It has been thirteen days of proud ownership of my new Breitling Chronomat 44 GMT 2-tone bracelet watch. I cannot say enough about Chronostore. After a little bit of barting (my kind of prople), we settled on a price. Veronica Giacchi was so knowledgeable about the specific watch that I wanted. I recently purchased a luxury watch (Breitling) from the Chronostore. I initially saw the watch on their website which, I had been looking for for some time. I called into the store and talked to the salesperson to inquire details about the watch. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful, acted very professionally and was not pushy at all, and answered all my questions. I thanked him and said I'll think about it some more, and will call back if I wanted to go ahead and purchase it. I called back the next day and placed the order. This time, I ended up talking to a young lady named Nadia who helped me with remaining questions was also super friendly and helpful. I ended up calling her back a couple a times again to get things just the way I wanted (bracelet sizing etc.) and she ensured that all of my requests were met and still shipped out my watch before the end of the day. Original everything; boxes, papers etc. I live near the West Coast and this watch was packed superbly in its' original boxes and bubble wrap ALL the way round. Kudos to Chronostore in Manhattan. I'd been searching "forever" for a discontinued Seiko watch for my wife to replace the identical 20-year-old model that expired. There were plenty of used ones out there but after a diligent search became convinced the only new one for sale anywhere was at Chronostore through eBay. I ordered it on Tuesday before Mother's Day and it was delivered on Friday in time. So, kudos to them because (1) they expedited their delivery at no extra cost in time for Mother's Day, (2) it was reasonably priced and in perfect condition, (3) they must have an extensive inventory to have such an old watch, (4) they were friendly and courteous in my personal dealings with them. I found my watch on Amazon. It was a Breitling Transocean 1915. I saw it was coming from the Chrono Store. Because of the value of the watch I called them directly to ask questions. They were very helpful. After I executed the order through Amazon I called the store back and asked if they could size it before they shipped it, they did. The watch was exactly as presented on Amazon and per their own description. I plan on one more watch purchase and a bracelet for my other Breitling a Montbrillant limited addition. I brought in a Franck Muller that I just bought. It was losing time and I had concerns with the rotor. The people here couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. The watchmaker was eager to tell me things I needed to know about the proper maintenance of my watch. While I waited, he opened the watch, inspected the rotor, which was fine, and regulated the movement. For this, I was charged an embarrassingly small amount!
