It takes an exceptionally bad experience for me to write a review. This is my third review ever in life. Hopefully I can save someone the trouble. This is a truly terrible location. The bag of chips was hardly even 1/8 full. It was so empty that I'm surprised they even charged me for it. They don't give you your money's worth in any aspect. I asked for two scoops of chicken in my bowl, and the guy gave me 2 half scoops. I politely explained two scoops means two full scoops, because that's what I'm being charged for. I remember going there one other time before and being amazed at how stingy they were, but I figured I caught them on a bad day. The second and final trip there was worse than the first one. You really have to fight to get what you're paying for. The food also didn't taste remotely as good to other Chipotle's in the area. Don't waste your time on this one, folks. The staff is very gracious and polite. I appreciate their chemistry with one another, as they all seem to work well together. I work nearby and I regularly visit the location, sometimes 3 times a week. Portions are always right on and I never feel skimped on meat. Ingredients are always fresh. I'm greeted with smiling faces. Sometimes I order through the app and I have never gotten a wrong order or had any issues with pick up times. Gluten free- yes Casein Free- yes Holly hell can this place get packed during lunch and dinner. Thankfully the line moves quickly. There is a large dinning area mixed with high top seating and low top seating. On nicer days, there is a nice outside patio. The food and quality is consistent in what you would expect from a Chipotle. They did a good job each visit in handling a gluten allergy request. Hands were washed and gloves where changed. (Some Chipotles will change out spoons, though they didn't). All and all a standard safe quick cheap GF meal. read more

They also have patio seating, which would be good on a sunny day. Got the Barbacoa burrito and kids quesadilla meal. Pricepoint is about the same at less than $10 per person for a filling meal. It has black beans, sauteed red onions and green peppers, choice of salsa(s), sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and romaine lettuce. My favorite salsas are the corn (medium), pico de gallo (mild), and the medium regular salsa. The guacamole should be award-winning, as it is better than 95% of full-service Mexican restaurant guac at a fraction of the price. My only grips? I want dessert! Hadn't been to Chipotle for years and stopped by recently for some tacos and a BA Burrito. We are a house divided, I like crispy corn shells for my tacos and hubby likes the soft flour tacos. I ordered the crispy corn shelled tacos with carnitas, fresh salsa, lettuce, guacamole and a little sour cream. Good seasoning on the meat and the guacamole is pretty tasty. Very filling. The burrito was loaded with carnitas, lime, cilantro rice, black beans, roasted corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. Holy guacamole I'm sure this burrito was well over two pounds. I don't know how he consumed the entire burrito but he did. A word of caution, don't look at the nutrition chart. It will ruin your day. I love this Chipotle! Almost every week my family and I get takeout from here and we almost never have any problems. One time, we placed an online order for pickup and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they said that none of the take-out orders were showing up on there end, so I had to show them my recipe and they made it right there very quickly. We've officially decided not to return here. It is SO obvious they have started putting less and less meat in their bowls/burritos - my husband and even asked and an employee told him that they had been told to give less meat than they once did. Our last visit, they gave him barely any meat (less than half a scoop) so he asked for a little bit more and the guy literally picked up 2 small pieces of meat and threw it in and rudely told my husband they don't give more meat ( my husband was super polite when he addressed the little meat he originally gave him). Since I work in close proximity and often order during the peak lunch hour, the fact that Chipotle offers online ordering is amazing. This location in particular has their online ordering system perfected, and never once have I had an issue picking up my food. People complain about the long lines, but I'd recommend using the Chipotle app. They do not mess around. Staff is friendly too. read more
