If you're trying to hit your protein and fat macros without going overboard on your carbs, this is that spot! Self-serve when selecting which skewers you want, wide selection from your favorite wagyu choices to seafood and veggies! Here, they price it by skewer and we easily crushed 29-30 skewers, left satiated and paid and the bill was not too bad! I feel it's fairly priced for their skewers and the seasonings on the side help amp up the flavors! I also do like the lower set chairs and tables, just giving it all the more comfy cozy vibes, kinda like cooking at home, cooking our skewers how we want (medium rare to medium well)! We've already been here twice and plan on coming back for more! Thanks once again!

Our first skewer experience, and it was great! I love the whole concept -- it's kind of like Korean BBQ where you grill your own meat, so you can control exactly how cooked you want everything. I also enjoyed being able to season the meat yourself. You can add as much or as little seasoning as you want. I recommend getting the tomatoes, mushrooms, squid, scallops, and fish cakes. Maybe it's the charcoal they use, but when you grill the tomatoes, they burst with juice and sweetness. They pair really well with the meat. The squid was the best -- sweet, crunchy, and not chewy at all. The fish cakes also become nice and crispy when grilled. Everything paired really well with the meat skewers and added different textures and flavors. Everything is good when you dip it with sesame oil! Overall, it was a great experience. It can get pretty expensive if you eat a lot, though. They also charge extra for salt and soy sauce, lol. But still, a great first experience!

Great quality, prompt service, and cute street food style ambiance! Came here with my husband and best friend since we haven't tried it, and we were definitely not disappointed. There are coolers full of various skewer options and the side menu is easy to order through QR code. Great spot to grab a quick bite and all their items were fresh in quality and taste. Absolutely loved their tofu with scallions and cucumber salad too. spices are on the side for you to rack your finished skewers with whatever seasoning you like, and the cooking process is quick to fresh off the charcoal consumption!

This was such a great experience!!! If you are a really big group, expect to have some trouble waiting to get seated right away because most of the tables are meant for tables of 2-4 people. There's maybe only a few tables that can accommodate for more and the amount of tables inside the restaurant isn't that much. To go to the bathroom, it's in the small space in the back behind the curtains. On the bright side, we were expecting to wait here for at least an hour based on the waitlist estimation, but we were able to be seated after 15 minutes!!! For every skewer you pick out, it costs about $1.33 each but we had the Chubby membership that let us get it for a $1 each!!! The staff helped explain where to put our trays on the table and how to grill each skewer. The seasonings are extra but are included if you are a member as well. I had fun picking out their A5 brisket, wagyu tendon skins, pork belly, etc. I got very satisfied from the meat quality and overall it was a good and tasty meal. My first Chubby skewers experience!!!

Ambiance: it feels like you're walking through an Asian market at night! the seats are low as well Service: it's more of self serve. the servers come by to pick up trays & to drop off what you ordered extra Food: really liked the concept of this restaurant! skewers are $1.30 each - some meats have 2 skewers to hold it up so fyi on that. i liked that they had vegetables, fruits, seafood, & different protein options. the meats on the skewers are pretty small and cook fast. i wish the meats were a little bigger - it's like a child size bite lol Overall, enjoyed coming here with friends!

The meat on the skewers is very small bite-sized pieces, but overall the quality seemed to be good especially for the price ($1.50 per skewer). We ate here for a late dinner where the music was very loud. I'm not a fan of how close the tables are, how small the chairs are, and that the grill is inches away from you, which everything combined can be dangerous. Getting skewers from the fridge proved a challenge as I had to make sure I wasn't bumping into anything on the way there. The space could definitely be improved because I was very overstimulated. Service was not the best since we were rarely checked on, which was frustrating to wait/ask for the check. Since I now know what to expect, I'm willing to try it again!

This place offers such a unique and interactive dining experience--perfect for a fun night out with friends. You grab your own skewers from the fridge, cook them right at your table, and at the end, they simply count the sticks to calculate your bill. It's a creative concept that makes the whole meal feel more engaging, and it's great for trying a variety of different items at your own pace.

