I went in tonight and was appalled. It was like mass chaos. The server asked me for my order, I gave it to him and he just stared at me for a moment then walked off, to the back. I stood there waiting for about 3-4 minutes waiting for him to come back and another server saw it and walked over and started my order. There was food all over the place, the guacamole was brown and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't seem to hear or know what I was ordering. It was just a cluster of chaos. I am a hard core chipotle fan. I recently started working at a hospital in auburn and I have ordered through the app four times in the last two weeks. My SALAD costs 18$ the way I order it and I don't have a problem with that. I do however have a problem with ordering a salad and never getting the vinaigrette dressing that I request and ask for every time . The first time I realized it before I left finally they didn't have any made. Mind you I place my order at least four hours before picking it up through the app. With only a thirty minute lunch if I'm lucky I don't have time to wait that's why I order waaaayyyy ahead of time..The customer service here is horrible. I tried to give them another chance.. four times, but this location flat out sucks. read more

This Chipotle is always extremely nice and makes very high quality food for us. I was on a chipotle binge for a couple weeks straight and this one always gave great results. They are extremely busy often and still keep a smile on their face and keep it going. The staff is very friendly here and this remains my favorite location of this chain for many reasons. read more

I didn't know the new app doesn't allow you to hit "pay in store" and I had a coupon I wanted to use. Also, apparently in the last month they stopped doing phone orders. Chipotle is my comfort food and I was having a decent procedure done and needed to pick up the food quickly or I wouldn't be able to eat beforehand. I got an "I'm sorry but I can't help you, you'll have to come in and stand in line". Gee thanks Chipotle. Probably the worst service I've had from you guys. Definitely will be the last time I eat here. Especially this store. I can't tell you how many times they have messed up my order. Sad. read more

Chipotle used to be or favorite! We were so excited to get one in Auburn but I must say that in the last couple months their store has taken a turn for the worse. We have dined in and done online orders and not been pleased. Too many times or order has been wrong or online orders not ready (not even started) half hour after it should have been ready for pick up. Such a bummer. Most recent in store visits were displeasing also. Out of rice, another time out of chips & no there wasn't a line out the door. Employees look half put together and act very unprofessional (arguing in front of customers) . Sad day for chipotle and time for this review. We no longer dine here. I usually go to the chipotle by my which is on Douglas blvd in East Roseville. I ordered a chorizo burrito, burrito bowl chips, quacamole and salsa. The chorizo was super dry, guacamole had no flavor, mild salsa (like pico de gallo) was dry and flavorless and the chips were stale, didn't even taste like the chipotle chips I look forward to. The food wasn't remotely close to the quality I am used to with this chain. This is my second time in this location, first experience was not good either figured I would give it another chance, hopefully they will figure something out. read more

Downloaded Yelp just for this. Was the only customer in there and had to wait for a worker to fix themselves food, and take forever to pay for it. Then finally got to order my food and everything I asked for was either super old and they didn't have any of the ingredients right there so the worker literally went to the back and grabbed hand fulls of each ingredient BY HAND lol and brought it back to the front. I work out here in Auburn and been coming to this Chipotle location. Out of all the Chipotles I go to this is the best one. The guest service here is Outstanding. Every employee I meet there has great guest service, that's not easy to find. Usually there's only one very good, couple ok one's and a very bad one. Not this location everyone is Awesome here. I also my food pretty fast. Atmosphere is very nice as well. But I do have my favorites it's Angelo Resendez and Jackie Cross. Always has a huge smile, very polite and go the extra mile for the guests. read more

