My boyfriend loves this place and now that I've ate here I can see why. On the outside it's barely noticeable but once inside it's clean and cute. I was surprised by how clean it was and appreciated the effort to keep it that way. Ordering was easy and the woman behind the counter was friendly. The prices are fair and the food was YUMMY.

Really nice and the place seems clean. Would definitely come back to order again. My food was good and hot and didn't seem old. All fresh. Loved the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken cause it wasn't so thick. I want to come to try the mei fun. One of my favorite dishes. For covid they only have it where only one person can be in at a time so that can be a little weird when other ppl are there getting their food.

chicken corn soup - sorry, but not good. Slimy, snot consistency. Have never had this anywhere else, so not sure if this is the norm.

Great food and really quick. I had a lunch portion of moo goo gai pan. It was a little light on chicken, but had great flavor.

Nothing special. When I got the tofu and veg, I was surprised it was silken tofu (not called out). I asked for fried rice but I got white.

The Hunan Chicken, extra spicy, I'd say the best on this side of town. The dinner special is around $7 and is enough food for two people.

Comprised of some communal bench seats and one round table, to dine-in is baptismal. While you sit scanning the space, it's evident that English is held secondarily to the vast majority nearby. So we jumped in the car and found our way down to the address, which is inside Sagara Market. It's a food stand inside the market! And it's on the top 100 list? It's far from upscale or fancy. The clerk is friendly and tells us to look at the menu. The meals look different from the usual options at my local carry-out. I hear the noodles are made fresh so I asked for something with noodles and the clerk recommends the Beef Noodle Soup. And I also order the Garlic Eggplant. She tells us to sit. There are a couple tables. A huge bowl of soup comes out in about 10 minutes. She brings two smaller bowls for us to share the soup. The soup is filled with beautiful noodles, beef and bok choy. The soup is hot, spicy and delicious and not salty. We love it. The Garlic Eggplant comes out soon after as is super hot with white rice on the side. The eggplant is soft, spicy and flavorful. This is the best eggplant dish that I've ever had. There's way too much food for two people, so I get a to-go box. On my way out, I grabbed a Chinese pancake (stuffed with green onion) to go. The pancake is kind of a hand pie. It's tasty. So the food is a definite 5 stars. The service is super friendly, but basic. The atmosphere, well let's just say that there's a definite street vibe. I'm guessing most people pick up to-go. The parking lot is atrocious - an ice covered mess. I'm still giving Asian Snack a 5 stars it is the best Chinese that I've had in Indiana, for sure. But you've got to look past the food stand, grocery store and parking lot to get to the 5 stars.

It's so much more convenient than driving all the way to the northwest side of Indy. I've been on the hunt for solid American-Chinese food and anything close to more traditional Cantonese-style dishes. Still searching overall, but Tian Fu definitely has some pretty solid options. I specifically go out of my way for their Beef Stir-Fried Rice Noodles (Beef Chow Fun), which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the city. The noodles have great texture and flavor, and it totally scratches that craving. I also really liked their fried marinated chicken wings, perfect mix of crispy skin and flavorful. I've heard they have a separate Chinese menu you can request, which makes me even more curious to dine in sometime and explore more of their offerings. Overall, I'd recommend them for the variety alone, easily one of the better Chinese food spots in the city, especially if you're on the east side and want something reliable for takeout.

The orange chicken was really good - like, I'd order that again without hesitation. They give you plenty! I don't even know how I'm going to eat all the leftovers. I was expecting the small to be... well, small. Anyway. The pepper steak was just okay. It lacked flavor for me. And of course, lots of giant peppers instead of slicing them down...and a crap ton of veggies without much steak. But that's typical. The shrimp fried rice... Tasteless. I don't usually like to add more soy sauce to my food (and I didn't), but you're gonna need to drizzle the sauce from one of the other meals onto it or SOMETHING because homegirl was tasteless. Disappointing. The shrimp and broccoli was fine - exactly what you'd expect. Everything was packaged well, so I'd say attentive service for takeout. Not sure what it looks like on the inside/bathrooms/cleanliness, etc. since we did takeout, but I would go back for the orange chicken unless I find a place with better + solid shrimp fried rice. P.S. Remember when they used to automatically put eggs in the fried rice without you having to pay extra? I miss those days.
