I've been to this chipotle before as it's convenient to work and have never had an issue. I decided to go after work to order a kids meal (the regular size is entirely too big for me to finish) and was denied the order. I was told by the young lady that I could not order a build your own kids meal in the store and would only be able to get it by ordering online. I've ordered this many times at this chipotle and others so I'm unsure why she said this. Because it was unexpected, I left out the line (I didn't want anything else). We got to the car and my boyfriend decided he was going to go back in alone and order my meal because that didn't make sense that we couldn't order. He came back out with the kids meal... go figure. He also stated that the same young lady made the order incorrectly and would not restart the order. So now I have peppers and onions mixed in with my corn salsa . Outrage that order was 20 minutes late. Fountain machine down & staff refused to substitute for bottle drink after I witnessed several other ethnicities awarded the option. Not to mention they were heavy with the toppings. Yay! Sometimes the server can be stingy with toppings but not today. I went during lunch & there was a line but the staff were getting people in & out quickly. Everything was good until I sat down, opened my bowl, and got ready to dig in! An employee was cleaning the lobby came & started sweeping, literally right beside me! She moved the chair right beside me, at the same table, and started sweeping underneath my feet.... I was so irritated! That's a HUGE pet peeve of mine. I looked at her & she continued! Outside of her not catching my glare as a hint to stop sweeping, the food was good. If you love Chipotle, like I do, then you will like this place. Everything is pretty much standard Chipotle, though obviously new at the time of this writing, since this place has only been open for a few weeks. The staff are friendly, there is plenty of parking, and there are a number of ways out of the parking lot (key since this is a busy section of 54). The location is also excellent for a number of office parks in the area (I work at one of them). I am thrilled this one is open now, so I don't have to drive all the way to Cary to get my fix. Service was slow at the lunch hour, hence the lack of 5 stars. To be expected, especially since they are new, but expect to wait if you don't pre-order. read more

We were ordering a quesadilla and the women taking our order had a bad attitude from the start. There's too much going on in this store. The cashier didn't put my whole order in the bag and when I questioned it she said she would have to charge me for what she didn't put in the bag. She checked the receipt and realized she did originally charged me and the rest of my order was placed in the bag. I I took my bag and receipt and walked away from the counter and she yelled your card didn't go through (how do I have a receipt then?!) She charged me again for my meal. I looked at the receipt and now my order had more items on it. When I asked them to fix it they had to bring someone else over. He asked me to put my card in the machine again (didn't tell me why) and when I said I'm not paying again he said it's for your refund and then started muttering words to the girl who messed it up in the first place. I didn't mess any of this up! There was no need for the attitude. The person who did (hopefully) the refund made sure to say real loud and snarky when I walked out to have a nice day. This was completely uncalled for and his way of making me look like I was giving them a hard time for the whole restaurant to see. I come to this spot pretty much every week and get either a chicken burrito or chicken bowl, with guacamole. My general impression of this establishment after ~10 visits: -Mediocre to poor service, although I vividly recall at least one occassion when this was not the case. -Stingy on the quantity of edibles (guacamole, chicken) relative to other locations. -Medium to poor quality ingredients; crunchy chicken with bone and tendons like today, more fat in the final product than other locations I doubt the calories quoted on the menu are even remotely right. When my team received their order the 3 employees who ordered guacamole, didn't have it with their order. The place closed at 10 pm, therefore I couldn't go back to pick up some. Thank goodness for Moe's opening up next door. I used to love chipotle more but now I'm becoming more of a moe's fan. The customer service at chipotle is just terrible. The girl who works the meat/rice section is super stingy with the proportions. You have to ask multiple times in order for her to fill it enough. At least I won't have to worry about that Moe's. I hate hate hate leaving bad reviews, but for this place I literally had no choice. When I walk in, about to spend 15 dollars on a bowl and drink, I expect it to be pretty good! Well, not today. I get that the food varies day to day but today I received the worst bowl I've ever gotten in my life. Completely inedible and a total waste of 15 dollars! Somehow the rice was insanely sticky and almost blob-like, and it was all stuck together in a clump, and that is how I knew this bowl was about to be terrible, not only was the rice literally gelatinous, but it was somehow undercooked and CRUNCHY. At first I thought the crunch was the meat, nope, it was the rice grains. Next onto the meat, I got barbacoa, which is generally fatty anyway, but usually the employees try to pick around the fat and give you the better pieces, the employ I had gave me SO much, when I didn't even ask for extra, and it was virtually ALL fat. Probably saw like a single edible piece in there. Then I know this depends on the person but he gave me the tiniest scoop of guac I've ever seen anyone at chipotle give since they tend to be pretty generous with it since you pay extra for it! The pico de gallo was also a really odd squishy texture which it usually isn't from my experience at chipotle. But hey, at least the lettuce was fresh and crunchy! If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Staff is very RUDE & clearly don't understand simple English. If I'm paying $8-$10 for food I want a complete bowl. I told the lady 5 times to add more rice to both my bowls. I even said I'll pay for more rice if I have to. She gets upset and slides my bowl down the line before I can tell her what else to put on my bowl. Another lady, very nice helps me and I just show her my phone because clearly everyone else couldn't hear and I lost my voice yesterday and won't tryna hurt my throat. She said I wasn't talking about the rice, she's not supposed to be reading anyone's phone because it's holding up the line. Yikessssss. Staff is always scrambling it's as if nothing is ever prepared. I usually do pick-up orders but those would be wrong (wrong salsa, missing toppings, and I've even had no chips and queso!). I then started ordering delivery. First order was a salad and i hardly had any leafy greens it was all toppings! And to make matters worse my vinaigrette wasn't packaged well so it had spilled all over the bottom. Contacted customer service and they gave me a free entree (they were fast and helpful). A week goes by and I decide to use my entree voucher and I add chips and queso. Delivery was fast but my chips and queso was missing!!! I contacted customer service AGAIN and got a voucher for chips and queso.
