Worst Chipotle ever as you can see by all of the bad reviews. This place needs new management. Employess are rude and unfriendly. Every time I have bought food here its been a bad experience. Slow...not very clean...they put so much salt on their chips they are inedible and I have complained about it before...they do not care.. They messed up my order so bad. Got all the way home and a whole bowl was left out. Had to go all the way back with my receipt and they did not believe me when I told them part of my order that I paid for was missing. I had to call the manager then they went in the back and found my bowl. It was smashed on the top and they tried to give it to me! They obviously dug it out of the trash! Or someone started eating it.I refused it and told them I want a new bowl made. Then they argued with me and told me that I should check to see if everything was in my order making it my fault that they left it out of the bag. It was a large order and they told me next time I should order online...again blaming the customer. The manager promoted this level of bad customer service and was defensive about it and took zero responsibility.. No wonder this place is terrible. Most places would apologize and refund your money or give you a gift certificate for a free meal next time in order to keep a customer and not get a bad review. Not this place though. They obviously don't care. Next time I will take my business to flaming burrito which is far superior for service and quality. Its also not a chain and its owned by locals. Or go to Taco Tree...very friendly with fresh ingredients and very reasonable in price and great and fast service. Those two other restaurants have never messed up my order or given bad service. I really enjoy this location. My husband is particularly picky with his burrito order and they get it right every time. Just to clarify, I go in and order. I do not order online. I did not get his name but he was a young adult male who had longer hair and a hat on has helped me the last few times I've been here. He is always super friendly and so fast! The worst customer service I've experienced to date. This seems to be par for the course at this location. I ordered through the app and when I got there someone else was having trouble with their order. Mine was waiting and appeared correct (at least the drink was) so I took it and drove home. It was completely different so apparently someone else got the wrong order as well. I called the restaurant only to be told that since I ordered online there was nothing they could do for me. Unfortunately, when we door dash, we do not get to choose which Chipotle the food comes from and it generally goes to the one closest to us which is the auburn, Sacramento location (near Madison). This is the second week in a row that we door dashed from that location and I thought the first week was a small portion, it was better than tonight's. The advertisements shows a nice healthy salad rising past the brim. However, last weeks salad was under the bowl line and this weeks salad was so low below the bowl line that you would have thought it was prepared for a 5 year old nibbler. It didn't even reach from end to end. Almost no salad in my salad and almost no veggies as well. All I get is salad, veggies, chicken, cheese and sour cream. I understand things can go wrong from time to time. No one and no place is perfect. I read about bad experiences. Thats too bad. If it was bad enough, contact the manager. Best burrito in town. I think you get more food if you have it put into a bowl instead of a tortilla wrap. Especially the exquisite guacamole that costs you 2 bucks extra. This is my first review on Yelp and I only downloaded the app so I could write a review on this restaurant. I understand the staff here is young and will take that into consideration but beyond that there are no excuses. The restaurant was filthy. All the tables were dirty with food and leftover garbage from lunch. It wasn't busy so no excuses again. I noticed one of the employees taking her break even sat down to eat her lunch at a filthy table. Eww. How could no one notice all the tables were dirty. The bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper in the dispenser. Paper towels all over the floor. Sink faucet is loose and only worked if you moved it around. Then on a recent visit, the guacamole was a dark green almost brown color. I was thinking it was only dark because it had been out and once they took a scoop, it would be bright green underneath. But no, the whole thing was practically brown. And the flavor of that guacamole tasted like it was three days old. The color and taste told me it probably was three days old! My husband and I won a gift card and had decided to use it for dinner, we ordered our food and I handed the gift card to the cashier, when she swiped the card it came up as inactivated, it was really embarrassing, so I pulled out my wallet to pay, and the manager said we are coming your meal! I love writing good reviews but I'm very disappointed in this chipotle. Ordered through door dash, and when my sofritas burrito bowl (with everything) arrived, I discovered they had literally served me half or quarter spoonfuls of the items I ordered. I decided to estimate by weight, how many calories were in my bowl, for science. I discovered my bowl contained a little over 280 calories, a fraction of the advertised calories!!! Nothing bad to complain about, considering it was their grand opening day. Lunch time wasn't too crazy, but I still ordered online so I could avoid the line. I had to wait a short while for my food and for my inconvenience they gave me a free burrito card. I didn't mind waiting because it was their first day, but that was real nice of them. There's an outdoor patio that's still in progress of getting more shade and the inside is kind of small, but that's ok because I usually get their food to go. I came here tonight to place an order. While I was waiting there was a line, and I could see some orders that were made online were backed up. There were many items out of stock and I could see the man making the food at the counter was doing the best he could with the circumstances. When I got up to the register, the girl that was working the register talked down to the man making the food in front of the customers.
