This Chipotle is much cleaner and more organized than the other locations. We came here for lunch with a large group of people and they were accommodating and efficient. The line went out the door, but it moved quite fast. Prices are quite cheap here, with entrees costing $7-$8. The food quality is quite high here, even though I am not a fan of Chipotle. Their chicken burritos are great, the chicken has tremendous spice and the lime rice is quite good. Their burrito bowls are large and extremely filling. There are two floors, so it doesn't get too cramped. Although parking may be a slight issue and it isn't extremely accessible by walking from nearby locations, this Chipotle does seem better than others. read more

Not the best chipotles but not the worst. Of course they all have huge lines but it all depends on the workers behind the counter. The food was okay just so happen lines was terrible when I came in and guacamole looked a little brown so I didn't even bothered I do like the chips so I decided to get them and it was just plain salty. The employees was working hard made it to the counter within 7-8 minutes and most if not all was smiling which is surprising in a fast food restaurant. Stopped at this chipotle on my lunch break today. The line was out the door but judging by how many employees they had I figured it would move quickly. Unfortunately it took 25 minutes for them to move through the line. Once I finally got to the counter I was greeted by unfriendly faces and rude employees. My quesadilla was barely cooked and not cut when I finally received my food. I won't come here again and I don't recommend it for anyone on their lunch break. read more

I love this place, if you go at certain times around lunch time there will definitely be a wait. Staff is always friendly but sometimes seem bothered when you ask for more items such as corn or sour cream . I dont get it, is it coming out of their paycheck? Nonetheless i will continue to go. My favorite Chipotle! Always has friendly and efficient service. The food quality is excellent. It is very convenient as it is right off of Hempstead and next to Hofstra University. Fun fact- there is actually a second level which gives you a view of the ground floor and a more private seating arrangement! Another typical -- delicious chipotle location. Parking is TINY, and very cramped. Better to park on a residential street otherwise someone is going to almost inevitably slam their car door into your car. Also -- the lines are almost always very long. I'm talking a good 20 people long. I think the next closest location about 2 miles away on Old Country Road is better (in terms of parking and average wait time). read more

Everyone knows the amazingness that is chipotle but this place takes it to the maxx. Often frequented by locals and university students there is a line out the door around dinner time so get there early or even order ahead! I'm always a corn fan but make sure to get some crunchy, savory and spicy to make it a really chipotle experience perfect. read more

I would have given 0 stars if yelp allowed it. I love Chipotle but this particular location is the worst!! They consistently get orders wrong and are infamous for leaving things out especially on online and fax orders. I purchased a salad today, in-store to ensure it was made correctly. I get home and lo and behold there's no dressing in the bag. Great! I decide to look up a copycat recipe online for their dressing and found one with ease thankfully. I made the dressing, dressed my salad began eating it and WTF????.... There's PLASTIC in my food!!! I'm literally chewing on and pulling plastic out of my mouth. I called the manager and he says he can't refund and replace my food!!! I'm literally fuming and I'm disgusted by that restaurant and at the way the manager mishandled the situation. First off they tried to offer me burnt vegetables and push me down the line, I refused. So I waited for a fresh batch, which took a little too long. After having a seat to enjoy my meal, I discover my chips were stale. I brought it to their attention and I was told "we just made those". To say that I am a massive Chipotle fan would be an understatement. It is unfortunate that this specific Chipotle, which happens to be closest to me, is by far the worst. The only plus to this establishment is the ample seating. They are extremely slow complete with a parking lot that could be anyone's personal hell. By far the worst chipotle I've been to. The rice is hard, and the chips taste stale. Maybe I came at the wrong time but rice shouldn't feel like it was never cooked. And it was not even like I came to the chipolte when it was empty, I waited on a line about 10 minutes before I finally made my order so I am sure that the food was not just sitting there. read more

It's a decent bite to eat. I'm a student from Hofstra University so i try and watch how I spend. For the price you get a pretty good portion size, however the food isn't particularly flavorful.
