10/10/2020 Here again for a grandchild birthday party....they have taken serious the restricting the number of people-which is good. Most are kids accompanied by adults...the adults did have on mask! They do temperature checks at entrance. It seemed several of the games were not working but the kids are brutal on them! My daughter bought passes for the kids to play games for 2 hours($30 a kid) not sure if that included the pizzas but truthfully...the pizza are good! The kids get fruit punch/lemonade-adults can get beer of wine at $6.50 each but you may need it...lol!

Monday is fun day part 2 of my grandson 5th birthday bash. We celebrated yesterday at Dave and busters. More crowded than normal. Acchool is still out. This is a fabulous place for younger kids. I didn't see the big ginormous dancing mouse today. There were screaming kids and pizza for food. Plenty of pizza. I love pizza! For a schedule event or an impromptutu party fly to Chuck E Cheese. It is right around the corner from Main Event. Happy birthday Nolo!

Not going to lie- I was pretty excited when I got invited to my Friends' 4 year olds birthday party. Ready to play some games and clear out claw machines- I made my way in to the house of the mouse. I was greeted by some not so friendly cashiers who seemed rather bothered to be at work...I went on to purchase my play card and order a pizza. I was pleasantly surprised to see a gluten free veggie pizza on the menu, but I'll get to that in a minute. Half the games were out of order. The claw machines had less than 5 items in each. But hey we were here to celebrate little man's bday. He didn't want much - just to run around and see "the mouse" and have some bday cake... Well pizza comes out and I have a pile of slop on some type of crust- that appeared cut but was not . I could not for the life of me cut into the pizza. I brought it back to the counter and was told they only have plastic knives in the back...they were extremely confused and said they wouldn't be able to cut the pizza. As the employees ran around trying to figure out who was in charge-my pizza sat on the front counter. It sat and sat. At this point I decided it wasn't worth it and asked to just be refunded...but no one knew how to do a refund... After the sad pizza party - it was time for cake! Yet there was not a lighter in sight. Now yes we should have brought one, but you would think at a kids bday place they would have these types of things available, and forget about a cake knife... Well at least there is the Mouse right!? Chuck E Cheese himself would surely come out and dance with the kids and do the whole mouse thing, right? We were there for about three hours... You guessed it...NO MOUSE

    Personal Cheese Pizza! Good stuff

This is a great game room for the kids. It is clean, safe and the staff is friendly and helpful. All the flashy kid friendly games are in good working order and Chuck E makes an appearance to sing and shake your dancing bones every hour! He makes it rain with free tickets and who doesn't like that! The pepperoni pizza and the salad bar are really good so eat while you are there!

    Def not for kids.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. No? What's that? Not a good way to start a review you say? Perhaps. If you have ever been to one of these places you know, it isn't about you. It's for the churlen! So plan on a super noisey, overpriced frozen pizza eating, over sugared and expensive time that your baybay will love. I was a little let down that this location didn't have any animatronics to compliment the ambiance but they do have BEER. Yeah, beer. Awesome right? So all in all- suck it up and and take your kid out to have some fun. The only thing negative I have to say here is that the games are really centered around and designed for older kids and that nothing really held the interest of my 2.5 year old. Still- for a rainy Saturday diversion where the park isn't available....... think about checking them out .

This is probably the coolest place to take your child and to take your INNER child to eat, play and have a great time! All of the games have been upgraded and are so much fun to play. They've moved away from the traditional Chuck E tokens that used to weigh down your pockets like rocks and now they give you a card with digital tokens. Just tap the card on the card reader of the game you want to play and you're all set! The food taste much better than I remember too. The pizza is made to order, hot, cheesy and never burnt. They added some some very tasty sandwiches to the menu too and the salad bar is pretty good. If I'm not mistaken, you can order food to-go. The staff are usually pretty busy with running the place, but if you make eye contact with one of them, they will politely assist you. I know this because a few of the games have malfunctioned and I have had to let them know. Even if they can't get the game back operable and you've already paid, they'll reimburse you. Like the old tv commercial said, "A place where a kid can be a kid". So true!

