Ordered from their mobile website for a pick up. I ordered the pollo asado bowl with extra protein and when I got home- I received a small portion of steak. I tried contacting them and their customer support is horrible. No one wants to get back to me. They seem to always "run out" of the pollo asado and think they can replace it with another item. The Incompetence at this location is staggering. They almost never have peppers and onions, or other major ingredients, yet there is a super market across the street. The managers of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I made excuses for them in the 1st year (pandemic, supply shortage, hiring issues, etc ), but the same issues have persisted for far too long. I'm a Chipotle addict, and this is the closest location for my family, but we have given up, and now travel to the next closest Chipotle in West Nyack which is much less convenient, but it has all of the ingredients and is managed very well. Definitely terrible experience. They recently opened it but it was my first time there. A third of the items that yours into a standard burrito was gone. No beans, no peppers and onions, no brisket. Only little rice left. Staff is running around but seems like management is inexperienced and does not know how to plan for having ingredients ready. I placed an order on the website and got email saying it would be ready for pickup at 7:10 PM. I got there and was told by the manager that it would be a few more minutes. I waited 13 more minutes and my food was still not ready! When I inquired about it; the manager RUDELY told me that he had already said it would be another 20 minutes!! Had to ask for a fresh pan of chicken ( it was scraps at the bottom), pepper/onions bottom of tin. Got home to eat in couple minutes, food was ice cold. Husband found a hair in burrito. This chipotle is great. The tall guy with the beard (I didn't catch his name) did not skip with the ingredients in the burritos. He even went and got a whole new guacamole when my mom spotted some cheese in the one that was out (she's lactose intolerant). Today June 30 I was really disappointed by the staff of the CHIPOTLE restaurant at the Rockland Plaza in Nanuet NY. They didn't have change when I paid in cash to give me back. They said to look a their little sign hidden on the far end of their counter saying they must have exact change because of a national coin shortage. So after waiting on line for almost 15 minutes to place my order they gave me hard time when I went to pay in cash. So I said just keep the .50 change. Their guy forget to give me a soda which I ordered so I had to pay for that. So I said it's now an even swap since I didn't have exact change again. I won't ever come here again. After visiting this chipotle multiple times I am disappointed. On numerous occasions the rice for my meal has been undercooked and it completely ruins the meal. The biggest problem in this is that I am home by the time that I realize this, but have been compelled to go back to the restaurant since this is not the first time this has happened. Instead of calling me, they waited until I got there to pickup my food to let me know that I was not receiving everything that I had paid for. They told me that they could not provide a refund in store, so I had to email customer service. I reached out to customer service twice and I have heard nothing back. Okay I understand this location is new but it's burritos and tacos. The food is already pre made. But somehow I waited for 30 minutes for two delivery orders until I left bc it wasn't even worth it anymore!!!! About 10-15 other drivers were standing around, plenty of them left, terrible for business. Uber should drop this location unless they want bad reviews. It was 9:40 and it seemed as if they just weren't doing the to go orders because they didn't want to get stuck there late. In all the time I spent there and all the drivers that stood around they got 2 orders out. And considering drivers left, and they were closing in a bit, I can guarantee there are plenty of Uber customers who couldn't get their food. GOOD JOB GUYS! You literally suck. Someone from palisades chipotle needs to come and run this place! Never have issues there.
