This place is the worst, I'm a DoorDasher and if you accept the order from this place it takes an entire hour to get your food I don't understand how every day of the week they're 45 minutes to an hour behind delivery pick ups. They are in dire need of new management as they obviously cannot handle the pressure of the orders at night time. When I get an order on DoorDash I do not expect to have to wait 45 minutes upon arrival to the store that means that I have to wait 45 minutes and then drive to the customers location that is an hour of my time minimum for an 8 to 9 dollar order. Other chipotles in the area do not have this issue. It's very obvious they don't know what they are doing. read more

This location has some major issues. I can't eat it but my daughters love it so I bite the bullet for this place. 1.) Orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. 2.). Orders are NEVER ready on time!!...by a lot!!!! After at least five late orders, I decided to factor their lateness by arriving 45 minutes after it was due to be done. I arrived and it's not even started! Are you kidding me? Nice shoulder shrug when I had the audacity to ask if they had my order ready. 3.) The service is HIT or MISS. People who work there either have given up and just speak rudely, or they are super apologetic with humongous rolling shoulder shrugs. Nothing gets resolved....yikes. The bottom line is that you need to extend the times on the app to allow for your ridiculous volume and inability to keep up. Do you hear me? I am a business owner myself, and if I kept failing my customers with my promises, never making good, and continually wasted their time, I would not expect to be in business for much longer. That's all I got. Oh, and I will NOT be returning. There are plenty of struggling restaurants who strive to do things the right way. Wish I could leave zero stars because several times trying to order online in advance (20 plus minutes before arriving) we've waited up to 50 minutes since ordering and the food still wasn't ready. We decided to order at the regular line and they couldn't refund our money then gave us a number that didn't work to request a refund for the food we never received. I have had multiple issue with Chipotle over the last couple of years and I try to be understanding thus this is mr first post about the issues. On my most recent visit I had to wait over an hour past the time that my order was supposed to be ready and during that time I went to look at some of the orders that were coming out so I could gage roughly how mush longer the wait would be to let me kids know I felt as if I was being chastised because one of the team members asked my name and I told her I was just checking the times (she was super sweet) another team member yelled at me that they were all different times. I then continued to wait and when my order finally came up I was told they were out of chips and that I would have to go on the app for a refund. I then went to get my drinks only to discover they were out of the only drink I actually like there (and the only reason I order drinks). I then go home to eat my dinner and discover that there is no meat and no fajita veggies in my burrito bowl- this was the point at which I decided to contact Chipotle to make them aware of the issues and ask for a refund, so, I go on the app and use Pepper the virtual assistant only to discover that I can't report multiple issues easily, ok fine- I'll spell it all out in the comment section, I do this and check off that I want to be contacted then patient wait for contact. Several days go by and I don't hear from anyone so I try to call the store but go no answer so back to reach out again via Pepper and a few day later I am sent an email that essentially says "We're busy, have free chips and guacamole". I have 3 issues with this 1. I already paid for chips and quest that I didn't get so it's really free. 2. I don't eat guacamole and 3. It still doesn't address the bad service, unavailable drinks and lack of meat that I paid for. So, I reach out via Pepper AGAIN (because there is no number to call them) and tell them of my issue also stating I shouldn't have to beg to get what I paid for and it has now been a week with no response. If you go to Chipotle beware that you likely won't get what you pay for and will get no resolve when you reach out. read more

Did I get shortchanged? Seriously one of the worse chipotle I've been to. Ordered a burrito and it was half the size of what other chipotle gives. I normally can take my other half home to eat later. This is the worst Chipotle on earth! This is my last visit here because they are unable to fulfill your online order in a timely manner. Knowing this, on my last visit I gave them 50 minutes to get my online order together. It still wasn't ready when I arrived, so I hopped in line. The Chipolte's store on So.Willow St, Manchester NH just gave me the worst possible customer service ever. Our office ordered $60.00 in food, that's before tax, delivery charge, and tip. What we got for our money was each of our orders having missing items or wrong items. When we called the store to have the order fixed; we received the worst attitude. The service person who answered told us that is was just to bad that the orders were wrong. When we asked to speak to the manager, she backed the employee's attitude right up. If we wanted our missing item we had to drive over, and pick them up our selves. We explained that we paid for delivery. "Oh Well" not our problem. When I asked where their bar code was so I could order , a girl said ," we had it on the door, but someone ripped it off". I asked, " how do I order? You must go to online. After trying to go online for about 5 minutes, I gave up in frustration. I've never heard of a restaurant not being a bit more accommodating to customers. This is not the first time I've been unable to order from this location. The location is not easy to get to , which only complicates it further. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Ordered online through Doordash to pick up my food at the S. Willow St. Manchester N.H. Location, when I inquired about the status of the order I was told They didn't have an order under the name it was ordered under, and insisted that it had to be under a different name. I was also told that I was being rude to them...Because I had to raise my voice to be heard over the loud music playing in the place. The manager insisted I leave without my order...Then promptly walked away from me with out saying anything more, SO I asked her if she wanted common curtesy didn't she also have to give some. I Just wanted to get my order and leave; the manager, When I tried to bring it to her attention that I had been waiting for about half an hour, watching people who walked in off the street get their orders taken and processed and those people got to leave with their food. I was then told that I couldn't bother her workers they had more important things to do. Really!? More important than helping a customer find a missing order that wasn't for JUST one or two things. Oh go ahead guess when I will be RUSHING back to give this place my money again! Oh and try to get a refund...Good Luck with that ! So NOT EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Wish I had walked out the door. The place was dirty, food was everywhere...lots of the bins had little left in them. One of the employees grabbed the container of chicken which was three quarters full that I wanted and took it in back....he was slamming things around and not wearing gloves. They barely put any food in my burrito bowl. I had to wait for a side of chicken (because the employee left with the chicken). Employee finally comes back and is still slamming the containers around. Other employee then gives me a tiny plastic cup that is usually used for the tiny sides with my chicken in it. I have seen bad portions, but this is the worst chipotle for this. Witnessed at least two employees not wearing gloves working with food in back. The guy doing my bowl swept up some dirty mess with his gloved hands and then picked up my lettuce with the same hands. Where are the adults at this location? You should have at least one responsible adult supervising. read more