Mario, Donkey Kong, PAC Man, Mutant Turtles, lots of driving and gun games, Sopranos pinball, Metallica pinball, and others. Need more cup holders near those machines. Staff: 5 out of 5. So nice, helpful, walk around to offer more drinks. Food: Pretzel bites are good. Pizza was not great. Nachos were bad (stale chips and toppings lacked). With that being said, saw other food that may be better. You are there for the drinks and games, stay simple on the food. Drinks: Great selection- cooler and on draft. Cold mugs. Cost: Entry is affordable- Under 7 free, 16 and under 7.50, adults $15. For the amount of games you'll play (all then free), definitely worth it. Overall, a fun time with family and friends- something different and love the retro vibe. Bathrooms clean. Toys for sale. They have specials during the week and also tournaments. Give it a try! Veteran Owned, which is great, love to support.

Personally, I think they'd do well to get rid of the action figures for sale and use that wall space for other things. My other (lesser) complaint is that no one seems to know about this place. So it seems like they really need to put some time & energy into marketing. I'd just love for more people to know about this place Now on to all of the good: decent selection of games and priced well for wristbands. The food is excellent, IMO. Far better than I was expecting to be honest. They have a good alcohol selection too. The staff has been nice to us during the 2 or 3 times we've been there too.

I guess you can say this is where many old arcade games go to finish out their days. It's fun to…read moreplay the older outdated games...it brings back a lot of memories. Arcade games have changed so much over the years, so it's nice to be able to have access to them. All games take quarters and they do have a change machine. You can literally spend a few hours in here...just like the good ol' days for some of us. Moreover, there is a store where you can find a lot of older games for older consoles like the Wii, PS2, and Xbox360 to name a few. They have quite a few specials on older games as well. The store offers many other things as well other than playing or purchasing older games. They have gaming-type gifts and they do trades too. It's definitely worth a stop if you are a gamer, looking for a retro item and/or looking for a hard-to-find game or item for yourself or as a gift...or just want a trip down memory lane. On that note, I'm glad places like this exist to give new life to all of these games, etc. It's pretty cool!

The front housed everything video game-related from cables and consoles, to action figures, and of course, all the video games. But walk to the back right where the lights are dimmed and it becomes more noisy, boom...arcade. Lotsa pinball machines, old-school arcade machines, skeeball, air hockey, etc. We just wanted to check the place out and didn't play but this is a great place to settle a score hahaha. Also, it didn't appear that Saturday afternoon is a busy time as no one was in there playing. As we were leaving though, a father and son went back and I heard the token machine dispensing coins. The staff were super nice and know their stuff. Definitely wanna play in that arcade in the future.

Even though it was a busy day, the environment was clean and not overwhelming with noise. What saved the establishment from me giving it lower stars is how explemary Anthony and Renoa were behind the bar, excellent mixing skills and super informative about how to navigate the website. Edit: (per the owners request) - several of the games were out of commission ranging from classics like "the walking dead" and even some traditional games like basketball. There was at least five different occasions were we were turned away from a game not working. That is what keeps it from the full five stars.

I selected the…read morepancake party for 15 and purchased additional dishes including sausage, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and seasonal fruit. We arrived 10 minutes prior as directed. I had previously spoken to the party planners a few days prior and food was to be ready at 10. When we arrived, it was only set up for 10. When asked, I was told they ran out of placemats and such to set up even though other parties were set up. Around 10:20 the server, who we had only seen 2 times at that point, asked if the manager that had let us in had asked when we wanted the food. I responded no and that it had been arranged that it would be 10. Needless to say, it wasnt ready. They brought the food out at 10:35 and set it up. It was cold and not very good. The pancakes were clearly frozen pancakes and the sausages were hard. Also, the fruit platter was slices of watermelon, not even enough for the 15 I paid for. In the meantime, the unlimited drinks that the kids were supposed to get were absolutely limited. The server sporadically came out to serve. At 11:00 am, the server vanished. She really never refilled anything. I sent the kids to use their cards to play. I didnt see the server again until 11:40. Again, we were the only party there. I then told her I needed to pay for the balance. She asked how it was and I told her the food was cold and such. She said they tried to keep it warm. Really offered no solution or anything. She brought me the bill with almost a $100 gratuity added on. I had already stated earlier in the week to the party planners I would pay cash. I paid the gratuity in cash and asked for the manager. I spoke to the manager who gave me 2 coupons she said she happened to find...For a party that cost over $600, that did not seem to be reasonable. I still have one of the coupons which I offered to give tgem back. She said the party planners would follow up. They did not and when I called to follow up, I was told they would research it. They never called back. When I followed up again, I was told "You got 2 coupons, what else do you want?". That is exactly how they responded. Frankly, per the contract I signed, I did not get the services as described. 2 coupons to force you to spend more money...well that does not seem to equal what was paid versus the services received. I would not recommend them for a party ever again.
