I will no longer get any take out food from Chipotle during the pandemic. When I went there yesterday to pick up my food there were many customers who were not wearing masks while they were waiting in line to place their orders, in spite of signs that state masks are required. The servers behind the counter did not challenge anyone who was non-compliant. I did, turning to the person to my left, and simply asked where his mask was. He faltered for a minute but did not answer me. I got no help from the staff. This poses a serious and significant health risk for everyone involved. Worst chipotle ever. Didn't bother to prepare all ingredients also just put up board saying no guacamole and didn't offer substitute or and price discount. Don't know why they open more stores with no management in place. Need manager in place who know customer service and food business. read more

I downloaded Yelp just to write this review. I tried to call but no answer. It would be nice to talk to a person rather than all of automated the crap. I have been to this location multiple times and it never fails they forget something on your order. (Takeout) it would be nice if the crew would read the order and fill it correctly. Poor quality service and food compared to other locations I have visited a while back. Small quantities for the price.

This location likes to start cleaning up and shutting down the grill and condiments area very early. I have been there on many occasions where service has been bad . I went couple of weeks ago on a Friday evening arrived 45 minutes before closing. They said they were out of Steak ( you could tell the grill had been cleaned), out of Lettuce, and when I asked for extra sour cream they said they were low. As I went to pay for my order I noticed the line had 15 to 16 people backed all the way up to the door. As I was paying I noticed items such as lettuce and sour cream were being pulled out from the refrigerators. I asked for the name of the manager I was given a card with the name Brad and a contact number. Brad has never called back to discuss the issue. I will be more than happy to drive to South Point Mall or Glenwood Ave before ever going back to this location that I live only half a mile from . The sad thing is I look for the good in everything but I'm at a complete Loss when it comes to this Location. read more

Was so stoked to see this new location as it is close to my home. I was so ready to declare my legion with it until my first try. White rice - it looked undercooked. I have eaten a lot of white rice in my lie and I can tell whether or not it is undercooked by just looking at it. Requested brown rice instead. It also looked undercooked but I thought it looked better than the white rice so what the hell. Turned out it was a worse choice. When brown rice is undercooked, it is tough. My jaws literally and figuratively had to over work to chew that rice. The server then went on to dump the mild salsa on my bowl with a lot of extra juice that made my whole bowl soggy. And guess what, the mild salsa was an assault to my palate with the strong raw bitter onion taste. Worse, it was salty! I can eat salty but this is saltier than I could handle. Then she gave me a few pieces of lettuce which I had to request more. I am sure they won't break the bank giving me extra lettuce as I always skip the cheese. So, management, if you read this, please change a few things and you will have s customer for life. Cook both of your your rice right. Less salt on your salsa. Perhaps use better onion because we eat this raw. Train your servers so they wait a couple of seconds to let the salsa juice drain from the spoon before serving it. Portion is way less than other locations but I don't eat a lot so I was OK with it. The carnitas was divine so that was the only reason why I gave this review a 2 stars. I will try this locations a few more times though. I have been eating Chipotle since a carnitas bowl cost $4.5 and I would want to continue eating it, just not sure at your location but I will give it a few more tries before making a decision. My husband just left this location. We placed an online order, during which there were some items that were clearly marked as unavailable. My husband arrived 8 mins before they closed, the doors were locked. An employee came to the door, told him they were out of steak so they did not make our order. I order steak, he ordered chicken, so they just scrapped the entire order. He asked why they didn't just call and let us know, she rudely told him he was lucky she came to the door. He asked for the manager multiple times, she refused, but she eventually went to get the anger after he got rude rude back at her. The manager gave us a refund, but this is completely unacceptable. It doesn't make up for the fact that everything else closes at the same time as them, so now we are trying to find food (that's not traditional fast foo) at 10 o'clock at night. It was very obvious that they didn't want to make our order because it was close to closing time. Regardless of the time, the store is open until 10pm. Locking the doors early and suggesting you possibly wouldn't have come to the door, proves they knew they were wrong. In addition, the manager clearly has no authority when an employee thinks it's ok to address a customer the way they did. Very very disappointed!! read more

I don't typically leave bad reviews because everyone and every restaurant has a bad day. I'm making an exception for this chipotle. I placed an order for delivery The food arrived just fine but the order was wrong and cold. I called and after not being able to get in touch with a representative SEVERAL TIMES I was finally put in touch with the store. I explained my issue and was asked if I wanted more food (a replacement order) but I would have to pick it up. I explained that I'm quarantining because I was exposed to COVID so I can't pick it up but I would like a refund. The representative then told me the store would be unable to give me a refund because I placed the order through the app. I didn't place the order through the app but through their website. The representative then stated that was what she was trying to explain I need to cancel the order or call customer service. I asked how am I supposed to cancel an order that was already delivered. She then back tracked and said I couldn't do that. I asked for a manager, she replied she was the manager which she had tried to explain to me (spoiler: no she didn't, she never stated her name or position). I asked for the number to customer service she said she doesn't have that and they don't keep it in store. I asked for her name she said Kimora/Kimara or something to that effect because when I asked her to spell it she hung up on me. I'll start by saying I love Chipotle. This is a brand new location and getting in and out of the parking lot is tricky during peak periods, i.e. lunch. This location is going to have work on providing service, though. After standing in line about 25 minutes, I reach the front to order a SALAD. The attendant literally put about 8 small leaves of romaine in the bowl...for a SALAD. I didn't ask for more, because I shouldn't have to. The only other ingredients that I added were chicken and pico de gallo. The finished bowl was half full. It should have at least been half full of lettuce. Chipotle won't lose $$$ by adding the proper amount of lettuce to a SALAD. read more

Today I placed an order for a salad bowl and a burrito bowl. (Delivery) Both was supposed to have extra chicken. When opened neither had extra chicken and the salad bowl was topped with an insane amount of lettuce. Not to mention the food was cold and the restaurant didn't provide the dressing. I called and the manager Brian was rude and extremely sarcastic. After explaining the situation, he advised me I could drive in and get a dressing. I explained that was the point of delivery. He said it wasn't possible and he would write my name down. I also mentioned the lack of extra chicken which he argued with me over. I told him he lacked professionalism and customer service and asked for the name of the operator or GM. He refused and told me to call 1800-chipotle. How disrespectful! read more
