I am a former employee at this location and I never was as negligent as these new employees are. I asked for tacos and the kid put all my rice in the middle of one taco and then put a small amount in the other two. Then I had to wait for steak and it didn't even look fresh when I got it and he proceeded to put all the steak on two tacos and put one piece on the last one. One damn piece of steak. He didn't look at each taco as a separate thing he just treated it like they were all one and put everything in the middle. Not cool dude. And then I get home and open it up and half my ingredients are on the side of my taco instead of inside it??? Something needs to be changed. That boy had an attitude and acted like he didn't care about his job and I am highly annoyed at the fact that the quality and freshness of my food was way below average and should have been much better. read more

The service at this Chipotle is terrible. They are routinely out of key ingredients. To add insult to injury the staff is then rude and sarcastic. Hard to believe they can stay in business. Chipotle used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. read more

Definitely fresh and fast. You can see the chicken and steak being grilled in the back of the restaurant! Everything is very fresh and prepared to order. Their guacamole is pretty good too! Parking lot and restaurant get pretty crowded during lunch, but the place is always organized and the workers are friendly. read more

Watch for your orders, stay away! I am very disappointed because we wore coming with my family there for a long time. I have asked for steak burrito bowl and my son had regular burrito. We wore waiting for my bowl a while where my son's burrito was getting cold. Because your employee was rushing my burrito bowl was very small compared to the other people orders and I have ask employe to give me extra meat because there was like 5-6 small pieces of meat only. Employee answer-"That what we give" ??? People in line around me are smiling in response to his comment. I have ask for store manager and it just went worse. She was apologizing and stating that the employee should never reject me asking very nicely. She ask me to refill my bowl instead offering me free lunch maybe? I never ask for anything free but you might look into more detail training of your management and employees. Our family will not be back to this restaurant. We will chose PatBelly next door where people are very nice and thankful. read more

The service is usually quick. The ingredients usually taste fresh. Last visit the chicken was way over cooked.

I am a Chipotle fan but will not come back to this location. Although a slower time, 8:15 pm, and 3 people on the line with 1 at the grill, they were not getting the job done. There were stacks of pots, empty containers from the line, the garbage was overflowing and on the floor, counters dirty with spilled food, and the server was not even giving a full spoonful of anything. Plus, they were out of veggies and had a five minute wait. It's obvious that there is not an adult manager staying on top of things .I'll travel a little farther to ensure quality control. I visited this location on 5/12/2014 and made an order. My order was 3 vegetarian items. I have a few concerns and observations that might prevent me from ever coming back to a Chipotle. 1. When I requested white rice, there was not enough white rice in the container. The total amount of rice in there was enough for 1 burrito. The server decided to split that into three different burritos. I don't think I should have to explain to him why that is ridiculous and request more rice. That should be common sense to know that 1 scoop of rice, that isn't even a full scoop is not enough rice for 1 burrito. 2. After I requested for him to get the rice, an employee in the back came out to prepare more white rice. HE HAD NO GLOVES! That is just disgusting. His hands were all over the rice! GROSS!!! 3. I ordered vegetarian. I am not sure how people prefer their food, but I am strict about my vegetarian guidelines due to a religious purpose. After my bowls were prepared with the rice, beans and fajitas, he put my meal to be prepared by the next person with the rest of the ingredients. He then decided to take next customers. After he made their bowls with meat, he would grab the bowls and move them and then decided to move my bowl further down the line as well. During this process, his gloves kept touching the meat and my food. I DO NOT LIKE MEAT RESIDUE ON MY FOOD! Either the bowls need to be grabbed from the base or just don't touch them. I understand it's busy and gets hectic but if someone requests Veggie, employees should be considerate that there are religious reasons, personal choice or even allergies. It's annoying enough that they don't change their gloves for every customer to begin with. JUST STOP CONTAMINATING FOODS WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS. There are people out there with protein allergies, and employees choosing not to change their gloves, even the slightest contamination can cause someone's life. Please be considerate! A customer should not have to tell you how to prepare food. Prepare it the way you would want someone to prepare your meal as. If you had allergies I'm sure you would not want someone to have touched that food prior to you being there. Just change your gloves per customer and don't make multiple orders at the same time! Found droplets of BLOOD in our bag of chips!!!!!!! The GM told us it was "ink" - not sure how droplets of ink would get in a bag of chips - repeatedly and that it couldn't be blood because the person making them was wearing gloves (apparently if a knife punctures glove and skin, the magic of the Chipotle kitchen will contain the blood in the punctured glove). He then took only the chips and guac off the bill and continued to sell other bags of chips without even checking them (even after my husband let him know he should probably at least check other bags). read more

I wish i had read all the negative reviews about this particular chipotle before my daughter and her boyfriend ate there. On the last day of school they ate lunch there before we got on the road to drive to wis dells. Its about a 3 hr drive. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot the boyfriend was running out of the car to get to the bathroom asap. He was sick the rest of the night violently vomiting constanly. Later that evening my daughter got sick. She started vomiting and had diarrhea for days. So much for the first day of summer vacation!! They both ate the same thing at chipoltes, and they both got extremely ill afterwards. The next day the boyfriend was still vomiting but seemed to turn the corner later in the evening. My daughter was still extremely sick 3 days later. I took her to an urgent care center. The Dr said it was probably a food borne illness. They prescribed an anti-diarrhea medication. In 24 hrs she was much better and stopped the medication. Several hours later the diarrhea started again. The medication just masked the symptoms. I took her off the medication and put her on a bland diet until she was better. She suffered for 10 days before it worked its way out of her system. I contacted chipotle but they wouldnt take any responsibility. Doesnt surprise me. Chipotle has had many issues with food poisening and i truly believe this was another case. Be forewarned! Food poisening is a possibility at this particular chipotle!! If you get sick, have your Dr. test your stool sample. That's the only definitive proof! read more