Everything about this place is perfect. We got the membership which discounted every skewer to just $1. All of the meats were delicious, from the wagyu to the bacon-wrapped enoki to the broccoli. Everyone from our group was mmm-ing to every single thing we tried. The spices to season our skewers were also so good and elevated them even more. The charcoal in the grill was a bit uneven and small, which made it difficult for our group of 4 to all grill our food at the same time and we had to take turns. The chairs and tables were also very low, but it's cool that it's part of that Asian street food vibe along with the neon decorations inside. For our group of 4 people, our total came out to about $70, which is a great deal! We're already planning our next trip back, haha hehe.

If you're looking for a unique interactive dinner, BBQ that can compliment some drinks or just some good food late in the night this is the place. Enjoy a variety of grilled BBQ in a style that is only really see in China. Think of this simply like Korean BBQ but instead of cooking with tongs, you're cooking a bunch of skewers. This place is pretty easy as it's self serve and you can get whatever you like in the refrigerator close by. Try as many different variations of meats or vegetables or just keep eating the same thing. The choice is yours. This is fun as you cook your own skewers and they cook pretty fast since they're small. If you don't feel confident, they offer a cooking guide that shows the times that can help you make sure everything is perfect. I've seen this place get fairly packed and busy so there may possibly be a wait. Fortunately we didn't have to wait because we were just 2 so it was pretty easy to get seated. The seating may be small and not as spacious but that's kind of what makes it fun. There's really no price, but like with some AYCE sushi places, you get charged at the end based on the amount of skewers you get. So when choosing your food, note that they'll have different amounts of skewers in it. Definitely some great food that is currently the only restaurant I know of offering this type of experience that is only mainly seen in China.

$1.30 skewers!! Popped in on a Monday evening and didn't have to wait for a table. We were seated among two charcoal grills for 6 people. The night market vibe was a pleasant touch while we picked out skewers from some fridges, grilled them, and dipped them with the provided seasonings.

    Jessica W.

Everything on a stick!! Well, almost everything. Love that there are so many options from fish to beef to chicken feet to veggies. So cool you get to cook them over hot charcoal. $1.30 a skewer meant I got a lot of bang for my bucks. Server was super kind and helped some of my group get the hang of live charcoal cookery. As others have noted, the tables are low which is very typical of a restaurant of this type. Watch your knees and get ready to have some delish skewers!

Chubby Skewers has made me chubby, and I'm not mad about it like a cow. We waited in line for two hours during opening weekend, and somehow that wasn't the last time we came back. One thing about Vegas is everyone shows up for a grand opening like it's a prize fight. Being "first" seems to be some sort of bragging right in Vegas. Chubby Skewers has become a great spot for my wife and me to grab drinks, talk life, and grill skewers. I own a yakitori grill at home, but this saves me the prep and the cleanup. Fair warning though: parking is a nightmare. Pro tip: Sign up for the Chubby Club membership. It works across Chubby and affiliate restaurants, and it's a no brainer. Membership means reduced prices and perks where skewers are $1 and the spices and charcoal are complimentary. Our go-to skewers are the chicken cartilage and anything Wagyu beef. We also always order the cucumber salad loaded with garlic and the tofu noodles. Then we commit a small act of culinary genius and combine them. You can thank me later! Also, the cucumber marinade is so good we even dip the meat straight into it. Come hungry, come patient, and maybe park a block away... or ride share.

Giving this 4 simply because some of the food is very basic. The best parts were definitely the beef and lamb skewers, the fresh pineapple skewers and the fried shrimp patty and balls. The fried shrimp stuff was easily the best thing I ate. The sauce that comes with it is also very good. The servers explain everything thoroughly and food comes out quickly and they keep the table cleared very quickly. The place itself is a touch on the small side and the tables are very low so if you have trouble sitting with your knees higher than your waist be careful.

We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

The texture of the noodles was delicious and it had a great bite to it, and I love the amount of food I got in my serving, especially the amount of bok choy The service and environment were great, very clean and they checked up throughout the entire experience. I gave it a 4/5 because although the food was great, I've had better spicy wontons elsewhere but I would definitely come back to eat the spicy noodles again.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
