I had gotten a double meat bowl with guac and queso on the side, and this restaurant properly made the order exactly as specified. Overall I would say this is a adequate Chipotle. It's been a long time since I have had an average experience at this chain. Usually they exceed expectations. This one does not. After leaving a review after my last bad experience I was hoping for redemption by this amazing franchise. Unfortunately I was disappointed yet again. To wait in line for 20 minutes to be told they have none of the items that I want. I actually blame management. Everyone else is just doing as they're instructed. And the instructions from the evening manager I presume is to not care at all. Chipotle is my liiiife...not so much this location though. I was so excited when a chipotle opened up close to my apartment but was disappointed to find out I'll still be driving to my original locations because this location left much to be desired. The portions they serve are ridiculously small! I always get a chicken burrito with black beans and when the girl scooped the black beans I thought it was a joke because it was literally a tablespoon scoop at most and she didn't even let most of the juices out before plopping it onto my burrito (soggy burrito pictures attached) . Then she scooped out the smallest portion of chicken I've ever seen! I was about to just double the portion (to make it a regular one at any other location) but she pushed my burrito to the condiments portion before I could even say anything. I figured they would have to load up on condiments to make up for the lack of protein but those scoops were small as well. When the girl went to roll my burrito there was bean juice splashing everywhere and the girl was a little inexperienced and rolled it pretty weird. Luckily, I had a free chips and queso so I went ahead and ordered it before my reward expired. The queso, however, was not even hot! It was just lumpy and sad. Every time I order from here there's always an issue. I place online orders arrive at the scheduled time only to wait 20 to 30 minutes every single time. Placed an order last night. Upon arrival employee informed me that there was no steak no chips and no guacamole which is everything I had ordered online typically it shows if the item is not available on the app. I had to return home as I had already paid for this online to pick up my wallet and go to another restaurant. So I've been here about 3 times already since they've opened. One thing that bothers me a lot about this location so far is the way the serve. They are very stingy with how much they serve it seems. Not just protein, but everything. For my burrito bowl, the lady gave me one, small scoop of rice that took up not even half my bowl & and acted like it was okay. Pretty much every time they added a topping to my burrito bowl, I had to ask for extra of each topping. If I didn't, it would've been a pretty depressing bowl. I had stopped coming to this particular chipotle due to poor service and poor portion sizing along with cold food for quite some time. Decided to give it another chance since it's closer and more convenient but I won't make that decision again. A bowl with double protein should be pretty simple. Not for this girl, her bad attitude, and her shady hat. My mom went before me and asked for chicken and steak double meat and when I saw the last little scraps she got I thought "oh I'll get the fresh chicken behind her" I was wrong. I asked for the new guajillo steak and chicken, double meat. I received what I counted as five strips of steak, which were dryer than the Sahara desert, and the last little rice sized portions of chicken at the bottom. When I mentioned I had asked for double, she says "it's one scoop each" smiled and passed it down, the gentleman behind her was cutting fresh chicken and my bowl was still pushed aside instead. Very disappointed with the lack of service. I get it, things are hectic with this whole COVID-19 bs, but this is ridiculous! My wife calls to place an order, speaks to a rep because nor the app or automated service we couldn't order a cheese quesadilla for my son.
