Service was fast. Cute simple chocolate store. Ordered: Legendary Chocolate Milkshake: 70% dark chocolate. It's good! Nothing to write home about. Had little chunks of chocolate throughout which I really liked. But otherwise just a chocolate milkshake Spoon chocolate: also 70% dark chocolate. It's nice and thick (definitely more watery than pudding), but is super strong. If you love dark chocolate, it's great! Tip: if you get both, get a little spoon chocolate and milkshake on your spoon at the same time. I feel like combined they had the right amount of chocolate flavor

Just visiting Arch Cape and stopped in Cannon Beach for some hot chocolate and Vegan Truffles. I love that they have vegan milk for the hot chocolate and a few vegan options for truffles. The truffle was one of the best i've had. I will def come back here and take Hubby with me since we both LOVE chocolates!

came around Christmas time, cute lil coffee shop w/ nice decor. gives cabin vibes. nicely decorated truffles, which are a bit more on the pricier side but for good reason because how good and premium they felt. hot chocolate never tasted better with cold weather. one of the employees was nice and gave us plenty of recommendations. one of the other employees was busy and kind of brushed us off. recommend this place as it is open later than other local coffee shops.

AMAZING CHOCOLATE. One of my favorite little shops. We stop in every time we are in town. I always get either a milkshake or a hot chocolate. Their chocolates are also amazing. I've gotten a 72% Colombia to take home that was so good. The service is great. Amazing staff and options. Super decadent rich chocolate. Don't miss this spot.

Cute little cafe. Nicer servers. My husband loved his labor butter chocolate shake - rich and creamy. I had the vanilla but did not quite do it for me, creamy basic vanilla. Love the texture though and cute presentation. Should've tried the chocolate- I would go back.

Yay! Afternoon coffee. And chocolate to boot!!! Easy peasy. Most places close at 4, not these folks.

Wow. I'm in love with this place. Who would have thought that there would be such a great chocolate shop at the beach!? They offer milkshakes, coffee, and, of course, many thing chocolate. We went with the Raspberry Chocolate Mocha Milkshake which was their milkshake of the month and an order of the Spoon Chocolate. The Milkshake was so tasty! It's definitely more of a sundae/blizzard because of how thick it is but flavors were great and not too sweet at all. The Spoon Chocolate was also very unique. It's a 4oz cup of thick pudding-y dark chocolate with a dollop of whipped cream. I love how dark the chocolate was, you can taste a bit of fruity flavor in it. Whipped cream was also very fresh and creamy. This is definitely a must-visit when you're in town!!

Stopped by during a quick visit to Cannon Beach. SO delicious and such a great variety of sweet treats. We tried the truffles specifically cookies and cream, peanut butter, sea salt caramel, and raspberry cheesecake. I wish I got more!

Very cool place for a sweet snack. Stopped by the other morning, wow they have quite a selection of chocolate stuff! I opted for a chocolate croissant and a mocha, and my wife had a macaroon (see photo below). The were both excellent. The croissant was very light and flaky, of course stuffed with superb chocolate. The macaroon was flavorful and moist. My mocha was superb, not the best I've ever had but it ranks up there. Love their (limited) outdoor seating - nice place to have a snack and watch people go by. Worthwhile stop if you are in town.

Always stop here when we are in the Cannon Beach. All staff members are absolutely fantastic! Coffee is really good and chocolate is top notch! Milkshakes are so creamy and delicious.

We wandered into the Chocolate Cafe while visiting Cannon Beach. They make their truffles in their shop and there are a lot of truffle flavors to choose from. They are $3 each, which adds up quickly. We tried the s'mores, cookies and cream, raspberry, espresso, dark chocolate, s'mores, and peanut butter truffles. My favorite was the dark chocolate and it had a rich dark chocolate ganache on the inside. I liked the other flavors, but felt like they were a little overpriced. We also tried the dark chocolate seafoam (honeycomb). It was super sticky and hard to chew. The dark chocolate had good flavor, but the honeycomb texture was not good. The star of the show is the milkshakes at Chocolate Cafe. We had the legendary chocolate milkshake and it was amazing. It was thick, creamy, rich, and chocolately! We also happened to buy during happy hour so it was $1 off of milkshakes. I highly recommend the milkshakes here! One of the best I've had!

A sign that has no start time. 30 minutes is more like 90.

For any tiramisu fans, try their tiramisu milkshake - you'll get at least three servings out of it and it's fantastic!!

It was a mixture of candy, waffle cones and other goodies. But first we needed to have lunch and I promised we would be back for some ice cream. What's a vacation without a daily scoop of ice cream ESPECIALLY when you are on vacation with your GG? I made good on my promise. We walked in and were met with a display of various fudge, saltwater taffy galor but we were there for some ice cream. Which was located at the back of the store. Displayed in all its yumminess was various flavors of Tillamook ice cream. Granddaughter chose birthday cake. I had jamoca almond fudge and my son had a cherry jubilee. We found seating outside in a courtyard where we enjoyed our ice cream before our big drive home.

It's a sugar-slinging time machine. Shelves groan under the weight of taffy in colors that don't occur in nature and fudge dense enough to warp gravity. I had the ice cream. Two scoops. Marionberry Pie and Mountain Huckleberry. Both from Tillamook, which around here is less a brand and more a benevolent dairy cult. These berries are like edible postcards from the Pacific Northwest. One bite and you're knee-deep in a foggy forest thinking you hear Bigfoot weeping quietly from joy. Of course the prices are high. You're in a town where the beach views are free and everything else makes up for it. The real gamble is who hands you your scoop. Some of us got generous lumps the size of a toddler's fist while others looked like they'd been served a sample. Such is life in a democracy. The lines wound throughout the store, but it moved along at a respectable clip. People were smiling. Sugar does that. All in all, this is the kind of place that doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is. A temple to nostalgia. A sanctuary for the sweet-toothed and sunburnt. Four stars. One star held in reserve for the day someone figures out how to standardize scoop sizes.

The clam chowder was grainy, as in sand I assume, and tasted fishy. This was not great. I had really great clam chowder this week at a few places and this was the worst one. I had the seafood linguine which tasted fishy. So it was not great and it was expensive, per the norm for the area. I understand the pricing matches the area but the food was not good. I normally give a place a couple tries before posting a review when I have a bad experience but we are from out of town and with a limited time schedule. The disappointment of a wasted expensive evening pushed me to post this so no one else spends the same money, wasting their time and resources. TLDR: No matter how nice you are it does not make up for low quality food with expensive pricing.
