Great experience! First time taking our girls and they loved the games + trampoline area... Chuck E. Cheese himself, not so much LOLOLOL! I got a coupon in the mail and we were able to get a large pizza, 4 drinks and 100 plays for $43.99! The trampoline part is separate @ $12 each with jump socks! Pizza was good -- as best as it can be! We love our pizza a little crispy, so the crust have a little crunch was perfect. It was nostalgic to step into a Chuck E. Cheese after MANY, MANY years! if you're looking for a fun night out with family, I suggest going around 3ish. It was us and only a few other people. Around 5:30 is when it started getting a little busier. The establishment was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice.

It smell like a tree trunk when we walked in, i think its the carpet. But the kids had a good time. The food is a 2.5/5. I think the pizza oven should be cleaned throughout the day. The employees over all are great. Specifically, the employee in the black shirt was AMAZING! He has such a good spirit and the way he interacts with the children when the dancing starts, shows how much he enjoys his job. It also looked as if he held a few roles to keep this location flowing. Give this man a raise. This location needs more staff. But I will return again.

On a recent fun Friday night, we decided to go outside of our regular pizza places and order takeout from a place of childhood nostalgia - Chuck E. Cheese. We've driven past this location countless times but never went inside until recently. Ordering online is a snap with an easy website including payment. It gave us a time estimate so we headed there to pick it up. On entrance you have a gated area to keep children safe during their time here. The food counter is right inside where you can order for dine-in or to-go. They have many packages with food that include tokens for games. The salad bar is also here and priced by size and visits. The game area is loud and busy with colors and lights beckoning fun. They have standard arcade games as well as ones where you win tickets to be redeemed at the prize counter. At the back near the stage are large tables for group events. Restrooms are also at the back and kept clean, albeit with fixtures on the dated side. For our meal we chose a half/half pepperoni/cheese pizza and the cheese bread sticks. I added a buffalo sauce and extra marinara, it also came with a ranch and marinara included. Pizzas run $28 which is steep for the size, but it was more filling than we realized at 12 slices the 4 of us were all full with leftovers for the next day. Pizzas are thin, well done, both crispy and soft in the best ways - we loved our food but probably wouldn't come often due to the price. The host was very friendly and happy to help, she got our food quickly and made sure it was all correct before we left. I can see if all staff here are like that, a special outing or group event would be worth the visit!

This Location has improved! They have a brand new menu new games and new party area with TVs and stage. If you haven't been here POST-Covid, you should check it out. My kiddos, young and old, agree on the games here. What I love about this place is that there are games that are toddler sized. My toddler enjoys playing the lowered games and also feels a LOT more involved with her older siblings. Compared to other places, there is a really tiny selection of games geared to little kids. This place is a LOT more family-friendly. The games now take cards. Gone are the days of tokens. The ticket munched is still around. Let's get real. It's part of the fun. They have pizzas, nuggets, wings and a salad bar. What we get here is the pizza. It's actually really good! The crust is crispy and buttery. The toppings are fresh. So it's not frozen pizza. I actually know adults who come here just for the pizza . Overall, parents need a break sometimes. When you don't feel like making dinner and want to make the kids tired, this is the place to go.

Wanted to bring my niece because she loves rides and games! She's extremely afraid of Chuck E. Cheese and will avoid playing any games or rides if he's walking around hahaha. Have not been to this establishment in a few years and saw that they now do cards instead of coins. You can load your card with points or time. You still get physical tickets and have to put them into the ticket counter before redeeming. We were playing games and did decently well but only got 1-4 tickets each game? Some games were also broken but still took out credit/points. For food, we got the wings, fries and cheese bread sampler. It said it would feed 8 ppl for $25.99, it only fed 3 of us. Overall my niece had fun. Feels pretty germ-y in there but what can you expect with a high amount of children and toddlers running around.

Thing #2 aka the younger mo'opuna (grandkid) came for a visit, and when he was asked what he wanted for dinner, he said pizza! Chuck E. Cheese has some legit pizza, and then throw in the arcade still at $0.25 per game, well it's a no-brainer. Because of the 'rona, you need to show your vaccination card to be seated, but this has become routine when choosing to dine-in on Oahu. Placed the order for the pizza, but of course the salad bar is not open for the public to use, but you can order a salad from the cashier. Depending on your order, you will get tokens included, and that comes in quite handy when you have a hungry kid that is "bored" of waiting. Thankfully, #2 is still young enough to enjoy CEC, which means Tutu and Papa don't have to load up game cards at some other entertainment venues that serve food (food and games are much more costly at these alternative spots) although #1 would prefer one of those alternate venues *insert eye roll* We will totally keep going to CEC as long as the kids continue to enjoy it!

Came here on a Tuesday morning at 11:00am and we were the only ones. Super clean and staff was cleaning non stop Very friendly staff Got a bunch of free tickets Pizza and salad were good too. Kids got to have the run of the place my 3 and 1 year old had a blast and I was comfortable with all the cleaning and vaccine card before entering. Will definitely be coming back again and again!

The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.

This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

My toddler enjoyed the ball pit for a while and then played in their sand bar (hinoki wood cubes), grabbing all the shovels his arms could hold. He also played with the big foam blocks. As another Yelper mentioned, it doesn't seem as clean as other indoor play places because I also saw stickers from different dates in various places. Overall he wasn't too keen on playing here for long, and I felt like I spent a good amount of time chasing him around the play area instead of him actually playing. Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.
