The good: quick and relatively affordable salads and wraps. The vegetables are fresh . A good quality meal. The bad : this place has a stench of some kind of cleaning fluid , bleach maybe? It hits you square in the face as you enter and stays with you for a while. You can make your own for just under $8-premium toppings are more (avocado, squash and califlower).i picked beets (they are raw), cilantro, cukes, tomatoes and egg whites. They didn't have shrimp so I chose falafel and balsamic vinagerette. Actually very good overall--came out to under $10. The place is very bright, kind of reminds me of a choptd. I would just recommend having the cauliflower as a basic topping, peel the cucumbers and offer shrimp as a protein. Also offer maybe some interesting healthy chips. One interesting observation--I never thought of eating raw beets--actually wasn't bad! Will definitely come back again if I am in the area. read more

Love Chop & Go! Was always driving to Rye to go to Chop't and found this gem. I love the location minus the parking. Chop & Go offers everything Chop't does but is a few bucks cheaper! The only thing I don't like is they don't have any low calorie dressing options like Chop't does. Really love the greek yogurt dressings Chop't does and wish Chop and Go had something similar. Loved this place for lunch so much that I came back the next day!! Loved the fresh ingredients that they have and all the locally sourced ones that they listed. You can either make your own salad or you can get one from the ones already listed on he menu. I wish they would've had a little more options with cheeses or nuts to add in your salad such as almonds, but overall great, clean and delicious spot. I love the fact that they chop your salad which makes it taste so much better!!! They also have some delicious store made drinks that change often. Exactly what we needed in White Plains. There were so many occasions where I wanted a nice chopped salad, but was left to do it myself. I tried it last night for the 1st time and I loved it! They don't cook their sweet potatoes properly. Sweet potatoes need to be soft--not crunchy. It's not only bad tasting to eat raw potatoes but it's unhealthy. I was hoping they would open a Chop'T in White Plains so I wouldn't have to go to Rye Brook to get it... This place is SO much better! It is very clean and inviting, the staff is very friendly. If you create your own salad you get not one, but TWO base choices! You get four core toppings included with the price and you have the option to add premium toppings at an extra cost. They chop it up for you and you can add as much salad dressing as you want. They also offer to include a piece of sliced bread, honestly I wish it was a roll instead of a slice. They were very generous with the core toppings; I usually get a double arugula base, blue cheese, candied pecans, dried cranberries, edamame, and grilled chicken (premium topping) and it cost $10.74, which I find pretty reasonable.The salad was fresh, not a wilted leaf in sight, and the toppings section was neat and clean. Update: I came here a while back, when they first opened. I gave them 3 stars, knocking them for their excessive use of lettuce. I have to say, they have come a very long way. Their salad is a much better balance between toppings and lettuce now. Also, their price is actually better than Chopt. AND they have these mushrooms that are unbelievably good! All in all, I'm able to get the same thing I normally get at Chopt (Palm Beach) with two additional ingredients (tortilla chips and the mushrooms) for the same price! read more

Absolutely disgusting and foul establishment. Ordered delivery through grub hub- I had ordered a customer craft and a warm quinoa bowl. The salad wasn't even chopped, there was no dressing in the salad and the leaves had a strange taste to them. The beets were dry, the cucumbers seemed as if they were frozen. Just horrific. I have been waiting for a place like this to open up forever!!! Their salads are extremely FRESH and offer some homemade ingredients, like their hummus and spicy chicken. Not to mention they are huge and usually last me for 2 means. The staff is ALWAYS kind, professional and accommodating, which is rare for a quick place.
