Wednesday night I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a couple sides and I found a huge piece of raw chicken in my quesadilla. Mind you I ordered this because I was sick and it hurt to stand so I couldn't even make my own food! All this did was make me more sick on top of it. This store used to be good, but lately it's not been great. I will personally try to avoid ordering online and getting food delivered from this particular location because they are usually late getting online orders out on time. I've had to wait 45 minutes to an hour past pickup time for my orders to be ready from the Manchester Chipotle. They are becoming just as bad and unreliable as the Framingham, MA Shopper's World Chipotle (go to the Natick Chipotle instead). As I know, some locations are better than others including the Bedford location, which I much prefer over this location now. If this store gets overwhelmed, either shut off their tablet for DoorDash orders and online orders and accept walk-in customers only or in reverse, allow online ordering only and no walk-in ordering. Also, the staff here does not like DoorDash drivers and gives them attitude. Also, orders have been stolen from DoorDash drivers before they arrive and they don't check phones to verify Confirm Pickup from DoorDash drivers. They really need to keep online orders behind the counter due to high food theft lately. They refuse to remake DoorDash orders and the store should be held accountable for letting food get stolen. The Papa John's down the street requires DoorDash drivers to hit Confirm Pickup in front of staff when receiving orders, which is a good policy to prevent theft. One time, my order was stolen from a Chipotle in Baldwin Park, CA, but at least the staff there remade my order as a regular Chipotle customer. read more

Chipotle is always a safe and good option so we decided to eat here after a busy day. No line when we got there so that was cool. Upon walking up to the counter the guy working the line just said "what can I get you?" Not even a hello or a smile, to be honest it felt like we were bothering him. He was not very pleasant. I always appreciate a good portion size but this guy went so overboard I honestly didn't think my burrito was going to stay wrapped with one tortilla. And those things are huge! He struggled to close it up and had to fidget with 2 pieces of foil to keep it from falling apart. There were also pieces of the tortilla that were still cold, no way he set it on the burner properly or long enough. We dined in (one of two parties there) and it wasn't hard to see why. All the tables were a mess and had traces of rice/food of all the people who ate there that day. The trash cans were completely full too. The soda fountain/utensil area was a mess also. I counted 6 workers. At one point 4 of them were just standing and talking to each other and only dispersed as more people walked in. Overall not a great experience at this location which is disappointing bc we love eating at chipotle. read more

I have never had any luck at this chipotle over the last 8 months. Recently, they messed up my takeout order, only to find out when I get home that they gave me the wrong meat, quite disappointing. I have been charged extra for having my sour cream on the side instead of on my meal because "that's how it is". Not to mention waiting 15 minutes beyond the said pick up time because my meal wasn't ready, not to mention that the line of people ordering in person moved so fast, when I ordered my meal 45 minutes prior. It's really disappointing that each time I come here something else happens. Usually I have no problems with ordering to go, but on my last trip, when I ordered two bowls (one for myself and one for my fiancé), for some reason the bowl for me had no cold toppings, only the hot side ones. The label on the bowl had the cold toppings on it so it wasn't an error on my end, I have no idea how they sealed my bowl up with only hot toppings in it meanwhile my fiancé got all of his toppings. I did not have the desire to go back to the store to correct this (if both bowls had been wrong, I would've). Portion size was great, no complaints there. Portion size can be inconsistent at this location, but this time, my fiancé's bowl was filled to the top. The smoked brisket is absolutely delicious and I will keep coming back for it, but I may think twice before ordering to go again. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to get a bowl and double wrapped burrito. We were the second customers coming through the door once they opened. The first customer's order was made with the care and grace you would expect from a crew member starting off their day shift. When it comes to my girlfriend's order I'm guessing he seen an imaginary line full off irritable customers because if his goal was to complete her bowl in record time then well done sir, punching the cover on definitely shaved off some time. With my burrito, a quarter of it was fully exposed with queso all around the foil and outside the burrito. I didn't want to believe this location was hit or miss but there is definitely a low customer satisfaction rating. Do better. read more

This happened on 10/19/24 I placed my order online at 3:45 to b ready at 4,l was on time because I was close to the location so I WAS at chipotle at 4 and I had this girl (blonde with long hair) that asked me for my name to pick up the order and I told her my name and she told me that I had to wait a few minutes which was fine idc the problem was that I was standing up waiting for my order looking at what she was preparing it was a bowl,and my order was a burrito but I didn't care either, so she made me wait for 20 minutes and she asked me again my name and my freaking order was in front of her all the time so I waisted almost 30 minutes just because. :) so disappointed tbh read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Nicole Jacobson "one of the managers" the least professional person I have ever dealt with. Beyond discussed by the way she treat customers. These people relay on the lack of chipotle being able to hire new employees and they feel that they can't get fired. If you are a manager you should have the skills to treat your customers with respect, I understand companies have rules and policies but the way they are enforced or they way to present them is importante. absolutely amazing staff particularly the blond girl with the eyebrow piercing and gorgeous eyes (I swear I'm not a creepy old man I am a teenage girl lmao) I asked for Barbacoa and there wasn't much left in the juice and even with the extreme busyness she was so sweet and said "if my girl wants barbacoa im gonna get her barbacoa!" literally the entirety of the staff there was fantastic and so efficient even with it being 9:00pm on a Tuesday. Decided to stop off for a steak burrito. Staff were friendly and made my burrito efficiently. Decided to eat-in and I wish I took it to go. The place is so filthy! I wish I had read some of the other reviewers notes, first. This has been mentioned over and over. Started eating my burrito and I was hard pressed to find any steak? For $10 you get so little you wouldn't even know it was a steak burrito. The veggies and salsas tasted fine, but i felt like I was eating rice and beans with salsa and sour cream. Ordered 2 burritos and a burrito bowl. The bowl had barely any meat in it-less than half a portion. It was hard to tell with the burritos since i wasn't eating those and one of them I paid for double chicken anyway. The pick up orders were also behind the counter which is probably due to the area, but the girl handing them out was pretty unpleasant. it would have been nice if there was a sign to ask instead of me just standing around waiting for my order to come out. When you grab your to go bag everyone looks inside and touches them, I watched from my car, and the manager likes to announce they are short staffed right when you open the door. Shame on me for going back outside as ordered by the manager and struggling to create an account online, finally placed my order only to receive it with missing items. As far as taste? They're good. But you need to order double meat to get a reasonable single portion of meat. They used the tongs and out half a scoop of barbacoa on my burrito and about a tbsp of black beans. I don't expect a pound of meat, but at more than $10 for a burrito, I expect a normal portion. read more

Worst service ever! Honestly not even worth 1 star. Ordered a burrito plus chips and queso. Order was delivered. Opened the chips and they are stale and rubbery, the queso was so salty that you can't even eat it. Had queso on my burrito which I wasn't able to eat either because of how salty the queso my meal. Today we visited Manchester and was super excited to try chipotle. They we're busy however we could notice the portion sizes of each order was getting smaller as the line went on, the first person in line would get a big portion and by the 5th person they got two scoops. My friend received barley a portion and finished her bowl in four bites because of how little it was filled. She is kind person and was afraid to cause a scene but was very affected by this. I went with 4 other people and it was crazy when we all compared are portions and they varried so drastically even though we all payed the same price. This was also even mistaken as shaming cause as we compared our portions we realized the smaller we were, the bigger the portion we were given. mistake or not chipotle needs to do better! read more
