First time trying this place and I was excited. I kept going by this place and decided today was the day. Well...I should of just kept driving past it. They took my order and then forgot all about me. After over a half hour and the lady making sure other people had there food and completely ignoring me I walked up to her and asked where my food was. She then told me they didn't have my order and if I still wanted the food because they would still have to make it. I have been a regular of this place since it opened. Honestly food was always great. Last week I went in for my regular order and the cashier got it wrong. I asked them to correct it and the cooks simply threw a bunch of teriyaki sauce on top of the chicken. By the time I got my bowl it was cold. And to top it off the avocado was bad. When I asked them to make me a new one the girl asked me to wait and went to have a long conversation with the cooks. By the time she came back I just asked for a refund and she gladly gave it to me but not before giving me attitude. They definitely need to work on customer service and where is that good old food at. Geez, some places loose interest in making good food as soon as they build clientele! read more

We come here often atleast once a week. Their teriyaki chicken is great and very flavorful. Im a fan of the chop bowl, no onions and avocado on top. you can add avocado to anything on their menu, its simple but good. And its always fresh, call in your order ahead of time because they do get crowded. read more

This used to be New Chinatown, a sister restaurant to Golden Wok in Montebello, It was really good and was sad to see that it didn't make it. Tried the new place, Chop Teriyaki and I really like it. I had the tofu and chicken plate without the sauce. Tofu was firm and tasty, chicken chopped with onions, very good. Held the teriyaki sauce, which wasn't missed. Lots of rice, big plus for me. I ended up here because my boyfriend was tired of driving around pico Rivera trying to find me something vegan to eat. He walked in here to look at the menu. went in to this place thinking it was going to be great based on their reviews, i was very disappointed in their food and extremely in their prices. I ordered a teriyaki chicken/beef plate and a small teriyaki beef bowl with a small soda. the Teriyaki plate had very little chicken and beef on a bed of white rice that tasted as it had been sitting out for a while, the chicken tasted burnt and the beef was very chewy. the teriyaki beef bowl was ridiculously very small, and had the same stale rice with chewy beef. the food was bad but the prices were worse, this meal cost $19 dollars and change. It was a bad waste of money for me, and I will not be returning to this location again. read more

I got the beef and chicken combo with white rice and added shrimp. I would definitely come again. Thought it was interesting they have burgers and burritos too. Great menu. Good taisting chicken and beef. This is one good teriyaki place. I always get the chicken and beef combo with avacado. They slice up half an avacado and throw that baby ontop of you food. Makes everybite you take taist like avacado. Worth the 1.35$ extra read more
