One of my favorite places to grab a good burrito in Chicago. I've been eating here since college and I never get sick of it.

It's okay food, for a McDonald's owned chain. We just stopped in to use the bathroom (key attached to a giant metal kitchen spoon, how funny) while walking over to Oz Park. After that I tried to get the kids to eat something there since I like the tacos. The lady at the counter was VERY COOL to offer to make some mini quesadillas for the kids, which I don't think is on the menu. Note to other restaurants in LP area, when people ask to use your restroom and you say no, people remember it and vote with their feet. This is based on quite a bit of first and second-hand anecdotal evidence. I've eaten at this Chipotle many times and I will be back again due to the coolness of the staff (extra star for that) and okay tacos. read more

How can you not give this establishment 5 stars. My employees eat here three times a week. I am not that extreme, but I do love the place. We have won free burritoes 3 times and you can't go wrong with the burrito bowl. The chips are great too...good stuff! read more

I eat a lot of burritos. I've probably eaten at at least ten different burrito restaurants. So imagine me walking into a Chipotle for the first time. Total corporate image (I mean I think Mcdonald's owns them.) To say I was dubious would be an understatement. I think I was actually angry for the first burrito. I mean, don't get me wrong, it was delicious. But I was in denial. Next thing I know I go back. Then again. And again. Now I'm hooked. The ingredients are so FRESH. And the chips are amazing too. Stupid Mcdonald's. This particular Chipotle can be especially commended for its cleanliness and extremely helpful staff. Go to this Chipotle if you have to choose. It's Chipotle. Good for when you need a semi cheap semi mexican fix. The place is clean. They are fast (as there is always a long line). They have a parking lot which is a bonus. This one is actually our go to Chipotle because of the parking lot. I mean really are you reading reviews on Mexican food and have never been here before? Or are you just following my posts. Great Guac! Great tasting meats. Chips are yummy. For what it is , Chipotle is consistently very good. It's not cheap, but has its own individual taste. Servers are professional if not a bit dry. Food is cooked (warmed) in front of you, and served asap. Tastes great 15 minutes later. read more

Had Chipotle here for the first time in a really long time earlier this evening. Delicious as ever. Chipotle is the hands down the best fast food in America. I recently used Grubhub to order a chicken burrito from here. First the sour cream was all liquidy and then I bit into a bone that was in a chicken piece.... disgusting. I called the chipotle to let them know; they apologized and then quickly hung up on me. This forever changes how I feel about Chipotle. read more

This place is on our family rotation. We love going here because of the parking. The place is big and plenty of high chairs. One strange thing though, it always seems too cold in there, but I guess it's better than the opposite. You can't go wrong with Chipotle, they are consistently good. read more

This Chipotle is as good as any of the others in terms of food. Fast, high quality ingredients, and easy on the wallet. This location is even great--just a bit off the beaten path and right by Target. However, the parking lot here is awful! There are always cars waiting for a spot. It usually takes longer to park then to wait in line, order and leave! Guess the developers didn't consider the high-traffic stores that would be in this strip mall. read more

This place has some fantastic burritos! And it's always both clean and well-run. I always get the steak burrito with rice and hot salsa, which is not one to disappoint! The service is usually pretty fast, especially if you eat a little before or after prime meal times. Overall, this place is a pretty good bet for consistent, quality Mexican food. read more

What can I say? I chipotle! Some have faster service than others but this location is stellar. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating and friendly staff who practically know my burrito order by heart. (Maybe I eat here too much. Ha!) You will wait a little if you stop in during the week around lunch time and on Saturdays. But that's to be expected. You'll never wait more than 5 minutes even if the line is out the door. Enjoy the guacamole! read more

This is a Chipotle. It is the exact same as all other Chipotle's in all of the world. It is good, just as you would expect. It isn't that busy at 2pm on a weekday, even though it is right in the city. Otherwise, it is exactly the same as all Chipotle's I have ever been to in my life.I have no complaints.Recommended! read more

