I love Chipotle. I hate this location. Unfortunately for me I live and work by this one. They do not have proper management and are always rude to customers. I used to come here 3-4 times a week I'm down to once every other week. I deserve to be treated better during my 25 minute lunch break when I spend $18 for two. I haven't seen this restaurant clean in years. It's disgusting to have to wipe down my own table with a dry paper napkin.... We all know that does nothing. I only give this 3 stars because of the staff here. The food is great, and the restaurant is generally very clean and tidy. I come here once a week or once every other week. But I always prepare myself before going in know that I'm going to deal with the extremely rude staff they have working here. They are either socializing and then seem to be angry with you for being the next in line ready to place your order...or they are rushing you through the line...or when you ask them "how are you today" they just totally blow you off and ask you "what do you want" even if there's nobody behind you in line. Chipotle--I don't know what you do to make your employees so pissed off but they all have a chip on their shoulder about something! This location is absolutely amazing. They are always on top of cleaning their lobby and providing the best customer service. Most times when I'm there it's later at night and it's usually the same manager super tall with a beard, if ever there seems to be a problem he is always on top of it right away and super kind! Food wasn't bad..the experience I had was. Please get more than two high chairs that would be great!. Trying to hold a toddler while eating a messy ass burrito sucks. Also to the "people" that claim their table and highchair before ordering and screwing the people who are ahead of you ...are rude and selfish. I haven't been to this location so I didn't know that's how you do things..one person orders/gets in line, while the other gets a table and a highchair right away. Lesson learned I guess. The dining room is too small. It was dirty.. We made a huge mess(thanks to not having a high chair..you're welcome) And no one cleaned up for the next people waiting to eat their food. There was a huge line and it was stressful to find a place to sit. Maybe buy a larger location..then spend a few hundred bucks for some high chairs. I love chipotle, and this used to be the GO TO chipotle location. but in recent years, they have seemed to restaff, and the new staff sucks fuckin DICK. they seemingly always have a long line at this location, are always slow. they are constantly out of ingredients. you want some fresh guacamole? well either eat here before 7 pm or go fuck yourself because they're going to run out. worst chipotle in the area. i would suggest the rochestor road location. its about 15 minutes away and worth the drive. the only saving grace of this chipotle is the staff member JOE, he always hooks it up. read more

