I really wanted to have a better experience here, but after multiple attempts, it's been consistently disappointing. I've ordered to-go several times, both through Chipotle's website and via Uber Eats, and I always order my bowl with no beans. Unfortunately, at least three separate times, my order arrived with beans anyway. When you're ordering online, accuracy is everything and repeatedly missing a very clear request is frustrating. On top of that, the food has typically arrived cold, which just adds to the disappointment. Chipotle is usually a reliable, fast option, but these repeated issues have made it hard to justify ordering again. I understand mistakes happen occasionally, but when the same problem shows up multiple times, it feels more like a breakdown in consistency than a one-off error. Due to previous experiences, I usually prefer Moe's to Chipotle, but I was meeting someone for lunch and this was what they selected. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday at lunchtime, but the staff were efficient with our orders of a burrito, a bowl and two drinks. Like most fast casual places, food was okay but not outstanding. Portions are decent and you shouldn't leave hungry. I probably wont' be back soon but would consider it for an option sometime in the future. read more

This is a very average chipotle. One of the main perks is that they get your order, accurate, and the portions are pretty good. Some of the issues are that they don't have the freshest ingredients, and the place is a little messy. Compared to other Chipotle locations, this is just a three star experience. read more

I go to this Chipotle fairly regularly since this is the closest option to me. If I had a different choice then I would take it. The employees are frequently blank faced and don't care and I can get that so nothing new there. But today when I went and got 2 chicken bowls (no add ons) I was wondering why the price was slightly higher. I just chalked it up to the prices being raised (as usual with inflation) but when I got home and checked my receipt they had charged me for queso THAT I NEVER EVEN ORDERED OR GOT! How hard is it to talk to customers and ensure you're charging them for the right things? I think I may start traveling further out to see if there's another location that could be any better or just go to Moe's but I really do prefer Chipotle when they're able to give me the bare minimum. The last 3 times I ate here in the past few weeks, it was not good. There wasn't rice done and ready multiple times, the servers behind the counter young girls were so rude to me on multiple occasions. The first time I asked for kids quesadillas and the server did not know it came with fruit and a drink. And put the food in a bowl when the manager made him put it in a kids container! He rolled his eyes and huffed. What's the problem with this location? The restaurant and surrounding area (patio, parking lot) were filthy!! Patrons have to step over refuge that could easily be collected in an appropriate refuge container. Team members project an air of superiority. Although a server behind the order station greets me well before I reach the counter, the other staff seem inconvenienced by placing an order. The quality of the food fails miserably -- it's mildly warm, dry, and flavorless. Also, the serving size has diminished to a point where a mound of food falls below the rim of the paper bowl. Ask for a few more beans, and the waitstaff will spoon a teaspoon of them. Same behavior when you request a bit more rice or cheese or salsa. As another reviewer summarized so well: This place sucks! I've been here many times before and for the most part, my experience has been excellent. Today was so awful, I might not be coming back. The first thing I notice are the chip bags are half-full (both are supposed to be large). Those turned out to be stale. Next item - the queso, 2 bowls, laying on their side. I've learned to be careful to check for this, as this isn't the first time the queso has been packed this way (and the first time I encountered this, the lid came off and queso dumped all over the other items I ordered in the bag - seriously, who is packing it this way and why?), so I carefully pulled each bowl out making sure everything remained intact. What I discovered in the bowls was so unappetizing i might as well have thrown all my money in a donation jar. Picture below. The tacos were soggy and so cold they tasted like they were drenched in ice water. The sour cream looked congealed. The burrito bowl delivered two heaping chunks of gristle. Tonight, no honey chipotle chicken. The two women I spoke to were beyond rude. I asked if there was someone I could complain to and the girl preparing my food twice ignored my question. I then asked the girl at the register and she shrugged and walked away, purposely preventing me from me getting my receipt. I had to ask for it and it was tossed at me. Chipotle is my favorite (casual fast) food chain. I eat at Chipotle at least 3 times a week and usually get their chicken burrito bowl, with white rice, black beans , chicken (tip - did you know you can ask for double or triple meat?), pico de gallo, mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. This place is a severe hit and miss and consistency is not the motto here. Food is never hot and does not tast like it just came off the grill, more like it sat in the warming basket since the day before. We have placed online pick up orders from this location a several times in the past couple of years and 4 out of 5 times, our orders are messed up. I initially thought it was just a one off, but the same incredibly disappointing experience happened again and again. I can write about my previous experiences but let me share tonight's experience as it is essentially the same as the ones before. I placed an order for pick up via their app. The order was for two Barbacoa bowls for pick up at 6:40pm. We got there a few minutes past and the order was not on the pick up shelf. They alleged someone must have taken it. So we waited for them to remake the order. When we got home, one of the bowls had NO BARBACOA MEAT! How could this have been missed when the order is for a BARBACOA BOWL?? I have sent feedback to Chipotle each time and somehow this particular location continues to disappoint. I kept giving it another chance thinking they can't possibly be consistently terrible but I guess another order gone wrong is sufficient for me to conclude that this location is simply subpar. read more

By far the worst Chipotle I have ever ordered from. If you order after 9:00pm even though they are open until 10:30pm they purposefully mess up your order. There are so many jobs in RTP with a very limited number of option to each. Chipotle should have known this and should be prepared. Sadly they are not. The line was out the door. My mom and I waited upwards of 20+ minutes just to get to front to make an order. They desperately need more staff working during lunch hour. The staff is super friendly! Everything was clean. Nice large dining space compared to some of the surrounding chipotle locations. Parking is plenty the food was great and consistent with other chipotle locations. All in all, come try out the new location. BUT BE WARNED- order your food on the app. Come in and pick it up from the pickup area. Parking or app orders is right at the front door. It makes me wonder what's going on when I see the bad reviews for this location. We have been going here since they opened. We live just down the street and have never had an issue. Sure it's not like anything was knocking our socks off as far as customer service but generally the staff is friendly and the food is good. I genuinely don't have any reason to take stars away and I've been coming here for a long time. Maybe like once every 2 or 3 weeks. I decided to go after work to order a kids meal (the regular size is entirely too big for me to finish) and was denied the order. I was told by the young lady that I could not order a build your own kids meal in the store and would only be able to get it by ordering online. I've ordered this many times at this chipotle and others so I'm unsure why she said this. Because it was unexpected, I left out the line (I didn't want anything else). We got to the car and my boyfriend decided he was going to go back in alone and order my meal because that didn't make sense that we couldn't order. He came back out with the kids meal... go figure.
