I have been to this location several times. After the first one, I said I wouldn't come back, but it's been because of convenience that I keep eating at this horribly managed place. Every time I come here they're out of several things. Not just "oh, we ran out of guacamole..." but they're out of 4 fountain drinks, guacamole and vinaigrette. Today was actually good. They were still out of plenty of things and the vinaigrette was stocked but not emulsified like it's supposed to be. Yet they tell me, when they actually have it, that's the way it's supposed to be. Today, Dylan was working there. First time I've seen him. Boy was he a breathe of fresh air. Friendly and actually working. Ten people in the back and only one cleaning tables. Food is usually pretty fresh....and most times staff is friendly, but some of the others can drop the attitude...they really need to work on keeping their eating area clean. Every time we eat there the trash cans are always full...if not overflowing ...floors always dirty...food droppings and napkins... and the tables always dirty...This is really an easy fix if the manager would properly manage the store and his staff....this establishment could be so much nicer to dine in at.... read more

We went to this establishment outside of the mall Thursday evening. The dining area was filthy. not a single table was clean. There was nobody in the dining area, except my party of 2. I would expect all the Chipotle restaurants to be the same, but this one was off. I did a mobile order online and decided to pick it up. As I was waiting I see a lot of the employees just standing around and goofing off, while maybe one just did all the orders and one do the packaging. As I finally got my food picked up, I took the food back to the hotel I was staying at across the area. When I got a chance to open the bag up, there was no fork provided. How am I supposed to eat my food? With my hands? The rice seemed old and was not even hot. Less than lukewarm maybe. I had to microwave it because it was just that bad. I asked for light beans, and seem to have gotten a lot of the bean juice all over the rice to the point where it's just saturated bean-rice, not cilantro-lime rice. Gross. At least the guac was okay. One of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I have the food delivered through door dash and when it arrived it was incorrect and another item tasted horrible which I've had it in the past. Oh I ended up driving back to chipotle to have it corrected and refunded for the inconvenience. I was told they cannot refund and the manager on duty was very inexperienced and rude. I had an employee even get in my face telling me he was not going to remake it and asked me to leave. I had raise my voice due to the frustration but I did not say anything nasty or was I yelling. After standing there for 10 minutes, finally the manager on duty called the store manager and I had my money refunded. I will never return to chipotle. read more

Stopped in with my mom considering the weather was bad and we needed a bite to eat since the power was out with the storm. Placing our order was a nightmare. The guy helping us mumbled the entire time when taking our order. I had to ask him in place of my mom to get him to raise his voice a bit more than a whisper. When i went to order, i asked for veggies and was told itll be 15 mins. Now mind you, as i stood in line for my turn to come in noticed they were already empty. Any other chipotle ive been to has had back ups on stand by, and not to mention, they had 7 people working with a line of maybe 4 and 2 sit in diners. While checking out, i waited for the receipt from the cashier... staring at eachother... No receipt did i get. Cant tell you why, just didnt get one. Beyond that, they must have left all the doors and windows open during the storm because it was like walking on to a pool deck throughout the entire place. Whitney was very unprofessional and just down right nasty. The portion size was extremely small and when I asked if I could have more the girl making my food gladly did so. Whitney whispered in her ear to charge me double. I told her she could throw that one away and start again because I did not feel it was right to be charged double the price. Seriously. $58 for two steak burritos with cheese, and chips with salsa. The only reason we gave it a shot is because I once worked with the original Chipotle in California in the 90s when their giant burritos crammed with meat were $5, and my wife hadn't tried it yet. What a rip. the burritos were much smaller since I remember, 80% rice with a few beans,.. very minimal beef... and far too dry. WAY overpriced! the salsa you get is maybe enough for 1/10th of the bag of chips. if you are in the area, try El Patio - you can get their everything special for $13 and soooooooo much more food and tasty.