Good fresh fast clean and that's just the beginning. A simple menu but yet a good variety of what you can get to eat.. I like that they use farm raised free roaming pork and chicken and are heading toward the same with there beef as well. If you're hungry this'll hit the spot for sure. My husband and I have always loved this place. Fresh salsa, meat well cooked- great options. They don't have queso and you pay extra for guacamole but those are not true issues. One thing I have to give bonus points too is there kids meals. They range from $3.50-4.95, include chips and a drink in which you can choose from organic juice or organic milk. Good location for business. Seems to be one of the busiest in the area. It was super busy when I came in, atmosphere was fine , the flo on the line was moving. Until one of the burrito rollers aggressively said to my boyfriend, "sir please refrain from putting your hands over the glass. I understand how that's protocol and cause bacteria build up, but the approach was unacceptable. When we got towards the end of the line to pay the ladies at the end had an attitude issue and were extremely non customer oriented. I go to this place quite often because it's cheap and quick, but when I go I always get aggravated in some way. There is always some problem getting guacamole, they charge 1.75 for this tiny lump of guac, and when you complain all they can do is give you a blank look and repeat 1.75...1.75....1.75. My wife always get's into arguments with these folks over the guacamole, i'm not sure why, it always tasteless and it's always 1.75 extra. I used to swear by Chipotle but now it just seems like the quality of the food and the folks working there has really gone in the crapper. At first bite i was instantly infatuated with this place. Their salads and burrito bowls are delicious and to die for. That is until I saw their nutrition guide. It is quite a challenge to order anything here that is within any kind of decent calorie range. I used to love coming here. I was down-right addicted earlier this year. Then I fell out of love with Chipotle and here we are. I probably would have given this location and restaurant a five back then. Now I give it a three. Here's why. Much to it's own dismay, this location of Chipotle is known for being hella busy all day. I have come here and stood at the very back of the restaurant in line, and even then it was curved a bit into the seating area. On the plus side, I've met some nice people and had some nice conversations doing this. They get through the line decently quick I suppose but the problem with that (and most Chipotles) is that I feel like I am being rushed all the time. It's not that I'm some indecisive eater or generally slow, but sometimes the employees wont even let you finish describing what you want if you decide anything different than utters your mouth. I often would order Chips and Salsa with my burrito bowl and when trying to ask for a side of salsa for my chips I was about to grab, the employee would be at the next person already. This has caused for some confusing and hectic moments that really don't need to be. Tonight when I went inside for dinner I really would have appreciated if the person making my food had simply paused to ask "Anything else?" instead of just moving on and forgetting I existed. It wasn't even that busy for once. The food is usually pretty good. The problem with a busy location is that the chicken or rice can run dry and you may have to wait. This is a rare occurrence but it's a bummer when you've waited in line 10-15 minutes only to have to wait longer. One of my favorite foods is the Quesadilla but I always feel awkward asking for it because it's not on the menu (the adult menu anyway) and while maybe it's a hassle, I like to ask for the fresh jalapenos they stock because those perfect the quesadilla. Tonight's burrito bowl was honestly kinda weird. I remembered why I don't come here too much anymore. I think it's the rice but it just tastes and feels... kind of... slimy? I guess that's the word. Greasy maybe. It's probably some 'health grease' they use considering how health-conscious they are, but still it's a bummer. It's been a long time since I've eaten here so I thought maybe my love would continue. Next time I'll get the quesadilla. The seating is modest but not over abundant and I've seen some mothers bringing in horribly obnoxious children who both scream, sing, and literally run everywhere (including people's tables) while nobody here did anything to even nicely ask them to be more polite. I get that's gotta be an awkward position for the restaurant and in some cases I'm sure the parents are feeling awkward too. Still, these parents did nothing to prevent their children from acting like that and Chipotle didn't either. Still, the food's decent. Salsa's pretty damn good. Good seating if you're not here during peak hours (which are longer than normal restaurants). Three stars. It's an all-right joint. It's just not always worth braving Hall Rd/Lakeside Mall traffic to get it. read more

They raised their prices... Again. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with that but it seems that they always have a sign posted saying that they are using conventionally raised steak. I don't feel like paying more money for shitty meat. Also, I've been eating at this location since it opened in 2007. Up until last year I was always in and out within 5 minutes or less. Now every time I go there the line is literally out the door. Perhaps they could schedule more employees as it seems they are rather understaffed. I could always use the chipotle app to minimize wait time, but with the hike in prices I doubt I'll be eating there as often as I used to. read more

A side note complaint on all locations is the flat pricing, i pay for a chicken bowl with double chicken ,get considerably less chicken than the lady behind me who is not being charged for double chicken and yet i receive no deduction for not getting beans,cheese,veggies sauces or having any kind of pita. Excellent food quality and taste. So fresh and delicious. As for the portion size and quality, I would say Chipotle is priced quite fair. Everything goes downhill from there though at this location. The line is usually a half hour. If you are dining in you can forget about finding a seat. Don't think if you order ahead on the app you won't wait. You can be sure that no matter what time you arrive (early, on time, or late) you will still wait 15 minutes for your order. I have also experienced them running out of items such as lettuce and guac. Somehow it still tastes delicious even when missing something. If the food wasn't so good I would stop going. This has become one of our staple restaurants for our work lunches. The food here is always fresh and they are willing to make fresh items to meet my co-workers gluten free and citrus free restrictions! We love that we can fax our order in to them and they have it ready for us when we need it. I think we have ordered here for lunch at least a half a dozen times over the last year. This Chipotle is hit or miss for me sometimes but thankfully, it's more of a hit than it is a miss. It's usually packed in here during the lunch rush but the employees work fast. Ordered on the app and all three of our orders were incorrect (multiple wrong ingredients). My burrito bowl was about half the normal size and much smaller than the other one in the order. Since this was a take out order I didn't notice the issue until I got home. I usually love chipotle and have never had a bad experience until now.