Stopped in tonight for the nurses BOGO offer. When I told the cashier I was a nurse for the deal, he was so nice! His name was Leno (sp?) and he was so kind. He mentioned how he was in the hospital as a child and that nurses are so hardworking and the real MVPs and it's a thankless job. It was so sweet of him to say (and true!!)! It was the first time an employee has ever made small talk with me like that. He deserves extra kudos! Chipolte is lucky to have such a thoughtful employee!! I've eaten here a whole bunch of times, and I always know what to expect. It gets super busy during the lunch rush, as expected, so you might plan for a whole hour if you want to enjoy your meal in house. I've never had problems finding seating, but it's usually right around that max occupancy point during that time. The food is consistent and flavorful, and I love the array of sauces available to dine-in customers. I do have one question, though. Don't they know that the burritos turn into a soggy, explosive mess EVERY time? I'm sure this is part of the corporate mission, or identity, or something, but I must admit that I don't like getting the contents of the burrito everywhere, every time. Remember, they serve it to you as a completely encapsulated food item, and it always expands and drips and turns inside out. It's more like the job description of a hand grenade. OK, enough jokes about the food. But seriously, I am willing to donate seed money to anyone who can create a hilarious "burrito fight" video project for the world wide web and beyond. It's likely that you don't need me to tell you that Chipotle is excellent. But just in case: Chipotle is excellent. It's "fast food" at its finest. There several kinds of meat to choose from, and it's possible to stuff your burrito (or burrito bowl, or tacos) with all sorts of vegetables. Depending on your views, you may also be impressed that they serve only meat from well-treated, naturally raised animals. This particular location is also excellent. It's always clean and I've always had great service. It can get crowded during lunch time, but my wife and I always find a seat. Pro Tip: If you're in a hurry, you can order online via their website and then skip the line and head straight to the register. read more

The more I eat at Chipotle the more I find it overrated. In terms of burritos they really aren't all that spectacular. Is it bad? No. Is it almost always more disappointing than I expected? Yes. I wouldn't tell you not to eat there as its convenient and pretty good, but also I wouldn't really advocate for it. Also I don't know why but every Chipotle I go to the beef is just like mildly off putting, don't really know what that's about but keep that in mind. read more

I work in the area and for the longest this location has been my favorite spot for lunch, I always do takeout. Yesterday 3/19, I decide this is what I want for dinner so here I am with my family. I order my usual burrito bowl with the rice & bean on the side, my family orders their bowl and drinks. We pay when I look at the receipt; I was charged extra for my rice & beans. I explained, that's part of my Burrito bowl just on the side. The cashier, doesn't apologies for the mistake (has bad body language and attitude), calls her manager, I tell the manager what happened. The Manager doesn't apologies either, looks at my bowl and looks at the cashier and tells her NOT me. You didn't charger for extra guacamole. Still talking to her, refund her the $4.99 and charge her $1.50 for the guacamole. At this point, I'm OK with that; I did not notice I had NOT been charged the $1.50 extra either. So, I tell her that's fine. (The entire time, the manager did NOT look at me or addressed me once. (the entire time, her tone, attitude and rolling eyes) I give her cash $1.50 for my guacamole. My husband asks her for the original receipts and with attitude they give it to him, he asks the manager for her name, with a nasty attitude she tells him, "I don't have to tell my name" He tells her we are frequent customers, we are not asking for a free food, just good service. She was so rude. I will rather drive the 2 miles to the next location... I will never visit this location EVER AGAIN. Plus, Now that I have seen, what it looks like in the evening Dirty and Dingy looking, I see I'm not missing out on anything! HIRE better Staff with people skills and manners. I love chipotle a whole lot but I was incredibly angry about my recent visit to this particular location. The workers were eating rice and not helping anyone in the 10 people deep line. One girl even ate out of the rice bin that they serve to the costumers and rice fell out of her mouth back into the container where they then started serving people out of that same contaminated bin. The people were rude and impatient yet made themselves unavailable and slow. Will not return to this location. read more

Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. This place is very consistent with most other Chipotle's but needs some leadership. Our servers were ok (forgot our chips we had to go back). The quality of food tasted good, was presented well, and was hot. The restrooms were acceptable but the dining room could have been cleaner. They were also out of ice tea. If you like the Mexican grill... Chipotle's can be very good. This location needs to step it up to live up to the Chipotle brand name. read more

This gets 5 stars because it is the best Chipotle ever. For real. They are always fresh, never stale, always hot and always generous with the fillings. I'll also say that, while I never get the bol, my girlfriend does and it is like the best dip for chips ever. Chipotle is probably the worst 'Fresh-Mex' place I have ever been to. I love almost any Mexican food, and this was pretty bland. The rice and beans taste like nothing. I went to this chipotle last weekend and it was another notch on the bedpost of my chipotle bed. It is a newer location, but I dont make it to that part of town too often. It was good. No complaints. With this facility being across the street from the new PAWS Chicago shelter, I'll be a regular visitor. I've already visited twice to have the vegetarian burrito, and have been impressed by the good, quick service and fresh ingredients. The guacamole is outstanding. Chipolte has given free burrito coupons to PAWS Run for Their Lives participants in the past, so I really hope they do so again this year. read more
