My sandwich was in my hands before I even got the order out of my mouth, too. Fast, friendly, and cheap? The food must be terrible, then. Nope! Finely chopped beef, soft French bread, it can't get much better. I got the hot giardiniera, which was just right. I saved half of the sandwich for my better half to share in my joy when I got home. She took a bite, rolled her eyes in delight, and said "YUM!" After a few seconds, she was running around the house screaming that her mouth was on fire and calling me names. Apparently the hot giardiniera was a bit too much for her midwestern taste buds. Sorry. Anyway, I can't wait to get back and try some more of their menu. Thumbs up.

Forget the food (even though it's yummy) but the staff is my favorite part about this place. I walk in there and no matter who is working I'm either greeted with a smile and warm welcoming or by name! I work right across the street and they have become quite familiar with my company and offer us employee appreciation days where we can buy one entree and get the next free. I walked in there today and three new people were helping me, they may have been knew but still knew what they were doing. The girl with awesome orange hair (didn't catch her name) even gave me an awesome compliment. Some of the prior comments are a little uncalled for. Chipotle cannot control how small their dining area is but they make up for it with a good size outdoor dining area and several seating options. They also cannot tell their customers children how to act when in store or they could face serious reprimand. If you're going into a family friendly business please expect there to be families trying to enjoy themselves as well and if you have a problem with the way the members of said family are acting then please don't blame the employees for not saying anything, blame yourself. If any person is destructive to the restaurant or another guests' experience then the employee can get involved. Kids will be kids, you won't know unless you have them, and it's not the employees fault for the parental mistakes. read more

I'm a large burrito kind of guy and Chipotle has never let me down. My usual: a steak burrito no lettuce with extra cheese instead. For the first time at a Chipotle store I was charged almost a dollar for the extra cheese, even though it is not listed on the board as an up charge. When I asked about this, they said the charge was instituted a couple of months ago. I have been to other Chipotle stores in the western suburbs within the past couple of months and never been charged this additional fee, so I was a little upset by this. As a resident of Warrenville, I would prefer to spend my hard earned dollars in local businesses, but with enough other Chipotle stores in the area, I don't think I will be going back to this pricey cheese Chipotle again. read more

Went there with a friend the first time about a year ago. We both ordered a steak burrito. She likes everything on hers but I am a picky eater so I only get lettuce and cheese on mine. Hers was a good size because of all the toppings, but mine was the size of a small taco. I have been to two other locations and they all make them the same way. I would have to order 3 burritos the way I like them to equal one regular size one because I don't like all the toppings. I go to El Burrito Mexicano in Lisle and I get a full size burrito. Since I only like cheese and lettuce, they add more meat and cheese. I will never go to a chipotle again. If you are a picky eater like me, go to El Burrito Mexicano in Lisle, you get more for your money every time !!!!! read more

This chipotle is super fast and friendly, the employees are always glad to help and always have a smile on their faces. We have come here as a company for over 7 years, and we refuse to go to any other chipotle. If there ever is an issue, its corrected without incident. Go to this location anytime between 11-1 and you will be hard pressed to find a close parking spot, because everyone who is anyone eats at this chipotle, and for good reason. I dont normally post reviews, but it seems there is some sort of smear campaign going on because I have personally eaten at this chipotle over 100 times and Ive NEVER EVER had a bad experience. read more
