Really lovely staff. So accommodating for our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) after coming from apple picking. Very gracious in accommodating the yelp discount too! Food was great I really enjoyed the spinach pie. Toilets are very clean. The only thing that I would say they need to improve is the seasoning on their burgers (just need a little more flavor please!) otherwise brilliant!

My husband and I have been to many diners in 35 years. Tonight we had the best meal. Gus made the best Branzino and Chicken francese. We both raved. Not only that, but when Irene and Gus heard it was our anniversary we got a fantastic slice of chocolate cake with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel!! Don't forget to get a bottle or a few, of their fantastic Greek olive oil (from their olive groves in Greece). We have never had a bad meal here and the service is always amazing.

Food and ambiance incredible. No contest service beyond my expectations. I could not have chosen a much better place.

If you're on the hunt for some comfort food, Townhouse Diner on N. Broadway in White Plains is your answer. Whether you're in the mood for a burger, triple decker, shake, a Parm dish, spanakopita, etc- they got you covered with their endless menu at this local joint for the last 6 years. Townhouse is a beast with tables and booths throughout and may (or may not) offer counter seating, has a bright, fluorescenny space and high ceilings. Service from the owner has always been polite and she truly engages in a conversation. Food has been nice the few times we've been here. Eggplant parm is thin (which I like), crispy (but not overdoing it) and served as medallions. A little different for me...the dish is good though. Spanakopita had a bit of oil resting on top when we stopped in recently. Hubs liked his small fried chicken pieces with a nice dredge and crisp on them. I would've had my entire Vanilla Egg Cream if it weren't for that off taste. These folks are making a nice mark on this side of White Plains anyway and have almost everything you want from a neighborhood Greek diner.

this place is definitely a 3 1/2 star. I wish I could give it that! We stopped in for lunch and sat outside in the back. Who knew they had outdoor dining! It was a nice area with lots of trees and greens. We ordered a tuna salad wrap, a cheeseburger, a townhouse burger, and a patty melt with Greek fries. My townhouse burger was delicious! It was perfectly cooked medium rare and had nice frizzled onions on top of a Sunnyside egg with lots of crispy bacon. Yum! My mom loved her tuna salad wrap, and the other two burgers were tasty and happily received. The Greek fries were outstanding, with a nice hint of lemon and oregano and crumbled feta on top. Just perfect! Service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back again.

Food was good, busy place that locals seem to like for omelets, waffles, pancakes. The coffee was very good. I hope to go back again.

The chocolate chip pancakes didn't need syrup at all. Portions were good. 5/5 Only thing that didn't go quite as well was the wait time. Waited a long time for the food to come out. Understandable. It was a busy Sunday. When the food came out we were a few minutes into our meal and we ordered another side of eggs. Never came, even after we finished our plates. Ultimately asked to cancel the order, which they thankfully allowed. Keeping the review at a 5 because everything else was good and wait times don't bother me as much, but plan accordingly if you are heading to brunch on a Sunday!

Over the past year or two though, the prices started to get a bit whacky so we started going less. I went today and it was awful. The food itself was okay, but there was only one poor waitstaff member for the entire restaurant. They had other people bringing out the food and drinks but the poor waitstaff member had their hands full. It took 25 minutes before our order was finally taken. I used to love the chocolate milk but now they charge the same price as before but give you a kiddie sized cup and you don't get free refills. We spoke to a staff member after we realized we didn't recognize anybody there. We were told the place had been bought out by a new management company and they cleaned house and got rid of the entire old staff, which is wild. They were all so wonderful before! The waitstaff member today was nice too, don't get me wrong, but it was crazy that all the familiar faces were gone. We were told all the kitchen workers were replaced too. Anyway, between my coworker and I, we got a cup of coffee, two eggs, 6 tiny pancakes, 3 strips of bacon, and a tiny sized chocolate milk for $39 (before adding tax and tip). Do with that what you will, but I think that's brutal. The prices have gone up too much considering they made the pancakes smaller and drinks smaller. It's just not worth it anymore.

There were also several picnic benches around the side of the building, but I wasn't clear if they belonged to the restaurant. You order at the register and they call out your name when your food is ready. They have a ton of vegan/vegetarian options, as well as a great breakfast/brunch menu. I ordered the egg and cheese biscuit. The cheddar jalapeño biscuit was delicious. It was buttery and dense. The flavors were mild, but the sandwich was the perfect portion size. I also got a side of the vegan bacon. It was rubbery and tough to chew. Would not recommend. My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito. We also shared the buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower pieces were well coated in buffalo sauce and very flavorful. I also got the Don't Kale Me juice. It was tangy, citrusy, and refreshing. The Deep Roots smoothie was also quite tasty. They have free self-serve water and the employees were quick to wipe down tables so they were clean for the next party. Looking forward to coming again!

They have a program to text when your table was ready, so we went for a walk in the neighborhood while we waited. A surprisingly short time later, we received the text that our table was ready! The menu(s) had a wonderful selection of food and drinks, along with some specials. They do use a QR code for their menus, but noticed they also had paper menus upon request. Our server was friendly and attentive. The other members of staff would also check in as they passed by. My boyfriend enjoyed the PB & J Latte along with the creole shrimp Benedict. He said it was seasoned well, right level of spice, stated the eggs were poached perfectly, and really enjoyed how moist the cornbread was. I indulged with the "Tipsy Palmer" which is an Arnold Palmer with Bourbon in it. To be honest, there wasn't much of a bourbon taste to it, if any at all, but for a summer brunch drink, it was refreshing. For my entree, I chose the chicken Caesar sliders. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed as the brioche buns seemed a little on the stale/stiff side. The homemade caesar dressing was delicious, but they only coated the lettuce in it which resulted in a bit of a dry slider. I believe the sliders would benefit from a bit of the dressing at least on the bottom of the bun. I asked for (and received) a side of the dressing to bring home to dress up my remaining sliders. Lastly, and I know this is extremely minor, but the silverware was placed incorrectly (knife and fork reversed with the knife edge in the wrong direction). Again, I am WELL AWARE this is minor, but for me, sometimes the minor details are the things that stand out. Overall, a wonderful experience and will try them again at a later date.
