I do not think it is a stretch to say this is the Worst Chipotle in The United States, service is always rude and horrible. NEVER mobile order from here. 50% chance your order is wrong. I have gotten my name on someone else's bag 20 times and also have gotten the wrong bowl in my bag numerous times. They will say your mobile orders are ready, and then proceed to not make it for another 20 minutes. Oh also never get a soda from here. The Sodas are clear liquid more times than not as well. The guacamole here was brown. Like sewer brown. When questioned about it they stated it was made fresh each morning but that color was caused by it being in the freezer. I came in at 1pm during a lunch rush. It was obvious they were lying to my face and it being extra from the day before. I have to give these guys credit for patience! This was actually my first Chipotle visit ever...and I was that guy. The guy with a long text of annoyingly descript orders missing big details. They heard me out, helped me improvise the orders that didn't make sense, and sent me on my way quickly with food for a group! Great team here. The food was pretty good. I've been 6 times this year and this is the 1st year I've ever been there. The menu concept perplexed me at first but after my second one I blow through my order. I got the bowl with brown rice( delish) pinto and black beans (half and half) the shredded beef begins with a "b" (oh my gosh the flavor knocks my socks off) corn ( too good to be true) shredded cheese lettuce sour cream for me it gives me three meals. The flavor combo is better than any Spanish or Mexican restaurant I've been to. I always get the same things. The chips are very fresh and crisp. The drink selection was almost out which had never been before. This time I noticed them checking all the temperatures of the sides. The chicken looks good I've tasted it it's too spicy for me but my hubby loves. He also loves the grilled peppers and onions on his order with a side of guacamole. The pricing is very reasonable as opposed to most places that dinner for two is $30 this is $20 approx. The inside seating is primitive but cute not comfortable for me but that ok I get it to go. I've dined in which you could hold a conversation wasn't too noisy. It's fairly clean in the dining area though out the day yet people are sloppy and don't clean up after themselves like they were born in a barn( come on people don't be pigs when you dine out). So I don't expect the staff to slave over recleaning the dining area. It's fresh as a daisy at opening. The staff has always been cheerful accommodating efficient and I'm a stickler for clean food areas( if it's dirty in the prep area I won eat there) yet that has not been my experience and that makes me happy. All the side have always looked fresh. My mouth is watering to go back again. And unlike some places that 45 minutes after eating I have stomach upset I have not had a problem with any of the plates of food that I have had here. Keep up the great work. read more

This is a nice quick way to get a customizable lunch that is semi healthy and flavorful. I recommend ordering with the app. It's convenient and you can really customize. They even have menu items that are only available on the app such as the quesadilla meal, which I highly recommend. It's a very large quesadilla and you can order side salsas, sour cream and guacamole with it. I've created my own bowls such as 'low sodium' and have them named and saved in the app. They offer several health bowls depending on what fad diet you are on as well. Also, you often get free guacamole offers on the app. I was really in a rush today and quickly chose the 3 tacos (first time I've tried them) and picked ingredients within seconds on the app. I paid through app and my order said it would be ready in 6 minutes. I am a weekly customer at N. Main Chipotle. I went in tonight and ordered a couple entrees got 2 lg cups of queso . Get to the register and asked for 2 large bags of chips and I was told that they weren't able to sell me any chips, even though there was a tray full already bagged on the back counter. I was told those were only for online orders. I asked a second time to confirm what she said and she reconfirmed that those chips were only for the online orders. I had 2 orders already made with 2 bowls of queso and they chose to not sale chips so I chose not buy my orders and left. I'm guessing they prioritize their customers. It was so nasty in the food area, food particles spilled everywhere, most of the food pans were empty and the guacamole was brown and full like no one was having it! It looked so unappetizing! Stopped in to grab dinner to go last night, what a disaster. There were plenty of workers but they were all congregating near the register while a line formed. While I understand that English can be a second language to many it's very strange to have the employees continually speaking in Spanish and giggling while you're placing an order. They were out of metal lids for the burrito bowls and were using foil sheets. Which was fine, but the bowl should be completely covered before being put into the bag. Chipotle is a chain, so I'm not usually one for rating these kinds of places. I think if you're going to go, you know what to expect. This location in High Point is on par with what Chipotle should be. It's clean, efficient, and consistent. The staff isn't overly friendly, if at all, but they are helpful if needed. Post-Covid, you cannot sit down inside, and the store is only open for pick-up or to-go. I typically order online and pick it up by the register. The food is ready in 15 minutes or less and is always right. My go-to order is a burrito bowl or salad. I love the new option of cauliflower rice! It's a nice addition to the menu. I like their Sofritas as well, as it's a vegetarian option plant-based protein, but their Carne Asada is also delicious. No, I'm not a vegetarian, but I do enjoy eating that way when I have the option available. The prices are a little more than I'd like, but I spend it anyways. I never walk out of there spending under $12. Overall, I like Chipotle on occasion and will frequent this when I get that craving. read more

Being a huge fan for several years, this is the first time I did not enjoy what I ordered at this location. The rice seemed fresh out of the bag/box. It was 1/2 cooked. Location is in a small strip mall with a parking lot and located on the Main Street in High Point. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant about going to this location. It was a Friday evening at dinner time and it was busy. Training a new employee kind of slowed the line down, But I was patience because we all have to learn. Out of all the Chipotle locations I have been to, this location had the freshness steak and veggies cut precisely. The cheese needed to be refilled, and the attendant took the temperature of the cheese once removed from the refrigerator to be in compliance. I have never seen someone at a Chipotle do that procedure, it was appreciated. Guacamole and chips were fresh. They also have a fancy up to date credit card reader that I have not seen before. Overall the food was fresh, good quantity, and I enjoyed my visit. I would return to this location for service. read more

If you find yourself looking for a job for your teen, don't allow them to work for this place. AVOID IT. Save yourself the drama and the hassle of dealing with the managers that only care about the bottom like and not at all about your child , or their schooling or life outside work. Siang is the regional manager, apparently and he's blindly nice at first. He really comes off like he wants you to work there, and sets the tone for a happy, healthy environment for anyone to work in. He seems like he truly cares for his employees, and their well being and helping them succeed in life. ... and really it's all bullshit. He refuses to work with a given schedule, and repeatedly tries to force my teen to come in when they're in school and threatened to fire them because they couldn't get from school and to work, within ten minutes. He was given plenty of notice that my teen couldn't work til 5, and yet with his amazing management skills, he kept scheduling them at 4-4:30 and he held that over their head. So him flat out ignoring that they couldn't work til 5, and refusal to update the schedule to reflect that, cause him to threaten to fire them. Asking your employees to do something that is literally impossible, because I don't know, THEY ARE IN SCHOOL, and cannot be in two places at once nor can they just teleport anywhere at any time, is ridiculous and unfair. Oh, but he'll sympathize with you on a personal level, but this is a business. And as a business, you would assume you'd know when to schedule an employee and perhaps schedule them when they can actually work, and not when they're in school. It's hard to imagine how this man to be a regional manager when he pulls dingus things like this. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out, that instead of threatening a hard working teen who works at least five days a week and works hard, you could perhaps update the schedule as needed? You know, because this is a business and you'd think you want to keep the hard working employees. But, as he said, he can't pick and choose his own schedule, so I guess asking him to schedule you during a time when you're not in school is asking too much... but he surely can go ahead with his promise of finding someone else who can work their given schedule.. let's just hope He doesn't schedule them while they're in school, too.
