whatever, guac, rice, etc, is ready to be popped in the assembly line once the previous bin is finished. Not this restaurants. In an attempt to move customers along, the assembly line workers were sloppily and quickly throwing ingredients together, ending up in messy food and very small portions, unlike what Chipotle is typically known for. They also had several customers waiting for salsa and guac as they were underprepared. One worker asked multiple people in front of me if they would mind their requested item on the side. On a burrito bowl or salad, that's no biggie, you can mix it in yourself but it's not quite the same when you're ordering tacos or burritos. All in all, I wasn't a fan. My food tasted fine and was fresh but again, super small portions and I was hungry again later. I'll definitely be back to Chipotle, just never to this particular store. read more

I love love love chipotle, my daughter was not really into it but now she loves it too. I thought that I would start the new year to a good start with chipotle. I was so wrong, they usually close at 10 PM. I went with my daughter on 12 3114, she loves the Guacamole and it is so good. We got two burritos and three burrito bowls, so while we were fixing the food I ask for gucamole, the girl behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking a foreign-language. Her response was" you don't see right so we don't have any. It was early how the hell do you not have any and at that they where rude. She then started to speak to the cashier in Spanish about how stupid people where." Esta es tonta oh, no ve el pinche coso y pregunta q le pongan" I gave her a dirty look and told her I was Spanish and understood everything she said. Not once did she says sorry. The one behind the register didn't even bother to apologize after she lighter at what the other one said. Chipoe! word to the wise next time you want to speak about someone in Spanish make sure you do you don't understand you, just because I don't look Spanish does not mean I'm not Spanish. I love chipotle and it's two minutes away, thanks to this experience I don't think I'll be going back anymore. So sad because I love it so much. Damn I guess I'm going to have to drive all the way to College Park whenever I want some good chipotle, instead of the two minute drive. If it was up to me I would not give it a -Star. read more

I have never had a bad experience until today when they decided to start hiring male teenagers who couldn't understand what I asked for. I ordered two bowls. They charged me for extra meat when I didn't ask for it. One bowl they had an extra scoop so I was like fine they did put in more. The second one, they put in maybe 3 pieces tops and they said it was extra. That was $5 extra worth of NOT worth meat. Could have just bought another bowl. I have had multiple instances in which items from the menu were misinterpreted. In one instance in particular an order of chips+salsa and chips +guacamole, and a burrito with guacamole inside. This was interpreted as one chips and two orders of guacamole. This is particularly disturbing considering the price of the guacamole. Otherwise it's standard chipotle food. read more

This chipotle is still good but I've noticed at this one and others that they don't pay much attention to personal preferences. I always ask for a little sour cream and I've found that they'll put the regular amount on sometimes. Also, with the salsa, they'll assume that you want mild right away but I never do. I had never been to a Chipotle until my visit to this one. I was not impressed. The food was okay, but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The chairs are not comfortable. The restaurant is loud. Perhaps some kind of floor covering would help with noise. The music is too loud. It's difficult to have a conversation. This particular location has one set of salt and pepper shakers made out of Tabasco bottles. There are too many other choices in the area. Today I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. I called at 2:30pm to place an order because I have limited time to eat as I was at work. They told me it would be ready at 2:45. I got there Around 2:45-2:50 and they couldn't find my order. Every person I asked said someone else would take care of it until finally someone checked the computer and my order wasn't even there so the cashier just kind of shrugged at me. (And yes I called the right chipotle) So then I had to wait in line to do a new order. Long story short I spent my entire lunch break getting food that was supposed to be ready when I got there so I could eat. And not once by anyone was I apologized to. read more

However, the wisdom of putting this place at the Aspen Hill Shopping Center where parking (especially within 5 miles of the Chipotle door) is scarce, and the parking lot itself was designed by an alligator on LSD. The planners decided to add to the fun by putting a bank and a big MickeyDs in the parking lot. So when you walk through the door, you're already in a great mood. Worst chipotle ever. The women or girls that work there constantly have an attitude. The food is inconsistent and the manager doesn't seem to care about customers. Always talking amongst themselves and some are even extremely clueless. I used to work at Chipotle so it's irritating to have to deal with inconsistencies in their food and customer service. This evening, my husband and I decided to give this location another chance. We ordered two bowls, one of them being half steak half chicken and the other was steak. My husband's bowl ended up having a hair. He set it to the side and looked around in the bowl and found yet another hair!! Disgusting and the manager simply offered to replace the bowl. For what?