After driving there (not close) the storefront has a large sign saying "dine in open" so we walk in to see every table closed and we're told they only do online ordering. Get it together! read more

Wow - so here's how it goes down these days: They are doing online ordering only and that decision is "made on a day by day basis." In other words, good luck getting any information ahead of time. I drove out of my way to grab Chipotle and - even though there was one order waiting on the shelf and one employee literally messing around on his phone at the counter - they told me they couldn't serve me unless I went outside and placed an online order. No thanks - I'll just use my time instead to write this review and give others a heads up while on my way to get food elsewhere. I have worked here for over a year and I can promise that the food-handling aspect of Chipotle is wonderful compared to most restaurants, especially for a fast food chain. The food is entirely fresh and never frozen, the procedures that we follow are always met and ensure cleanliness of dishes and food, the management is entirely focused on customer service which the crew members are taught to provide, and the food itself is delicious, as well as largely portioned. I love the ingredients and am excited to try something new after every shift. I am so happy with my choice to work for this company. They know customers and food better than most restaurants in the area. It is worth the wait for it (or ordering online 15 minutes before). 10/10 read more

I tried to call and was on hold for like 10 minutes.. my queso had like the smallest scoop in the cup, my chips were smashed and almost empty... and my burrito bowl had maybe 4 pieces of steak in it. I will start this review by saying that I have been to many Chipotles, in different cities and in different states. I love Chipotle food and that is why I keep going there. Now.... to the reviewing on THIS location. Here are the reasons why they didn't get 5 star from me: 1. This location is smaller than your standard locations and seating space is very limited. 2. The portions served by this crew area significantly smaller/less than other locations. 3. The clientele here is constant and the servers have no time to be friendly and extra attentive (as is required by Chipotle standards). 3. The food was not consistent. My fiancé and I have enjoyed eating at Chipotle for years so when one opened up in Manchester, we were very excited! However upon our 1st visit to that location today, we were very disappointed. The workers gave us very small portions of everything (rice, onions/peppers, meat). When I asked for a little more, the girl rolled her eyes at me and gave me a small little scoop. We enjoyed Chipotle so much because of their generous portions, quality food, and great service. However at this location, we received none of that. I understand that this location just opened, however the service, portions and food were much worse than sub par. While eating the food we could taste the low quality difference (the rice wasn't cooked properly and the tortillas were cold)! This location is really putting a stain on the once great Chipotle name. In fact, my fiancé and I have decided not to eat at Chipotle for a good while (if ever) because we were so disappointed in the service and food. read more

We stopped at this Chipotle around 7pm for dinner. They did not have peppers and onions ready to serve, which I could let slide... but then we found out, they ran out of CHIPS! If you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal, Chipotle is perfect. I recently tried a chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious. They are very generous with the guacamole which I appreciate because I'm obsessed with guac. I've had their burritos a bunch of times and I love those too. I am a huge Chipotle fan. That being said, this isn't their best location. I have been here twice. First time was an off time, and you could tell that the food had been sitting around a long time, and portions were well below chipotle averages. Second time was during lunch and much better as far as portions and tasted okay, but still a little below average. I think the biggest difference I see is that at most locations, when they are busy, they have an army of ppl serving and an army of ppl cooking. Here, they seem to make everything ahead. Not sure if they just don't want to hire more ppl, or if store layout doesn't allow simultaneous prep and serving, but whatever it is, it definitely makes a difference. Also not a huge fan of only having communal tables. Should have just opened a little larger store. read more

I wish i had my phone like the woman in front me did cause she took a photo of it. So unacceptable and they didn't do anything. The employee even said "yea it's been OUT for a few days" UM OUT?! I ordered online for 8:15 pickup. I arrived and the doors were locked. The website says they close at 10pm. My online order was submitted at 8:03pm. I received confirmation of order processed at 8:18pm. Manager told us they ran out of food and would refund our order. Its disappointing that no one called to inform us before we left the house to pick up the food. Note, others called Chipotle but were told a different story. They were told Chipotle in Manchester now close at 8:00pm and not 10:00pm. I'm not sure why the time change is not clear on the website, and most importantly why the order went through if they were closed. read more

I love this place. So long as you don't go during the height of lunch hour, it's a fast place to go to get a quick and highly satisfying meal that won't empty your wallet. The staff is usually very efficient with assembling your order, and the ingredients always seem fresh. There's always a fresh batch of meat cooking on the grill behind them so if one goes empty, it won't stay so for long. The food isn't a culinary masterwork by any means, but it's pretty darn fantastic as fast food is concerned. The food is good enough that it hardly even feels like you're having "fast food"; plus it's way healthier than a burger joint alternative (I think). If it isn't entirely healthy, then it is at least significantly less UN-healthy. All in all, you get a good lunch or even dinner for less than $10 a person. My girlfriend and I go here regularly, and between the two of us, we score 2 burritos, a drink to share and a side of chips (VERY tasty) for $16-$18 ($2 upcharge for guacamole). It's fast, it's cheap and it's GOOD. I always leave here feeling highly satisfied. read more