Guac is really expensive and they've been really skimpy on it the last few times I've been in. ($2 for 1/4 cup). Also, the employee kind of looked me up and down gave me a weird look. Let me start by saying I am a huge chipotle fan. Sadly this location is the closest one to my office. At first I thought it was maybe just a fluke but I have been here multiple times and every time they give my half a scoop of meat. Paying $9-10 for a burrito or bowl with 4-5 tiny peace's of steak is outrageous. I am not exaggerating either they scoop the meat and then shake the spoon until it's 1-2 bites worth. Waste of money. We love chipotle! This place is great to walk in and order. DONT order online. They always screw it up or don't have it ready. Last time I waited with my baby for 10 minutes after ordering online only to find out it had been sitting on the counter. The overall awareness of some of the employees is just not there. Yikes! This is the 3rd time we've been here, and this is the 3rd time my salad bowl almost flew out of my hands because it was so light. My lord. Maybe these Auburn workers should go to another Chipotle's and get trained. I am used to a FULL meal. They skimp on beans and rice and lettuce and pico (but they gave me a huge dollup of guac). When I open my aluminum cover, the food stuffs should be STUFFED underneath. But it hardly fills half (I would guess 1/3 if you moosh down the lettuce). So disappointed because I love Chipotle's, and I still love Chipotle's (and I've been to a lot of them). Just not this one. read more

I love Chipotles generally - I plan my road trip stops around their locations - I was really excited to see one coming to my home town. I've been there 3 times now, and each time, the portions were noticeably smaller than any other location I've been to (and I've been to a lot of them). They skimp on the portions for a veggie bowl (all other locations give you more beans and rice when you're getting the veggie option). I hope they get this fixed soon..... read more

I normally love Chipotle. I would go there at least twice a week before school, but recently they have been really sucking. The last three times I've gone, I've been super disappointed. First of all, I just wanted to say love Chipotle. Recently I downloaded the app so I could order online. I have ordered food at this particular location 6 times so far. Unfortunately, the last 4 of the 6 times I have showed up and my food is not ready and the staff is just standing around looking clueless and careless, then I have to wait in line for my food. I really dont like that I had to come on here and complain but Whoever the manager or supervisor is, they should consider maybe reading the yelp reviews and fixing the issue. read more

I never leave yelp reviews but I wanted to comment on our experience at the new chipotle yesterday. The line was kind of long but not longer than I expected from chipotle at 530 and on opening day. The employees were friendly and working hard to move everyone through quickly. However, there was one woman working there who I assume was the manager who was constantly yelling and speaking very rudely to her employees. We were backed up at the check out and had to wait a bit to pay and she was constantly talking down to everyone working there. I understand the stress of opening day but we choose to sit outside in the heat rather than be near enough to hear her yelling and speaking rudely to her employees. I am hoping this was just opening day jitters and we don't have to hear it again. Otherwise good food and we are happy to go again! read more

In general I like Chipotle; I just don't like this particular restaurant on Bell Road. I moved from Sacramento up this way about 1 year ago. The first time I came here the rice was undercooked, and for some reason I had a stomach ache all night long. The second time I gave it another try, again the rice was undercooked and I had a bad stomach ache all night long. Um, what the heck? Okay so I stopped going to Chipotle all together. The other day I was in Sacramento and hit up the Chipotle with my son who is 18 and wow! Yummy food, rice cooked thoroughly, chicken was juicy and no stomach issues. I go back home and thought; "maybe I will give this place in Auburn another shot!" I go in with boyfriend today and the rice is undercooked and I have another stomach ache! This has got to be the WORST Chipotle! Word to the management; Please hire people who know how to make rice; and I don't know what's going on in the back of the house but the standards must be poor to give me and my boyfriend a stomach ache almost every time we have gone in. This time was the worst because the onions from the veggies still had the shell on them when they were made and I was pulling out burned pieces of onion skins out of my mouth. read more

I don't know what has happened with management here, but there was none tonight. It was the worst experience we have had there! First, no chicken ready. Girls were not focused nor working hard. Once chicken was ready, the girl finished filling my bowl. Then, we waited for approx. 5min to be rung up! We had to ask to be helped! Magically, two girls appeared out of the back. One said, to another employee, "what do you need?" Really? Do you not see the line of people? Drink station was dirty, outside tables were dirty. Oh, and the chicken I was waiting for...I spit out at least two pieces that were nothing but fat! Stop being lazy and do your jobs instead of whatever you are doing in the back room! read more

Came in 2 hours before they closed and the place was a mess. Asked for double meat and they gave me as small a portion as possible. Most of their selections were almost out and I won't be going back.
