Came for the Fall pop up, after seeing an ad on social media. I wasn't sure what I'd be walking into, but I'm sure glad I checked it out! We rolled up to The Hood and went through the doors. Thankfully, someone told us where to go. (Go down the hall on your left to you see the shop signs on your right.) The 'shop' is tiny, but as I walked up, the other customer was leaving, so it didn't feel cramped or anything. Amy was there to welcome us with samples and described all the items to us. She is as sweet as they come, and told us all about her background, and answered all our questions about the chocolate. The chocolate looks more like art than candy! The pictures really don't do it justice. I went home with a hazelnut bar, pb & c (peanut butter and chocolate) bar, and salted chocolate caramels. All three were great, and probably the smoothest chocolate I've ever had. Pricey yes, but a great indulgence to try at least once! Makes a great gift. I stopped by at the pop-up shop and met the owner lady. She was super friendly and chipper. I got to sample some of her offerings and picked up boxes of Mothers Day bonbons (caramel and strawberry Belini). The caramel was chewy without being too hard. It dissolved as it contacted the tongue. The strawberry one had a great strawberry flavor as well as Prosecco taste. I hear this place offers some workshops etc. I'd like to try more flavors! read more

The Sesamo Bar and Fennel Bon Bon are both fragrant and warm and such fine quality chocolate. A perfect dessert. The Espresso Bon Bon totally hits the spot - high end chocolate and espresso combined in a sublime way. Can't be beat.
