If I could leave 0 stars I would I came in with three other people to enjoy a meal and overall the ambiance of the man helping us (with a mustache and a Pokémon tattooed on his arm)was not great but people have a bad day and it's understandable and it's forgivable unfortunately we sit down to eat and three out of the four plates are incredibly salty and we narrow it down to the corn salsa and the pico my burrito being the worst and absolutely un edible so we went up to ask if it could be remade and we did so in a very polite manner where this man proceeded to look at my friend and ask her "and what did you want me to do about that" and once we explained what we wanted he stared at my friend until she threw out the burrito making it seem like we were trying to get two for the price of one on top of that he was clearly mad while asking me what I wanted and slamming the spoon back into each tin as he served it to me and this is overall so absolutely frustrating considering me and my friends are severs and work in the same type of industry so we get it more than you would think which makes it that much more frustrating because as a server I would never. read more

This is by far THE worst chipotle I've ever had. They are constantly messing up your orders unless you go in and order with the employees inside the restaurant. Otherwise you will get an incorrect order. My boyfriend and I ordered a salad and a burrito bowl and one taco. All the orders were completely incorrect. The taco only had meat inside of it when it was suppose to have condiments. My salad had about 10 leaves of salad and a whole mess load of cheese. Only chicken when I got steak and chicken. Both my wife and ordered food from this location at 6pm on a Saturday night while the rest of the family had something else. By early Sunday she and I were both completely incapacitated, running high fevers with *violent* double blowouts. My wife even blacked out at one point in the evening. I don't make this accusation frivolously, but it's obviously more than logical to infer that the food was to blame. Seeing the copious poor reviews and complaints about freshness and cleanliness, it's likely a certainty. I've always loved Chipotle, but 100% won't be subjecting myself or my family to this nightmare again. Ownership and Management need to pay attention. I ordered two entrees and a bag of chips on the mobile app. One entree had double protein so it cost in excess of 20$ on its own. I pulled up to the drive through and some sad stoned dirty looking 20 something guy handed me my bag and we were on our way. Half way home I realized - no chips. The chipotle app only has an AI customer service assistant who kept disconnecting after telling me to "see an associate to obtain your missing item". Ok fine - no chips. I get home excited and hungry and I go to eat my entree and it's completely wrong. The protein is wrong. It's DEFINITELY not a double portion, and the whole burrito is rice (which wasn't ordered at all). Now I'm pissed off but I'm finally able to get through to chipotle and receive a free entree and chip coupon code. Amazing! I think I'll order a new entree and just wait for it to arrive? I've come here plenty of times and after today, I will not visit this location. When you tell food service workers at other chipotles and any other food establishment that you have an allergy, they at least will change their gloves. Not here. They will touch other food items that you just told them you're allergic too and the employees here either literally don't care if you have an allergy or don't know the protocol at all. Usually at other locations, I can ask for the condiments in the back and gloves change and one employee will take care of my food so it isn't handled by multiple people. Went to this brand new location only to be left disappointed. My wife ordered a burrito for herself and a quesadilla for me, only to be told upon reaching the register that we could not have the quesadilla after it was already made. The cashier informed us there was no option to ring up/charge for a quesadilla and that we would have to download the chipotle app and order it through the app. We wanted a quick in and out experience, and refused to download the app and the employee promptly threw a perfectly good quesadilla in the garbage. Not only is this a waste of food, it was highly unprofessional customer service. The cashier after throwing out the quesadilla proceeded to tell my wife you can order a kids quesadilla (just tortilla and cheese). I can't order a quesadilla but can order tacos or a kids meal? The patron directly behind my wife ran into the same exact situation ordering a quesadilla, having it made and then only to be told she couldn't have it and having it tossed out. For a brand new state of the art chipotle, this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I consider this my final straw with chipotle. This is easily the worst Chipotle I have been too. Im from CT and this is doesnt even look like a Chipotle. Came in at 8PM and they have absolutely no chairs for people to sit besides the stools that are planted in the cement. They then have a boombox blasting terrible music of jm guessing the grill cooks. By the way the whole kitchen is filthy. Theres a puddle under the fridge and food all over the floor. There was a thrown lettuce container as well on the floor. I mean this is just disgusting.
